We had a few enquiries about our stay after booking online and the reception staff were very helpful, both on the phone and in person, very pleasant. We stayed in Room 10. We booked an executive double room, though the room was still rather small. The décor and general maintenance was good, comfortable. The room was fairly quiet when we returned to […] sleep, though was noisy earlier in the evening (9pm-10pm) due to a wedding beneath, not particularly unreasonable unless you are very sensitive to noise (or want an early night!) The view to the rear of the property was nice, the setting of the hotel in general is pleasant, with Sefton Park adjacent. My main qualm was the smell. We got a hint of it when we were at the hotel entrance, but there was really no avoiding it when we got in to our room. A very strong smell, like clogged or blocked drains (I actually thought it smelled like someone had used our toilet and left it unflushed, at first!) This dissipated later on, but never cleared. The water did not drain from the sink after use for some time, so we assume this was a issue with the drainage/plumbing in general. There was also an issue with the heating, the window was ajar and the radiator off, but our room was extremely warm, which interrupted our sleep. i booked 6 double rooms 4 our friends, 1st impressions of hotel & surroundings good. we all checked in all the rooms were v small but clean & comfy. did expect more for money we paid the pics on net were nothing like any of our rooms, a bit misleading. would stay more central when we return to liverpool . service at breakfast excellent good buffet eat […] as much as you like . staff very friendly & all english what a refreshing change. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Great hotel, particularly for what I pay. I have stayed here on countless occassions, staff are friendly, the rooms well appointed, for hotels in Liverpool a great advantage for me is on-site parking wit no charge. We were very happy with our stay & all the staff were very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was very good! Would definitely stay again!!!!!

Middels ok hotell i rolig område, men anbefales ikke for handicappede pga av mye trapper o.l. Grei beliggenhet. Ellers bra renhold, ok frokost og grei standard på rommet. Noe rot ved innsjekking som tok en del tid. Endte opp med svær dobbeltseng istedenfor for to enkeltsenger som var bestilt. Den var forøvrig kjempegod å ligge i. Fornavn og etternavn […] var forvekslet og den forhåndsbetalte frokosten kunne de ikke se var betalt. Det meste ordnet seg før utsjekking. ... ein Zimmer im 'Garden Wing', welches sich extrem übersichtlich darstellte, sprich macht man den Koffer auf dem Boden auf, ist das Zimmer voll. Beim Fernseher gab es, trotz nachfragen keine Fernsteuerung, allerdings war dieser auch immer mit zwei Schritten zu erreichen. Die Dusche hatte einen extrem schwachen Wasserdruck und es dauert 3-4 Minuten, […] bevor das Wasser warm ist. Am Schlimmsten jedoch war, dass die Außenwand im unteren Drittel komplett die Tapeten lose von der Wand hingen, sowie auch Teile der Tapete an der Decke lose waren. Ich hoffe nicht, dass dies aufgrund von Schimmelbeseitigung der Fall war. Ich war das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel, das erste Mal war schon nicht toll, obgleich das Zimmer wesentlich besser war, nach dieser zweiten Erfahrung jedoch, kommt dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht mehr in Frage. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
