Melia Brasil 21 - บราซิเลีย

We travel to Brasilia several times a year from our home in the USA, for over a week each time. Melia Brasil 21 is our home away from home. The hotel is modern, well-appointed, and meticulously clean. The biggest problem we've had in our many visits is the very slow and spotty internet connection, which is surprising for this type and quality of hotel. Big […] pluses are the attentive and polite personnel, many of whom speak excellent English, and the clean and tasteful decor and ambience. Melia Brasil 21 is a business hotel, comparable to a Westin or JW Marriott in the US. The food at breakfast (included with the room) and in the restaurants and bars is good--not incredibly fabulous, but quite good. Be aware that because it's a business hotel, it's pretty quiet Friday evening through Monday morning. The bar, Churchill's, is closed on Sundays and holidays. The neighborhood, while safe, does not include a lot of food and drink options within easy walking distance, other than Fogo de Chao (very expensive steakhouse) and the Patio Brasil shopping mall. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

For being a premium hotel they could not even supply me with a hairdryer, everything seemed to be in chaos. It is in a terrible neighborhood.

We have stayed at the Melia 21 many times. It is our home in Brasilia. Located in the center of the city, near the TV tower and the high-end Fogo de Chao churrascaria, this is essentially a fancy business hotel. It is nearly empty on weekends. The rooms are spacious, modern, comfortable and clean, and the staff is very helpful and most speak excellent […] English. The hotel is comparable to a very nice business hotel in the US--a noticeable cut above, say, Doubletree or Hilton Garden Inn. More like a Westin, I'd say. Each stay includes a very good, daily buffet breakfast including custom omelets, an array of fresh fruit, yougurt, cereal, hot food, and much more. The breakfast is served at the hotel white tablecloth restaurant, Norton's. The restaurant offers 24 hour room service, an expensive all-you-can-eat buffet at lunch, and an ala carte (menu) dinner. It also has a very busy lounge, Churchill's, in the lobby, which is closed on Sundays but offers nice (if loud) live music on several nights--cover charge is imposed after 8 or 9 PM, though. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The Melia 21 is a very comfortable business hotel. Brasilia is not a good city for walking but you can dodge the traffic and get to the city park, main cathedral, a very cool new museum (looks like the mother ship) and a large shopping mall. If you know the way, you an even walk to the Metro in 15-20 minutes.

Fiquei hospedado no hotel Miliã Brasil 21, por dois dias, os aposentos são de primeira, atendimento nota 10, café da manhã delicioso, somente uma coisa devia melhorar para ficar ainda melhor, trocar os televisores são ainda modelo antigo, coloque uma tela de LCD ou LED.

Fomos ao casamento de uma sobrinha em Brasilia. A maior parte da família ficou no Melia Brasil 21 e pelo que sei, todos gostaram e elogiaram o hotel. O hotel é bonito e bem tratado, os funcionários são amáveis e capases. O único senão foi no serviço do café da manhã, que é ótimo, mas nunca tem os talheres e louças suficientes na hora de pico. Tudo muito bom, exceto pelo fato dos atendentes não saberem qual é o horário do ônibus para o aeroporto, muito menos saber o local do ponto deste ônibus (que fica em frente ao Hotel).

O atendimento do room service deixou a desejar, já que pedi um café da manhã no quarto exatamente ås 11:00 e se recusaram a servir dizendo que este serviço funcionava até as 11. Se eu tivesse pedido depois das 11 até entenderia. Um outra coisa de que não gostei é de que fomos praticamente roubados no bar, já que assinamos a conta depois de uns drinks […] sem conferir tudo, quando fiz o check out vi que tinham cobrado 11 doses de Gin Tanqueray, que certamente não bebemos isto tudo, já que só eramos duas pessoas, e não tinha nenhum alcóolatra na mesa. Adorei minha estadia, tdo tratamento recebido e tenciono retornar ao hotel. Vale a pena!

Tenho só a elogiar. Destaque para a hospitalidade dos funcionários. Hotel muito bom e confortável!

Por motivos da cia de avaiação, cheguei tarde para uma palestra, aonde um grupo já nos aguardava. Procuramos usar uma sala e apesar da hora avançada, fomos muito bem acolhidos.

Recomendo a estadia neste hotel para viajantes a negócios.

Sem dúvida nenhuma nunca tinha ficado em um hotel tão bom em Brasilia, vou lá a mais de 5 anos com frequencia mas sempre fiquei em outros hoteis como o Royal Tulip entre outros mas de fato fiquei surpreso com a qualidade da roupa de cama, conforto, estrutura de academia entre outros neste hotel.

Muito bom! Recomendo! Muito confortável, limpo e aconchegante. E além de tudo um hotel novo, e sem cheiro de mofo, diferentemente de muitos hotéis de BSB que se dizem 5 estrelas e não passam de 3.

Além de ser um excelênte hotel tem dentro dele uma academia de ginastica maravilhosa para uso dos hospedes.
