Hi Country Haus - วินเทอร์พาร์ก

We booked this to use up ski passes. Each unit is owned by different owners so not all rooms are the same. Ours was clean and had all the self catering equipment for our two night stay. There is also a pool and 4 hot tubs clean and well maintained.

This is the second time we have stayed at these condos. We will continue to use them while in WP

We were on the shuttle route to Winter Park. Quick in and out service at check in. Full condo, pans dishes, Dish washer and all. All linens included. Fireplace. Stay in #3, right next to the indoor pool and hot tubs.

This is an ok condo complex but I would not recommend unit 1607. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The shower faucet was worn out so you either get scalding hot of freezing cold water...nothing in between. Thin walls. Heard the neighbors radio playing all night long.

First unit was 3rd floor and very clean but we needed ground floor unit for grandparents. They moved us to ground floor and it worked out great.

A decente place for a price.but dont expect miracles it's old buildings complex, and soon will require lots of improvements

I have stayed here twice, it is great! My grandchildren loved it, we will be back.

Our two bedroom condo was very clean. However, the master bed was too soft, and the dining chairs , sofa, and love seat were all lacking support. So, the only place to sit was on the Lazy Boy recliner. Also, the hot water was hard to regulate.

We stayed at the Hi Country Haus for three nights, February 10-13, 2012. Each condo is individually owned, and ours (2111) was really dated, including what I would guess to be at least 40 year old laminate counter tops in the kitchen and baths, and with bathroom fixtures and a stove of the same age. It was acceptably clean, but barely. The good news […] is that the beds were good, it was fairly convenient to the shuttle to the Winter Park Ski Resort, and it was easy to park. Very nice unit. Very comfortable and well equipped. Very dog friendly. Nice to be able to walk to all the town had to offer.

We had a great stay at the Hi Country Haus condos! Good price and great place to stay while we skied at Winter Park, we will be back again.

We've stayed at Hi-Country Haus many times and the condos are clean and very comfortable. Having the clubhouse with a pool and hot tubs is great for families with children. It's also a short walk to the restaurants and shops on the main street in town.

Needed a place where everything was provided. Had a great fireplace, living room, and kitchen. Our whole group has been coming to the Winter Park area for awhile and enjoyed this condo the best so far. Don't expect to use the jacuzzi though, it will be packed out and you must sign in with an attendant to use.

We had an awesome time at Hi Country Haus.The location was really great since it was near a lot of activities.The rooms were very clean but the beds a bit lumpy.I would visit again!!!!!

We were hoping for a bargain alternative to the full feature experience we enjoyed at another resort. From the pictures we thought we were getting a great value. Wrong. The pictures are real but a LOT nicer looking than the reality - kudos to the cunning eye of the photographer. Nice place, well maintained, quiet (off season though). Good price, good service.

Was supposed to have beds for 7. Only 2 double beds and 2 twin beds. NO sofa bed or pull out. Had to use couch cushions to make a bed for our 7th. Burner on stove didn't work. Some dishes were dirty Pool and hot tub were nice. Gorgeous surroundings.

I booked this room for my daughters honetmoon and they were thrilled. so much to do and beautiful room. They even stayed an extra night they loved it so much.

We rented the place out for the Labor Day weekend. We were 3 families. The condo was quite nice (for the money) with a cozy layout. Everything was definitely not new, but very well maintained. Overall I would definitely recommend it. The Pool and Hot Tub area was close. Nice fireplace!!! There was no grill on the balcony, but one was relatively close […] on the grounds. The main bedroom was pretty plush, however the comforter had some "questionable" stains on it. The other 2 bedrooms were pretty small but roomy. The kitchen was well equipped and there was everything you need for cooking and eating. Location-wise, the place is about a 20-30 min drive to the lakes, and is well placed within the village. We stayed at the HCH during the Winter Park Jazz Festival and were exceedingly impressed with the quality and location of this site. While the second room was small, the overall accomodations were very comfortable. The staff was very efficient and good-natured. we had a studio room. We were the last building, #26, on the ground floor. The river was close to our back door that made for soothing night sleep for summer nights, small back patio to park our bikes and within walking distance of downtown.

We loved our place! It really met our needs and was quiet & peaceful. We hope to stay there again.

The condo wasn't fancy, but was clean and well equipped. Our particular condo unit was situated away from the road and had nice valley views, but still close to town. We were very satisfied.

as long as you know in advance that this is a condo and NOT a hotel.... it was great! our unit was slightly dated but fit our family so well that we would definatly go back! the kitchen had been newly remodeled. there is a great river that runs through the property and hiking trails near by. all the condos are privatly owned so they are all unique! […] my only complaint is they are kinda stingy with the towells. definatly eat breakfast at Goodys a small resturant at the winter park ski resort! yummie! oh and they had a book in the room that told about all the local events and a menu guide that showed the menu of all the local restuarants! that was very helpful! we are from texas so we are used to 114 degree summers so we were slightly suprised by the fact that no one there has AC but we had fans and opended windows and it was great! loved it! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

This was the perfect place for me and my husband to spend our 5 year anniversary. The condo was better then we had expected it to be. We will be staying there the next time we come to Winter Park.

