A previous reviewer noted that the hotel did not have internet service. The hotel now offers free WiFi in the room The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. The continental breakfast is pretty limited which didn't bother me. My husband and I booked this room for my parents when dad recently had a pacemaker put in. When they got there they had been booked for a smoking queen room but when mom asked why as the booking was a non-smoking queen room. Very clean and well maintained. My only complaint was the matress was very hard.

The location of this hotel was in a nice, safe area with access to important things nearby. It was very clean and pleasant. I would recommend it for the price.

The excersise room is used for a storage closet. The outside doors are not kept locked, and anyone can come in. The place needs a good cleaning and overhaul, with the rooms and halls.

Hotel was clean & staff were very friendly. Room was not elegant, but reasonable. I travel a lot, and for a one or two night stay this motel is fine. No Wi-Fi, so don't plan on working much from the room.

The hotel and rooms were very clean. The one clerk was EXCEPTIONAL! When I went to check in she remembered me from my previous visit. She questioned why I requested a smoking room. I told her I didn't. When we looked at the confirmation indeed it was for non-smoking. Somehow the computer had it for smoking. This was a terrific hotel to stay at. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. The people were extremely friendly and the rooms were very clean. The beds weren't the most comforable, yet they were well kept and clean. For the price I feel we got a great deal for our money. We will be returning to this hotel on our future visits to Hastings.

The place is a little rundown, especially the hallways. The plastic trim was falling off the tub, but other than that the room felt clean. The area around the hotel is nice with restaurants and a little drive-thru coffee place nearby.
