We've stayed here 5 or 6 times now and have been happy with it. It's just off the highway and within walking distance to a Cracker Barrel and a McDonald's.

The hotel in a good location right of the highway and not in a dumpy rundown area, close to the Fort wort Stockyards and about 20 minutes away from Grapevine Mills.Will stay again.

Had to wait for like five minutes when i first arrived and gentleman workng was kinda rude and told me he didnt have a reservation for me. I got on the phone with hotels.com and they got the problem fixed right away. other than that no problems or complaints...would stay here again.

my husband and I chose this hotel based on the description given on this site and the location. one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the jetted tubs "available in every room". this was NOT true. when we asked the desk about this he very rudely said "oh no those are much more expensive" so i told hiim what the website said and he just repeated […] himself. so i just let it go since it was late and we were ready to relax. next my husband used the restroom and when he flushed the toilet the handle fell off. him being the nice handyman he is went ahead and put it back on. but then the toilet would not stop flowing. i called the front desk and got no answer so i had to go back down stairs, WAIT (about 10 minutes) for someone to finally come to the desk to tell them about it. he said he would come up shortly to check it out. he came up about 15 or soi minutes later. first he tired to say i was lying about it that it would stop. so i toild him no its been running constant since i came down and told u about it. he then takes the lid off the tank and tells us in order to flush it we have to stick our hand in the water and push down on a button!! i told him we shouldnt have to flush the toilet that way and asked for another room and he says (again very rudely) i can not do that we are full. plumber will be here tomorrow. i could go on but i think this will surfice. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The hotel managers was very rude. I read the hotel amenities and the room didnt have anything the amenities that the website said it had. Went down stairs to talk about it to the lady behind the desk and she told me to shut up cause her boss was on the phone. Had to go back down stairs cause the room they put us in had a lizzard in it, they moved us […] to another room right next door and the room smelled very awful. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Better pillows than at comparably priced hotels. The staff wasn't unfriendly but certainly weren't over friendly. We did not receive a warm greeting or hope you have a nice stay. It's probably a culture thing. For the price I would go back.

Staff was very friendly, but the bed was very hard

Our stay was great. The rooms where clean and comfortable, the front desk clerks were very polite and helpful. Would recommend to others. Will be staying there next time we're in Fort Worth.

Honestly, we booked this hotel strictly based on price. I am more of H**tt kind of girl, but we just needed a place to sleep after seeing a friend play at Billy Bob's that night. The hotel was WAY better than expected. The hotel staff is very abrupt and borderline rude, but I think it's more of a cultural thing and not to be taken personally. The hotel […] room was comfortable and more than adequate for two females traveling unaccompanied. We felt safe and slept like babies. If I ever need a place to rest my head after a fun night out country dancing at Billy Bob's, then this will be my place. Second time I stayed at this hotel....the tub leaked and the a/c wasn't as cool as i would have liked, but it wasn't hot. The location was good and the price was good too.

This motel was reasonably priced, clean and close to the Stockyards. I would use it again.

we only stayed 6 hours to sleep. it was nice and the beds fairly comfortable. .

Hotel staff was rude, roaches in the room, burn holes all over the carpet and bed linens, bad odor, weak continental breakfast, and did I mention hotel staff was rude?! I got a refund the minute I got back to Austin.

The hotel was cleaner than others that I've stayed in and the staff (though limited) tried to accommodate us. It was just fine for our needs (just a place to sleep) considering the reasonable rate. Breakfast was adequate for us. Could have used access to a local paper, though.

hotel was in a great location...easy access to I35W and 820. Room was clean and roomy.

The room had a bad order. We used air freshner and let the window up but the smell didn't go away. We left the room a day early because of the smell.

My kids and I stayed for a quick trip in Fort Worth, the location was great about 3 miles from the Stockyards and right off the highway. Also had a gas station, cracker barre,l and Mc Donalds all right by the hotel, we walked to all of them. The neighborhood was good enough that I felt safe walking to these places. Will def. stay there again.

For the price you can not go wrong. Clean, easy to get to, and not to far from everything.

The room was extremely noisy and when we requested to change rooms we were told there were none available for that night but they would not allow a change in our reservation either.

