Nice hotel - well kept. But, I wish the entrance was from inside instead of outside.

I read quit a few reviews about Best Western in Shelbyville TN before I stayed. There were only a couple of bad reviews. We very much enjoyed or stay. The room was very clean and updated so nicely. The only complaint we had was that there was maintenance being done to the pool and rec room, we picked this one bc it had an indoor pool but the service […] we received made up for that. I've stayed at this hotel before and I think they keep getting better. They have wonderful southern hospitality. Their rooms are nicely updated and the beds are so very comfortable. Nice hotel with good breakfast and amenities. Room clean, has fridge, microwave and the beds were comfy. Stopped here after visiting Lynchburg, but town was not great.

my stay was good, my only problem was that i could not find a direct number. I asked the hotel.com person about a pet friendly room, and that was for a dog and two lizards. I was not really sure if she contacted the hotel or not. I was happy to know when i was checking in and mentioned the lizards that the hotel had been called, but had she not actually […] called, i would have had no place to go with them. customers should be able to contact the hotel directly with special needs, disabilties ect. on a good note it was nice for my dog to be in the same room as last year making him more comfortable. Commendably clean, comfortable... a totally pleasant stay. We have saved this motel in our favorites list. We highly recommend this inn to any traveler looking for a refreshing rest.

the room was clean and comfortable after the initial 'sour smell' probably from the carpet cleaning fragrance. I wish this wasn't so far off the path because for the price, its a great value. The bed was wonderful and it met all of my needs. this town is not a a good place for the health conscious. If you eat before you come and then maybe find a breakfast […] place you should be ok.
