The inn was clean, comfortable and close to a very good steak house where we enjoyed a delicious dinner. Our breakfast at Perkins was good and the service friendly.

We only stayed one night, arriving late. However, the room was clean and comfortable. Desk staff was nice and efficient. I was meeting a friend who couldn't get there until noon (checkout was 11 am) and the desk let me extend my checkout until noon with no problem. Didn't have time for sightseeing so don't know what else is in the surrounding neighborhood. Parking was easy even though I got there at 1 am on a Friday night/Saturday morning. We did this reservation on my iPhone less than one hour before arriving in the Winchester area on our way to Florida for the winter. Thank-you Hotels.com! Best Western is our hotel of choice!

The room was clean, however, the refrigerator had such a bad odor, it was not useable and had to be cleaned. The restaurant was very clean and served very good food. Service in the restaurant was also very good. We would have preferred a king size bed, but it was not available. We are planning another trip over the winter months.

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. I have stayed at other Best Westerns and the rooms were dark and somewhat depressing. The rooms were very clean, neat and bright. This stay worked well for approximity to the University. People were friendly and helpful. Perkins restaurant was very convenient and had good menu selections. My stay summer stay would have benefitted from having the pool open at 8 am instead of 9 am.

We were satisfied with our stay at this particular Best Western. The staff while checking in was friendly and helpful. The rate was very good and overall we were pleased with our stay.

The stay in the hotel was very nice and no complaints - the resteraunt had a lot to be desired. Ate there once but not again - the home made chicken soup was water no flavor at all.

This Best Western is a very nice Hotel. They give out discount coupons for nearby restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Extremely good price. Very friendly and courteous staff. I definately recommend this Best Western hotel. We drove 8 hours to stay in this hotel while my daughter was having surgery. Our bed was very uncomfortable, but the worst thing was having to take cold showers in the morning. When I told the front desk upon checking out that we did not have any hot water, she said "Well, that makes sense. We didn't have hot water last night in the bathroom when I […] washed my hands." This place was clean conviant and afordable. It's pet friendly and has a fridge and microwave. There is several family restaurants very close and also a gas station. This was a great find and we will def stay again.

We loved this place, especially for the price. Next door to the Perkins restaurant which serves a wonderful breakfast and has great coffee. This is the secund time we have used your Hotel, as we traveled to the Outer Banks, NC. Off season rates great, But one thing. Hotel needs some upkeep, i.e. room we had the front door had to be pulled closed very hard, I.m sure we must have woke fellow travelers, at 5:00 AM. Other than some minor maintenance, room met our needs.

Very clean and great location. Perkins restaurant on prem is very handy, and food is very good. Convenience of restaurant allows you to have breakfast B4 you check out and easy access to I-81. Would recommend facility and would stay again.

Affordable and comfortable lodging. Not especially fancy, but clean and everything in working order. Coupons given for discounted breakfast at the restaurant in the motel. I would stay there again without reservation.

We were disappointed in the look of this hotel (very outdated), but the pluses outweighed the minuses. The room itself was small but clean and although situated near the main road we were not bothered by the noise. Met all our expectations. Very convenient, dog friendly motel for an overnight stay on our way to southern climes. The Perkins restaurant was an added bonus. Will book in for our trip back.
