The location is convenient to all the typical touristy places--restaurants, nik-nack stores, casino. The rooms are "efficient" in terms of furnishings at best. Don't plan on being pampered. Breakfast is included in the booking price. Internet access is very high. Says "free parking" but the lot is very small (10 spaces) for a hotel of over 150 rooms. […] Be prepared to rub shoulders with lots of tour groups (but I guess in this town, that's considered norm at all the hotels except the Savoy. Toilet have a notice said if water leak out to carpet, you need to paid the cleaning fee. But the toilet is leak water when shower......... Service is not good enough

The City Hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was very professional. However, I suspect accommodating large tour groups day in and day out has stripped the hotel of some of its personal flair. Nice hotel near train station and walking street. You have to pay for Internet . Nice breakfast but we have to wait very long since there are many large group tours in the hotel.

This hotel was a bit of a disappointment. Staff were not helpful, and our room was hot and smelled of smoke. Great location, but I'd look elsewhere.

me and my husband stayed at this hotel for one night as it`s in a close proximity to Jungfrau. Hotel provided us with free local bus passes for 2 days , which were very useful as we took a local bus to the lake one day. The next day we also took a local bus to the other train station to go to Jungfrau. The hotel has a lovely Swiss cuisine restaurant […] , so you don`t have to go too far for dinner,and the prices are reasonable by Swiss standards. We also had a free tea/coffee/kettle in our room. City Swiss Hotek is located at just 3 minutes walk from Interlaken West station. It's perfect hotel for those who wish to be based at Interlaken. We stayed there for 3 nights and no doubt the hotel services benifited us more than we paid for. Great hospitality shown by the reception staff, who actually explained us the route to Jungfrau from Interlaken, […] as we weren't planned when reached there. Das City Swiss Q Hotel Oberland liegt inmitten von Interlaken. Somit kann man das ganze Angebot (Shops, Restaurants, Kultur, etc.) in Interlaken, sowie den Bahnhof West und Wanderwege wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichen. Um hotel excelente em Interlaken. Ja havia ficado em outros, mas esse foi o melhor. Recomendo.

Gute Zimmerausstattung. Keine Lärmbelästigung.
