Very friendly staff. Clean and quiet. Super convenient to airport

People were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay there. The swimming pool was good size and my 13 year old daughter was happy about it.

The rate seemed fairly high. The bed had plastic sheets under the normal sheets which was kind of weird and uncomfortable.

We spent a weekend here for a winter getaway with the kids, mainly for the pool. For the most part, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only one who wasn't was the poor guy doing all the grunt jobs (garbage, getting towels, etc). But, what can you expect. I'd probably hate my job too. The front of the hotel faces an exit for the 33, and the rear of the hotel looks out onto a sprawling vista of concrete and vacant warehouse. Luckily, all we wanted was the use of the pool, and that was well worth the stay! We have stayed at other hotels that claim they heat the pool, well, this one actually was heated for a change. The only issue was the fact that there were never enough pool towels. Perhaps if they used something larger than a dishtowel, people wouldn't grab 8 of them. The free breakfast was also a nice perk. Not a huge spread, but for one thing, it was free, so no one should complain, and two, it was all very tasty! Overall, I would recommend people stay at this hotel for an overnight or two, but if you plan on staying any more than that, look elsewhere for a place with a better view... อ่านเพิ่มเติม

I read previous reviews and they were mixed, so I was nervous but this was such a wonderul place. Everything was clean, the people were super friendly and accomodating. I only heard 3 planes during the whole stay. The bathroom has a full size tub (not just showers as some reviews stated). Not bad for the price except that there was no wireless internet in the room, only in the lobby. The breakfast was not that great. Unfortunately, there was no restaurant closeby.

i thought this hotel was a very nice place to stay , room was very clean and the staff were very friendly i would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends .

Our experience at this hotel was good we stayed for 5 nights and aside from the noisy birthday partys and the tikewondo group over taking the pool and hallways with noise til after midnight and again early in the morning, I was surprised at the lack of control the hotel showed and that seemed disrespectful to the rest of the us staying at the hotel […] as being woken up at 7am on a sunday morning to doors slamming and kids running up and down the hallways, however, once the weekend was over, our stay returned to the quiet we so desired. Hotel was right across from the airport and was a little expensive for the room and the area.

The hotel was very clean, staff was exceptionally friendly and we were very impressed. Although it was directly across from the airport, we only heard 1 flight while we were there (Friday afternoon through Sunday morning). The hotel is driving distance (less than 10 minutes) from the Walden Galleria and most other stores such as Target, Bed, Bath & […] Beyond, Sam's Club, Walmart, etc. as well as many wonderful restaurants. This hotel is literally across the road from the Buffalo Int'l Airport if you're looking for something close. Considering the close proximity, airplane noise is minimal and won't disturb your sleep!! Ideal for shoppers as it's only 5 minutes away from Walden Galleria.

This hotel, basically right across from the airport is so great! Heard nothing from the planes and it is so comfortable!! Staff are wonderful!! The only thing that I saw that was really needed was a better way to keep the water from going on the floor when taking a shower. For our purposes (writing a test at the near by community college) this hotel was sufficient. Our room was comfortable enough and it was nice to have breakfast and free internet. However, there were a few spiders in the bathroom, the lights in the bathroom flickered and the bathtub was stained and the grouting was definitely in need of repair. The hotel […] backs onto a warehouse of sorts with a large empty parking lot. It is also right across the street from the airport. When we checked in we were asked if we had a floor preference - we said we did not and were ultimately put on the first floor - in hindsight we would have preferred a different room. Also, there is no safe in the room which is concerning when you are on the first floor and the desk person asks if you have a lap top. The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport, however I was not very satisfied with the hotel. First of all, I got a double bed even though I had requested 2 separate beds. We also had a room adjoining another room which I felt I should have been consulted about. The room wasn't exactly clean - there was hair on the floor of the shower and […] nail clippings and a child's sippy cup under the bed. I must say I read all the previous reviews and was a bit apprehensive about the noise etc.Being a hotel right across from the airport I must say I never heard anything except for when I went to the parking lot to retrieve something from the car. If you want the convience of the Buffalo airport, this is a good choice. Breakfast was good. However the hotel needs some maintence TLC. Mold in the bathroom tub area (we hate that). Staff was helpful but not friendly. Rooms also felt smallish. View was of an abandon parking lot.

Phones didnt work, dirty, chairs need to be replaced. Staff seemed to be unaware. Management is losing money.

It was great, except for the wake up call at 3am that we did not request!! The vending machine and ice machine on our floor was not working. Other than that, we all thought that breakfast was good and our rooms were clean, but the bathtub could have been cleaner. Over all we would come back!!!

This particular H Inn Express, amazed us. Everything was excellent. What gave us away was the friendliness of the breakfast staff, who interacted with customers non stop. It was as if we were living in their own home. We will definitely stay here again :)

Too bad they did not have internet in the room. Though WI-FI is free, you will be disappointed to know about the weak to nothing signal. The lady who assists in the breakfast speaks only to certain group of folks. I do not want to go further here, but definitely that can be improved.

Only a few complaints 1 - the business centre ran out of ink and the front desk staff wouldn't let us go around the desk to print our required documents from our e-mails, so we had to give them our passwords and then go back to the business centre and change them 2 - asked for scissors at the front desk and one older woman said she would go to the […] kitchen and look for them and the other older man at the desk said "No! Booked last minute, reviews seemed OK. Got there and for the money the quality and cleanliness were great. Good family hotel to sleep over in. No issues. With the breakfast this is great value for money. Would use it again without hesitation.

Very convient to airport but quiet. close to all major roads. Very friendly and courteous staff.

We chose this hotel for the price point and to be close to shopping as opposed to the airport - shopping was easy to get to. Read reviews about noise and although I could hear the planes, I wasn't hearing them all night and I had no trouble sleeping. Breakfast was amazing - something for everyone - 2 adults and 4 teenagers! The hotel was great. They had a nice patio to sit outside and eat your breakfast.

Was an ok Hotel. TV didn't work properly and would have like an hotel with restaurant and bar? Other than that it is a very convenient hotel to stay in if you are taking a flight from Buffalo airport!

Hotel was good for price and star level. Pool was a little cool so wish they could heat it more. Included breakfast was a nice surprise.

Excellent base in Buffalo! Great service, clean hotel and good breakfast! Highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The only problem we found was that the 'heated' pool and spa were colder then expected. The spas jets were still nice for relaxing tired muscles from driving. We would still recommend this as a enjoyable place to stay.

My friend and our daughters stayed one night while having a weekend spree. Everything was great. Front desk person was very helpful. The beds were comfortable. Easy to get to. Will definitely be back.

rooms were great, our one room was very warm and could not control the temp, but it was still a great night away - plus, windows open to let the cool air in.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location and will continue to come back, it is very close to airport with shuttle service to and from and a longterm parking spot on site. The breakfast is OK but there is many places to eat close by.

I'm starting to like Holiday Inn Express. Some of the positives: right next to the airport and car rental office; preparing a take-out breakfast for us early flyers was greatly appreciated. Don't know any other hotel that does that. 24-hr shuttle to and from airport is another plus. Didn't stay long enough to try the pool, gym, etc... Some of the negatives: […] no restaurants in walking distance-only noticed a McDonald's near-by. One of the hotel lobby workers (male) seemed to have a little attitude when I asked him a question about the shuttle; my wife went down some hours later to ask for a fork (plastic) and he still had a little attitude. The heating system in the room could be upgraded. All the heat in pushed thru one 12x12" vent (and I'm guestimating the size). We had to turn the thermostat to 85 to warm up the place and it still took a while. A fridge would be a nice addition to put "doggy-bag" food and drinks in.
