Very comfortable and super clean place to stay near Heathrow. Great service and good restaurant and bar options. Great for early morning flights out of Heathrow because the coffee shop is open 24 hours and the Hoppa bus picks you up at the door and takes you to the airport. Ideal place to spend a couple of nights to recoup from long flight before continuing on beyond London. Convenient bus and Underground to get into town for a little sightseeing before picking up a rental car.

This was our second stay at the Premier Inn and the service and quality was very good each time. Quick check in and we were able to access our room early. An excellent hotel to stay for an overnight before flying and as an inexpensive base for London. Great breakfast; dinner; lots of choice and affordable. Highly recommended. Will stay again!

Stayed over the weekend with 5 old army colleagues for the Army-v-Navy rugby match at Twickenham. A very comfortable full-service hotel with easy bus service to the airport. and several restaurants to choose from on-site. Efficient check-in and excellent service from registration staff who helped us print our boarding passes from their computer. It was hard to find and drive to - especially since there was more than one Premier inn in the area. Switch board closed early in morning. My husband could not call to be 100% sure I was up and going to make my flight. Would be nice if hotel.com would give the direct number to the front desk of hotel.

This is our second visit to this Premier Inn. We use it for a final staging point the night before our flights back home to N. America. It is excellent for that purpose. We had a car this time and drove about 2o minuted to Windsor. Great for last minute sighseeing and restaurants. While not a destination in itself, I would highly recommend this hotel for a restful, economical, very comfortable night before or immediately after your flights. This was my first booking through Hotels.com and it did not work smoothly. The reservation was for one room for 4 adults. When we got to the hotel we were informed that the hotel policy did not allow four adults in a room and we had to pay for another room and that there was a warning bleeping in the computer system indicating we needed to get a second […] room. We should be refunded the cost of the second room. When the hotel was booked I spent good 30 to 45 minutes with your representative discussing the accomodations and it was very clear that there were four adults. The Premier Inn was perfectly designed for an inexpensive overnight stay for the business traveler with an early morning flight at Heathrow. Needed a place to stay overnight layover. Found Premier Inn was the right price, location, and clean and very basic, Comfortable bed, but bring shampoo, alarm clock. Took Heathrow Express to Terminal 1 and took bus from Central Station. Hotel is 2 stops outside free zone but kind driver let us off across the street from the hotel for free. nice hotel with great service.....but not near much else...and very few amenities in your room...no toiletries as everything is in wall hung dispensers.They did try hard to be of service. I was impressed with their helpfulness.

Modern, straight forward hotel but not great for Heathrow as shuttle takes 30mins even though its less than 2 miles. If you book with hotels.com you can't use the self check in terminals which is annoying

After arriving back to Heathrow from a 12 hour flight from Bangkok, we were too tired to make the car journey home so as we waited for our baggage it was the simplest of tasks to check hotel availability on the Hotels.com app and we booked the Premier Inn as it was right next to the off airport parking where our car was. The service in the hotel was very efficient and polite - probably the best I have encountered in a budget hotel. Breakfast was excellent and check out was super fast. The hotel staff, especially Ruchika was very helpful allowing us to have our room earlier as we were attending a wedding at 2pm, a massive thank you for that. Excellent Bar/ restaurant facilities and an easy parking (pay and display) system.

Just make sure you go to the correct Premier Inn on the Bath road as there are two and several people, me included made the mistake of going to the wrong one. It's then not easy getting to the other. They should call them by different names to help prevent this confusion!

Front desk employees were rude at check-in and did not explain the hotel. Room was very cold and right above the service/garbage area. Garbage trucks came very early and woke us up most days.

Totally surprised at how nice this hotel was for the price! I travel the world on business frequently and this is one of the best value for money airport hotels I have ever found. The service was outstanding and the staff really wanted to make you feel welcome. The rooms were in excellent condition and beds very comfortable. Abdul was extremely professional and helpful at breakfast thank you sir! The internet was not as expensive as some people have commented, and the food is excellent, when you add up the cost of the room, Internet and outstanding breakfast buffet its still great value for money! Just needed a place to stay for an overnight flight transfer. Price was okay, but the first surprise was a long bus trip from Terminal 5. The second was an overworked and disorganized staff on check-in.

A good hotel but noisy vents in rooms. Also only get a room on the second floor as you can get noisy people above you.

The Hotel is very good for the price except a couple of problems. Each room has two air vents which constantly make a noise. Also if you are on the ground or first floor you could get noise from the room above, woke me at 1am,3am,5am and 6.30am. Food is ok and priced ok. My advice, take earplugs and it will be fine.

The stay was fine but the place is getting a little tired -- rugs look worn and are bunching up, for example. A little investment is keeping current would be helpful.

We use the purple parking next door and so for a stopover or an early morning flight it was great. Our room at Premier was clean and comfortable and we could have had a reasonable evening meal if we had chosen to do so. I believe the hotel offers stay and Park facilities also.

Beautiful lobby area and bars/costa/restaurant. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The service was fantastic and you were never left waiting more than a few minutes to be checked in or served. Would def recommend if you want a slightly cheaper stay in London. Will def return in the future.

A lovely hotel, so convenient for Long Term Parking and the Central Area. Room clean and spacious, staff polite and helpful and restaurant excellent. We were worried about availability of parking but there were plenty of empty spaces when we used it.
