It's a big minus for seniors and transporting luggage without an elevator.

Just stayed here and really enjoyed the hotel. The room was spacious (we had 5 people) and in great shape. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was really good with a good variety of hot and cold foods. The staff was very helpful, making us reservations for Antelope Canyon and giving us tips for where to go. It's not a resort but better than we expect. Its free breakfast is fantastic. The people work at front desk are so helpful and friendly. The room is specious. We were confused on how to reach our room in terms of building design. The view is nice even though we are not able tot get the top floor's room. We enjoy the microwave and fridge very much. The […] heater/AC make the temperature perfect and even better than the 5-star resort did for us. We had best sleep during our 7 days trip. The location is right and convenient to all shops and restaurants. The room we had was clean with a comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful. The only thing wrong was the air conditioner. It was very noisy and made a lot of clunking and groaning sounds when it turned off. I finally had to turn it off and then we had a good sleep. Would recommend this hotel-a good night's stay for the price.

Very large and spacious rooms, conviniently located and just right for the price you pay. Clean, comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast is more than your usual standard. Very nice restaraunt with a view.

Excellent quality for the price....got the room for cheap and it was large with a patio and nice view!! Good breakfast for free!!

Clean rooms, free Wifi on the room, good breakfast. They have a picknick area with a beautiful view of the Bridge and Dam. Totally fine for two nights.

We really enjoyed out stay at Quality Inn, Lake Powell. The rooms were very neat and clean. The location was very nice too. The complimentary breakfast included with the stay was also excellent. Overall, a very memorable experience!

Nice place, close to many tourist attractions!

The room is neat and had a great view. It's also close to town. Our room had a fidge and microwave which made it very convenient for late night snacks.

Mostly fine for its price. Cons: 1. I come here every winter and noticed this year the decrease in terms of the quality of the breakfast. 2. Toilet could not flush. Took 30mins for staff to come in, but they were helpful and friendly. We were there on Jan 1st, which might explain the delay?

The room was nice and with a patio to sit on and look out over the dam. It was an easy and safe walk to the town. I would stay here again.

I really liked this hotel. I only stayed there one night but will opt for a top floor with a view next time. This hotel has the BEST breakfast which was included in my stay.

1.5 miles to Glen Canyon Dam,3 miles to Horse shoe bend,5 miles to Lower and upper antelope canyon.This is an ideal location. You can also see Glen Canyon dam from the rooms.

The hotel has easy access to many restaurants and stores. You can see beautiful Lake of Powell from the hotel as well. The room was clean and the bed/pillows were confortable. But we got bath towel with stain. A half piece of soap used by last customer was found in the tub when we checked in. When I called the front desk about this, his reaction was […] like "Ok...." Location is very good and staff are nice. Actually if you stand at the parking lot, you can enjoy an awesome view already. Easy to go to Horseshoe Bend, Dam, and Walmart as well.

A good sized room with all mod cons, wifi ,free coffee and percolator provided and breakfast included in the price. Excellent value all round. We arrived early aand were told we could not check in early but they were more than happy for us to sit in their reception area drinking their free coffee for an hour so that was fine. Did the job. Room was clean and the beds were in good condition.

Hotel is old inside and out but room was ok. Guys behind front desk were good - restaurant was surprisingly good. Brekky was complimentary and offered good selection. Free internet in business centre. Fridge and microwave in room and 24 hr tea and coffee in foyer. Page is not huge so nothing is very far away.

The hotel staff were friendly and gave us a nice resturante up the street to eat which was great, but we found hair in the tub and a bobby pin in the sink. Also, the windows were really dirty. The breakfast stunk.

The room was clean and comfortable. Ventilation unit was quieter than most. Found the side entrance unsecured at night. Needs repair. Continental breakfast was average.

It's the little things,like broken fixtures in the bathroom, or lights that don't work that really detract from my impression of this hotel.

I was not happy with my stay at the Quality Inn in Lake Powell. I found two Roaches in my room, I did not sleep at all that night. It was bad enough that I checked in at 3am, so there was no time to switch rooms. I just sat in the chair and tried to get some sleep. I will never stay at this hotel ever again!!!

We stayed one night at this motel. Its conveniently located, clean, close to Lake Powell and the city of Page and restaurants, and a very reasonable rate.

The hotel itself is generally old. However, this hotel has a great view of the edge of grand canyon and the dam about 3 miles away. Page, AZ is a small town, so this can be your short stop like 2 nights, but not that good if you plan to stay longer than 4 nights.

This is a good value hotel just at one end of Page. It was easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The guy at check-in was friendly and gave us some suggestions for places to go for a drink. The room was large and well-equipped with coffee maker, iron, fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was a bit tatty around the […] edges but everything was in working order. The hotel had a restaurant and a free breakfast was included in the price of the room. friendly staff....clean....comfortable and for the price with breakfast "hot" perfect!

Except for the beautiful view of the canyon, (which couldn't be seen through the window because it was so dirty) the overall stay was far below acceptable. We would not recommend it nor would we stay there again.

This was not our first stay at this hotel. We had a wonderful experience the last time we stayed, so made sure to come back again. The staff are friendly and competent and the room was fabulous.
