I thought the room was good and everything was nice. There was a bit of a smell when we arrived that I found a bit unpleasant, but I got over it. Other than that everything was exceptionally nice.

Hotel was clean with a comfortable bed. Looks like they have recently remodeled. I needed a later check out than normal, due to being in town for a funeral. The receptionist was helpful, kind and courteous. Recommended it to a friend for the next night!

The front desk lady was very rude and impatient to explain why she needs to charge us extra fees. Was very disappointed with the "hot" breakfast. Would never ever come back to this hotel again.

We stayed at this motel approximately 2 years ago right after it had opened. When we opened our room door it was as if it was still new. Clean, no odors, great pillows, bathroom, etc. great breakfast, wonderful front desk staff. A place I would have a wonderful time staying longer than over night.

Nice Layover Hotel. Updated more than the traditional Best Westerns I have seen. Close to major highway yet if you go up a few more exits, there is much more to choose from with dining.

the staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. Check-in took 25 min. What a disaster. Someone needs some training.

The hotel has been remodeled, and the rooms are beautiful and clean ~ It is great that they still have smoking rooms available as well ~

When I checked into my room late Thursday night my carpets were soaked, which meant I could not be in the room with out shoes on. I figured they had cleaned the carpets, which is understandable. Then I noticed the 50+ fly's in my room. I went down to the front desk and explained the situation to the person at the desk and she sent down maintenance. […] When the person got to my room he told they had cleaned the carpets, and that he would be back to address the fly issue. This was about 10 pm. Finally around 12 I decided to go to sleep because I was not in town for pleasure, but for the auction of my grandmothers estate and needed to be up at 4:30 am. When I woke up I called the front desk and asked that they have the problem taken care of by the time I returned that evening and they stated they were going to call an exterminator? When I returned Friday evening the flys were mostly gone, but upon returning Saturday night they were all back in the room again. In town overnight for funeral-everything was perfect. I am familiar with Paducah-very close to shopping-restaurants-Walmart if needed. Very nice staff-clean-nice continental breakfast. would definately stay there again.

This hotel is very nice and clean inside, with new decor. From the outside it doesn't look that special, but is a pleasannt surprise inside. Staff is very nice. It is not on one of the main exits for the city, but still convenient enough to most attractions.

The room was clean, beds comfy, updates modern but I feel the room was overpriced for the area. Breakfast was ok..waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels and danishes. Most restaurants, etc are not near the hotel...they are a short 5 minute drive off the next exit.
