The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The food was good. The room was comfortable. Nice dining/living room with fireplace and big screen tv.

"colorado springs hotel"
hotel was excellent. people very friendly . location really far north, but worked out well, as plenty of shops restaurants and air force academy was fairly close. only complaint was air conditioner was very loud , tried 2 different rooms and the same noise, however it was okay, and overall hotel was excellent, and they had a nice breakfast.
"Residence Inn - Colorado Springs Denver Tech"
We only stayed one night due to the hotel giving our room to a Microsoft convention. I had booked a penthouse suite for five nights, over three months ago. The hotel amententies were lacking, the location is not good, and the place was run down. Stay at the Highlands Ranch Residence Inn instead. DO NOT stay here.

This was a very conveniently located if you are looking for a place to stay close to New Life Church or the Air Force Academy. In very close proximity to shopping and dining. "Comfortable Hotel, but a little isolated"
The Hotel itself was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and professional. I'd definitely stay there again as it was a quick drive to family. I also enjoyed the pool area. That said, the only restaurants required crossing a busy intersection. There was a nice upscale shopping mall a mile or so away, but no grocery or drug stores close. Excellent place to stay. Close to lots, but not far enough to be quiet. Beautiful room, delicious breakfast, and pleasant staff.

"Horrible Beds"
Okay for just one but if sharing a bed it's awful. Have weird mattresses that sink in the middle causing both poeple to roll in the middle.
