room is very small and the heating system is not very good either. service is acceptable, no more you can find better hotels in Quebec city

Very convenient, quaint and comfortable. Valet parking a big + in an area with scarce parking and no need for your car when you can walk to so much. That's not a Hilton... but... for the money you can't find a better: 1. Location, location - heart of Old Town (shopping, restaurants, historical stuff in walking distance) 2. Clean - toilet bowl sparkling; 3. Warm - good climate control; 4. Simple, but not bad breakfast - yogurt, cereal, pastries, coffee, tea, blintzes, etc (by the way coffee/tea 24/7 […] and free); 5. We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very nice and conveniently located. The staff is very kind. The continental breakfast is good and tea and coffee are available 24/24.

Great location, a quiet street just up from the promenade. Our room faced the park and was clean and very cute. Breakfast was lovely and the people were very nice. I hope to return one day soon!

We stayed in their small (least expensive) room. It''s too small for 2 people, including the bed, room space, desk, and bathroom. Hotel is old and need to be refurnished. However, it's location is great!

This hotel is block away from Chateau Frontanc and the boardwalk, a couple block from funicular. It is a ideal location, the room was clean but little outdated, the breakfast in morning was average, but the help was really nice and efficient. I only stayed one night but I would stay here again.

Great location, great staff, good hotel.

Ideal location; quiet yet close to all key locations; good breakfast; rooms are small with very little storage space, but this is offset by all the positives. I would definitely stay there again. Very helpful staff.

The hotel is in a great location. But when I checked in, I was told that I made a reservation for one double bed, which was untrue. Thanks God I showed them my reservation indicating TWO Double-Beds. It could be the error in Hotel.com but who knows. I was with my friend and we would like to stay in separate bed. They ended up giving us a King Bed room. […] The room is clean. However, when I was looking for a hairdryer, I opened a "drawer" but it was just a board with a handle. It looks like a drawer but is just a board. So, the board fell off. My friend took a while to put the board back on. At night, I clearly heard strange sound like mice chewing furniture. It was a bit scary. We loved our stay at the Chateau Bellevue. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is absoutely perfect for walking to the must see sights. The rooms are small, (we had a queen) but we were only in our room for sleeping. The rooms were neat and clean and even though small met our needs. The location could not have been better. Did not need our vehicle throughout our whole stay. My only complaint is the size of our room. Very small but we were not in it that much for it to truely matter.

GREAT LOCATION!! Just across park from Frontenac with view of river from some rooms. Room was small,but clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was very nice - staff was friendly and very accommodating. Valet parking was $15 a day - Would probably stay here again!!

staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was the best complimentry meal of any hotel we have stayed in to date-including many 5 star ones. Our room was small but the fee was fair because of the locationclose to lower town and the citidal. My wife and I would return for another stay without hesitation.

We got a corner room in the basement. Not only depressing but so tiny and narrow that we didnt't know where to put our 2 pieces of luggage. We were basically camping during our stay there. Our complaints didn't change anything. The staff couldn't care less. For the price they charge, it is a racket !

Our stay at the Hotel Chateau Bellevue was delightful. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were on the lowest level (basement) but this was not a problem. Complimentary high-speed Internet and a delicious continental breakfast were great amenities. .

Great location across the street from a park with an excellent view of the St. Lawrence River. Around the corner from the Chauteau Frontenac and the steps to Lower Town. Room was small but nicely appointed and clean. Good breakfast selection (included).

We loved our stay at the Hotel Chateau Bellevue----a small charming hotel near the water and close to everything in Old Quebec----right across the park from the Chateau Frontenac. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel. The staff was so nice and helpful. The location was perfect. We had a wonderful time.

Charming hotel on quiet side street located in 'Old' Quebec. This hotel couldn't be in a more desirable location as people jockeyed for parking spaces in the area, while we just walked out our door and were within steps of the Chateau Frontenac, the St. Lawrence River, Petit Champlain and fabulous restaurants. The free continental breakfast was better […] than expected, and saved us both time and money since there are so many other things to do in the area. Unfortunately, our room faced the parking lot rather than the riverview on the other side of the building and was rather small. A very nice hotel, except when you stay in the basement. Our room had a strong mold smell which forced us to keep the bathroom vent on at all times, pulling fresh air into the room. The staff seemed distant and snobbish. I did not feel they really cared about our needs or comfort.

For most Old Quebec is the place to visit in Quebec. This hotel was very well placed for all the sights and is across from a park, then the cliff boardwalk and the Hotel notable Hotel Frontenac is a near neigbor. I'd stay there again.

The location is outstanding, a couple blocks from all the action in Old Quebec and a beautiful view of the river. The staff is wonderful, smiling, helpful, and extremely nice. I had a wonderful time.

The room was fine, clean and comfortable although small. But the location was absolutely perfect! This little hotel is next to a lovely park with a spectacular view of the river, and within easy walking distance of all the attractions of the Old Town. The staff was courteous and the breakfast basic but good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel except that some rooms on back side have poor views of the parking lot.

This boutique hotel is in a great location with easy walking to all of the sights in Quebec City. Although the rooms are small, they are adequate. The staff, the service and the cleanliness were terrific.

The hotel is on a quiet street that faces a park and is right behind the Chateau Frontenac and a block away from the promenade overlooking the St. Lawrence. It's a convenient walk to all the city's attractions, restaurants and bars. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Well worth the price...it greatly exceeded my expectations.

Hôtel très bien situé et accueil sympathique. Petit déjeuner correct. Salle déjeuner un peu petite. Boissons jus de fruits ou eau aux distributeurs permissives la journée. Literie confortable. Parking assez cher la nuitée, mais c'est pareil dans toute la ville de Québec.