This hotel is obviously not at all concerned about the comfort and rest of it's guests. And it is most certainly not a family environment. The walls must be made of paper and the doors close so loudly that you can hear them in every room on the floor. Not a problem during waking hours but apparently this hotel begins it's most busy check in hours after […] midnight. My first night there I was forced to edure the conversations of people who had checked in at 2:00 AM and decided they could spend the next hour yelling to one another down the public hallway. They were drunk and vulgar using inappropriate and offensive language and had no regard for other guests who were sleeping. I called the front desk to ask them to intervene and was told they knew about it and it would take 5-10 minutes before they could get up there to address. When nothing was done, I personally went into the hall and asked them to be quiet. After another 15-20 minutes, nothing improved so I again went to the hall and asked them to please be quiet. At this time they went into the room next door to mine where the noise continued and even became worse as I had to listen to furniture being moved and a loud TV etc.... I again called management to have them address the noise, which was now right next door. I was told they would address it and would threaten calling the police if it did not cease. I then recieved a call back from the manager asking me what the room number was!!! How obsurd! I am a hotel guest and have no idea what the room numbers are. I was appalled that he would even call to ask and to this point was not even willing to come and confront the problem. He did call the room (I got to hear that reaction too) and caution them to be quiet. Of course they did not abide and proceeded to enter into the most obsene and vulgar conversation I've ever had to listen to. good location.near stockyards.restaurtants and access to hwy. i was uncomfortable on the king size bed.too hard.

Nice hotel. Appeared to be fairly new. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was comfortable. There was an outdoor pool and spa. We were relaxing in the spa when we realized there was a dead toad floating in it, so we got out and alerted the desk clerk so they could go remove the toad. That incident kind of ruined our relaxing hot tub soak, but other than […] that, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was only about 5 minutes to the Stockyards district, so that was convenient. Cheapest place i could find in a reasonable proximity to the stockyards.. We always stay at "Hotel Texas" in the stockyards so we can walk to our room after a night out, but they were booked solid this night.. If they are ever fully booked again we will probably be using this hotel, it was about 15$ for the taxi ride from billy bobs (after tip) so it […] seemed like the right place to be! The room was clean and comfortable. A/c worked really well as we got chilly during the night. The 3rd floor hallway smelled of smoke. Would come back here if in Fort Worth area.

hotel clean and bed comfortable but coffeemaker in room didn't work and they ran out of waffle batter during breakfast period and wouldn't make more.

We arrived at 10pm and they had everything ready. It was an easy & fast check-in. The hotel was clean and fine for the short stay we required. The fridge & Microwave in the room were a plus.

This hotel was easy access to the freeway and was in fairly good condition. It was clean and the bed was okay on comfort. The one con to it was that it isn't wireless internet connection so make sure you bring a connection cable for that.

Nothing special, just a nice clean comfortable room.

WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN. VERY CONVIENENT TO COWTOWN WHERE WE WANTED TO GO!!

the staff was nice. the carpet in the room was gross but everything else was clean. the beds were not very comfortable but at this price cant expect much.

Room was great, staff was friendly and helpful. Only draw back was there was only a cracker barrell and no other restraunts near the hotel but I stayed comming back through on my trip.

The room was okay for the price. The carpet in the room was dirty. Some of the wallpaper was peeling off and in the middle of the night, I found a spider in the bathroom. Never had a chance to try the continental breakfast because there was no room to sit down. This was a really great value for the money. The room was clean and to my surprise had a mini fridge and microwave (I didn't use either one though). Also this was a non-smoking room and sure enough, they were true to their word - I couldn't smell any smoke. One complaint that I had was that the room was very stuffy and humid. Excellent room for the money. Staff was very polite and the room was perfectly clean.

This hotel is very convenient to the stockyards, sundance square, downtown. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a nice property since it was so much cheaper than properties right next door. The breakfast (6am to 9am) was adequate but did run out of some things near the end...The bed was so comfortable I slept late...

This hotel always is clean and has friendly staff.

Desk staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive to requests. Room was well-cleaned daily. Breakfast buffet was adequate.

When we arrived the man at the front desk was very rude and talked to us very disrespectfully which we did not expect at all and totally shocked us.
