Easy access from interstate. Nice, typical mid-range property for highway travelers.

After a long nights drive with my elderly mother we turned to the known quality of the Best Western Brand for a safe, clean and comfortable place to stay. What we got was a rundown, dirty room with one flimsy blanket and an ancient wall mount heater which did'nt work. The sliding glass door to the outside was open on our arrival .After closing the door […] we noticed that the entire frame of the door had been compromised.We spent a very uncomfortable, cold and uneasy night . The tap water had a very nasty smell and we left early in the morning without showering or making coffee.All in all a very nasty experience for alot of money. My best advice is to keep driving and stay elsewhere. This place is not worthy of the Best Western symbolor the 2.5 star rating given to it by hotels .com อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The Best Western is always consistent which I appreciate and I love the fact that they are pet friendly. After a long drive arriving late it was great to have check in smooth and easy and a comfortable bed to sleep in. Very reasonable.

Truck stop..Bad bed.expensive for what was offered.

Clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy...just what I needed.

It was so nice to arrive and everything was ready, we were in our room in less than 5 minutes from walking up to the desk. The breakfasts were fantastic.

Pretty standard 60's / early 709's era Best Western with outside doors. Very easy access to I-5 at Santa Nella and adjacent to Andersen's Split Pea soup restaurant. Somewhat dated ameneties (27" t.v. - no HD), but the free WiFi works and is of reasonable speed. Coffee pot, microwave and small refrig were in my room. Santa Nella is mostly a truck stop […] location with the potential for quite a bit of road noise. You'll want to ask for a room well away from the road. They default to "our east wing" which is on the road :-( .. front desk very efficient and friendly. Hotel is okay. Great for stopping for an overnight when headed on a long trip. Restaurant is good for a home cooked meal. Hotel was quiet.

Rooms need some updating. furniture old and TV is old tube type set. Beds are confortable. Pool not heated.

My wife turned down the bed to find a couple of bugs crauling around which I killed and took to the office at 11:30pm to be told they could give me another room and would tell the manager to give a discount in the AM., we were gone in the AM but were to tired to move in another room that may have BUGS also. hotel was clean. Dated decor. In the middle of a truck stop location. Surpise, it was quiet, Breakfast could use some imagination.

Glad we were able to fine a nice place to stay and our doggies were welcome as well! Very comforting to know there is a place that accepts your pets! Continental breakfast in lobby was fantastic!

There was a water boil advisory when we arrived due to a broken water main in the area and all restaurants in the town were closed.

Great hotel with clean rooms. Super that the internet is wireless and free and easy to connect to. My only grumble would be that the breakfast area is small, choices are limited.

except for the snorer beside me, everything was tip-top, breakfast was very nice, love the waffles!!!

enjoyed the hotel and its restaurant. a very busy interstate on one side and a very busy huge truck stop on the other.

Friendly staff. Good hotel for the price.Easy access The Bad; to close to the freeway, if on freeway side you hear traffic. Rooms need some up grading. Overall: good hotel for overnite while traveling the I5
