Hot tub and sauna were unexpected surprises

I WASN'T EXPECTING TOO MUCH ABOUT THIS LOCATION BUT IT WAS PRETTY CLEAN AND ROOM WAS BIGGER THAN I EXPECTED.STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. SHUTTLE IS AVAILABLE WITH FREE BREAKFAST.

When I arrived in this hotel, looking at the busy street right in front, I was concerned about the noise. But it was not that noisy in my room. If you are a single female traveler or traveling with children, I would NOT stay at this place. This lodging is in a very sketchy part of the neighborhood and takes in long-term residents. The worst part was how freezing the room was (no heating equipment). I barely got any sleep because it was too cold. The best part of the stay was the free hotel/airport […] pick-up/drop-off. Minutes to SFO, free shuttle. Near mall, restaurants, convenience stores. Had a renovated room 262. Only issue security door w/room entry card didn't lock, so was always open. Good value for small motel.

I booked this hotel for 2 night as I had some visitors who wanted to see SFO city. I wasnt wrong with this choice...Its well maintained, very clean , nice breakfast, excellent staff and most imp had no bedbugs ...Bed was nice and everything inside was working fine. On our last day we had some toilet flush overflow problems but instantly onsite manager […] got it fixed and infact offered us another room to get ready in the meantime. They also threw us an discount for 15$ off on our next booking which appaerently for us worked out well cos we decided to extend our stay for one more day... Was correctly priced for what needed- sleep before a flight the next day. Only 5 minutes to a/p with free, timely shuttle driver. Hot tub looked very clean. Quiet to sleep! Near a casino, but would drive it vs. walk. By the mass transit RR, too. Will recommend to others...

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!! The room was large, comfortable and very clean. The staff was very helpful. Convenient to SFO and not far from downtown. Will stay again.

A weird setup of the hotel- a little confusing to find the breakfast room, but all in all a decent place to stay.

nice hotel very close to the airport pity about our room the toilet wasn,t working but other than that it was fine

It was cheap, so I was not expecting much, but it underperformed even with that. The highlight of the stay was the shuttle driver. He was a very nice young man and took great care of me. After getting my room key, I went to the room to find it filled with water. I called and asked them to bring another key, but she would not. I had to pack everything […] back up, go through the hard to navigate hotel (trust me, this place is a maze), get a new key, and then climb 3 flights of stairs (elevator is broken) to get to my room. Sheets were thin, room seemed dirty, not a great night sleep. Breakfast was pretty sad. Small room in an odd location. okay for the price..

I don't like writing bad reviews BUT this hotel deserves it. I was on a business trip and selected this hotel based on location to my meeting. The room they assigned me was non-smoking. WRONG!! It smelled like someone had a 10 pack a day habit. But the worse part was their handyman doing construction above my room and was using a VERY LOUD cutting saw […] from check-in to 6pm. I asked the manager to switch my room but he said couldn't. No reason just that she can't. I decided to check out and go to the hotel across the street which not only treated their customers better but their rooms were cleaner and the staff was much more attentative to the business traveler. First off, the room was big and comfortable. Which is a big plus. Love the size for the price. Downside, shower head fell off and hit me. When I looke closely, the plastic ring was broken so it couldn't be fixed. The couch in the room had some form of stain along the backrest. And the elevator was out of order. Water tasted horrible. Area little old, but a good place to rest before a long flight the next day, get the job done for a reasonable price.

The stay was comfortable. Elevator was broke had to walk up the stairs to the room. The location was quiet and very close to the airport. It took us five minutes to return our rent a car. Price was a little to high for a hotel near the airport. Would stay there again if the price was right.

The service was good. The elevator closet to my room was down. The rear elevator had a permit expired 6 months ago. The heater did not work properly. The bed was hard and blankets thin. Towels were dingy and crispy. Felt like a Motel experience. At least it would have expected. great hotel to stay good ppl and great service, closer to bancks restaurant and gas stations great customer service i love to stay in that hotel and i will recomended to all my friends and co workers

Hotel was nothing special. Close to the airport. Staff was nice, airport shuttle for my early morning flight was very convenient. Not in the best neighborhood. Fine for crashing for the night, but wouldn't stay here for pleasure.

Room was clean and nice size. Non-descript location. Close to airport. Area seemed ok, nothing special

This hotel was an excellent hotel! Not expensive and located in a nice neighborhood close to the SF International Airport. The staff was pleasant, the room and bathroom were very clean! Travel time between this hotel and the SF Downtown Area - approximately 15 minutes. I'd stay here again!

It was a good stay and I had a good experiance and it was a good working environment.

Good for 1 night if you need a stop off. Minutes from the airport and free parking. But wi fi didn't work in my room so had to sit outside in the cold to use it and breakfast was rubbish!

Price is pretty cheap if all you want is a room and a bed to sleep on. The hotel offers free wifi, parking, free continental breakfast, spa and fitness center....but I was very disappointed with the amenities they were suppose to offer. Basically, the spa was closed throughout my whole stay, the fitness center closes at 10pm and the breakfast was not […] consider as breakfast! I guess hence their name "Ramada Limited", everything that was disclosed for guest were not available! In addition to that, my room reaked of ciggeritte smoke, it was suppose to be a non smoking room!!!!! Last but not least, service was horrible! The bedcover smelled although the sheets were clean - it was replaced/cleaned after one night. The room was surprisingly quiet and reasonably comfortable. The continental breakfast was pretty bad. The unusual building design makes it hard to find your room.

Nothing good or bad. Average hotel in an area where hotels are typically more expensive. It was clean and inexpensive.

everything's fine except the weird smell, the cleaner said it's the new carpet. It is so hard to live in there! I can't bear it anymore! even if I open all of the windows, it is still very smelly. I am sure there are some chemical things.

Not a bad place to stay if you have to catch and early flight and get gas for the rental.

Our only real complaint with the room, was that the door to our room was not cooperating with the key, and the key we had to have the keys both my husband's and mine, had to be "reactivated" several times in our 4 night stay. I was deeply disappointed in this hotel. I am not a smoker - the hotel reaked of cigarette smoke. This is clearly a smokers hotel right by the airport and a casino. The room was not very clean, burn holes everywhere. I arrived late at night and did not feel safe in this area. I would never stay here again.

We were switched to travel lodge, it was not a very good experience.

25 min walk to the BART. Unless you drive it's tough to get around.