Room was nice, loved the kitchenette. We have a 3 month old baby so being able to wash out bottles in the kitchen sink, instead of the bathroom was great. Cons: -Room was a little dusty. -The water in the kitchen & Bathroom sinks we're not hot, barely even warm, although the shower was really hot. -The bed wasn't the most comfortable. -The TV / Cable […] didn't work, we asked for it to be fixed and it never was. -The free Wi-fi is only accessible in the rec center / game room area, not at your room. -Unable to receive a refund for the TV not working because we didn't book directly with the hotel. Pros: -Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. -Kitchen. -Dishwasher. -Nice Hot Tubs, Pool and Game area. -Close to ski areas and Rocky Mtn National Park. -Quiet -Nice area with a creek. -Room was like a one bedroom apt. -Staff offered us a free night stay next time we are in the area, because the TV didn't work. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

I ski once a month every month of the season and I stay at alot of different places. This was by far the best for your dollar. Quiet, clean, close to shopping and the slopes. The pool and hot tub areas was clean and well kept. I will use be back next season.

Based on other reviews and the great rate, we realized this was going to be a condo unit with no daily maid services. We therefore were not expecting new towels, beds made, etc... during our stay and that was fine with us. The kids loved the rec center pool and hot tubs, while we enjoyed the view and privacy of our unit. The complex is located in the […] heart of the town of Winter Park so it was an easy drive to restaurants, shopping, and only a 5 minute drive to the ski area. The unit itself was a bit "tired" and we found it a bit dirty, like the cleaning service did a rush job. The condo was old but in good conddition. The three story walk up was tiring, especially after a day on the slopes.

Economical in that it was cheaper than other places in Winter Park. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. TV was from the 70s and couldn't see it from the 2nd sofa. That said, it was large, clean, and comfortable. Would be a great place for a family. Our unit was further from the main street than I expected, but right next to the shuttle stop.

Hard to find the location - drove by it three times before we saw the sign! Condo was great! Had just about everything that we needed! Frig was small / no hair dryer or shampoos ... minor things. Bed was very comfortable! Rec center was great! Pool and hot tub after long day of skiing was great! Would stay again if the opportunity arises!

From the time we checked in until the time we checked out we were extrermely satisfied with our accommodations. Great living room, fireplace, kitchen and bedrooms. 5 of us fit comfortably and ended up excited to return each night after dinner to enjoy the place. Just understand this is not a normal hotel and you are responsible to take out your garbage […] and ask for towels or cleaning as needed. This place is a centrally-located, comfortable find for those of us who love Winter Park.It is not fancy, but it is nice. I would stay there again.

Pros: On bus route to ski resort Clean, comfortable condo Close to restaurants, pubs Cons: Lobby only open until 6:00pm, but was not needed Short walk that can get really long (with ski, boots, etc.) from condo to bus stop

This condo in Winter park Colorado was what we expected for the price. However the bed was pretty uncomfortable and the shower was incredibly weak. The shower at the recreation center was a lot better. The attendant at the recreation center was pretty annoying and closed the rec center early both nights we wanted to use the facilities.

This condo is centrally located and, although a little older, was quite comfortable and quiet. I had seen other reviews about the trains being an issue but they WERE NOT for me. The feel was very comfortable & homey, not luxurious, but was a GREAT value!! Would absolutely stay here again!!

I would like to recommend this condo but unfortunately I cannot. We booked a room with two double beds. We got one double bed, a broken sofa bed, and an air mattress that would not stay inflated. The staff could have cared less, just said "sorry thats what happens when you book through expedia or hotels.com." They offered no other correction or customer […] service of any kind. There are plenty of nice places to stay in Winter Park. Steer clear of this place. There is a reason it is so cheap. Also, if you can't sleep through freight trains horns blowing all night, you might want to look elsewhere. The train tracks run nearby and blow their horns all night long. Very pleasant stay. Our balcony overlooked a stream. Very comfortable and quite a value.

Please if you are looking for hotel services to beware you will not receive them here. This is more of a condo rental... and I had selected a place with 2 double beds and ended up with 1 bed and 1 pullout couch, which is very very uncomfortable to sleep on... not comparable even to an uncomfortable bed. As long as you realize this is condo and does […] not have daily service, and this is what you are looking for you will be fine. I felt like I was misled by the way this was listed under hotels as a 2 double bed place...We ended up making it work, condo was very clean and after i demanded extra towels for swimming and more toilet paper and garbage bags we were good. We found this condo to be very comfortable and clean. With all the reports about bed bugs this summer, that was the first thing we checked!!! All was fine! It had linens and towels as well as dishes, glasses and cookware. I thought it was very well equipped for our five day stay. It was very quiet and pleasant. There were two bathrooms and one bedroom. […] There was a rollaway bed in the closet and a sofa hideabed. The carpet was clean and in good shape. The appliances appeard to be working appropriately.
