Overall the stay was fine. I took a shower and there was a dirty used washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod that must have been overlooked. That was pretty gross! Other than that.... it was fine.

I really enjoyed the quality and caliber of the staff at the Holiday Inn Express. I plan on making this hotel my permanent place or residing when visiting Tupelo, MS.

This was a very good location for doing business in Tupelo - located near the company with which I was working. The staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent value.

My boyfriend and I wanted to getaway for the weekend and explore a new area, so after reading the primarily positive reviews about the Holiday Inn Express we decided that it would be perfect for our lil vacation. We were very impressed with the hotel staff, decor, quallity of our room, and breakfast bar! The only "complaint" I have is the side-enterences […] around the building did not lock properly; therefore, anyone from the outside could gain access through these enterences at any time- Management should check into this. I enjoyed my stay. The hotel appears to be newer. (5 years or less) The bed was firm. Fine by me, but my coworker did not like it that firm. Front desk (day and night) was very helpful. No complaints. I will stay there again.

Our stay was very comfortable. The living area where we could both sit on a sofa or use a chair - wow. After a day on the road, it's nice to be able to rest comfortably. Thank you.

I rate it a 0 because they put me next to the exit door and all day and all night all I heard was BAM! BLAM! KABUMP!! THUMP!! with that horrible exit door slamming shut with people coming in and out. Made my whole weekend suck. The office clerk simple said SORRY! while smacking her gum.

The chlorine seemed a little high to other pools we used; and the ac in the room wasn't very good other than that is was a nice clean place.

What a great surprise! I honestly wasn't expecting much but this hotel was great! It's set back off the road so even though my room faced towards the main road, it was quiet. Very friendly staff, clean, comfortable room and a hot breakfast. What more could you want?

We think Holiday Inn is the best! We had a bad experience with Red Roof, and the night manager at your Holiday Inn went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was much appreciated. The cut-rate motels are not going to be in our plans henceforth. We will try to get a Holiday inn wherever we go!

Everything was great. Check in went smooth and staff was very helpful and friendly. My kids liked the pool. The room and the bathroom was clean. The a/c worked well. Overall a great stay.

The staff was nice and helpful - even when I could not locate my priority #. Breakfast was decent, business center was available and stocked with paper, pens, computer and printer. There is parking all the way around the hotel and four entrances (one on each side) making it easy to park near a door.

I have stayed here frequently when in town. The room/accommodations are wonderful. The staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location was perfect for our tour around Tupelo. The only issue we had was the beds were very firm so I asked for 2 more mattress covers to try to increase the softness. It help just a little. Overall, great location and safe.

The staff was polite and helpful. The rooms are nice and spacious. The beds are comfortable. I only gave a 3 on the cleanliness because the refrigerator obviously was not checked and cleaned or the staff would have found an empty pizza box and drink bottle. However, this did not affect the enjoyment of our stay.

Loved staying here! It was our first visit to Tupelo and my first concert. I was shocked at the service we recieved. It was wonderful!!! I would tell anyone who goes to Tupelo to stay here. The room was wonderful and clean and most importantly comfortable!! I rate this hotel a 10 on a 5 point scale!

This hotel was nicely decorated, very comfortable, and was a great value. Stayed on the labour day long weekend and barely noticed any other guests - good sound masking. Will stay again.
