Regency Inn SFO Airport - ซานบรูโน

My stay would be better if the staff had given me better information about train station (caltrain and BART) near the area. I found later, when it was too late.

overall comfortable stay, just a few things to improve on.

Close to the airport, great price for a hotel with air conditioning, a little noisy but everyone is very friendly and super nice.

Room was barely comfortable, but tolerable for 1 night. Shower was not clean. Lots of hair and slimy floor. Yuck!

Our room was not ready when we arrived to check in at 4 pm - it looked like it had been mostly finished, but the door was propped open with a laundry basket full of towels and there was a sweater in the room. When I went back to the office, I was told to "go ahead and put your stuff in the room."

Pros: The staff at the Regency was very polite and helpful. It's within five minutes of SFO and less to US-101, with easy access to and from, and about a 15 minute walk to the BART station. The room was large, the bed comfortable (not wonderful, but it provided a good night's sleep). Cons: Noise carries. I awoke to an outside conversation around 2:30 […] in the morning. There is street traffic noise, but not terrible. And every so often I felt like a plane was landing on top of me. Everything's fine, except the noise - hotel is near airport and some planes are literally flying over it. I slept whole night without issues, but in the evening it was annoying. Don't expect any luxuries, it's a budget hotel, but it's clean and comfortable. This Inn is very convenient to returning rental cars at SFO but busy location because of this. Room is comfortable and clean.

This Hotel has no Airport shuttle. So you need Taxi which will cost 15 USD one way. Early in the morning it was difficult to get a Taxi to the airport and the Hotel Reception was closed.

Best motel for the price. Stayed in many two star locations in SFO area. This was a huge surprise. Excellent value for this type of motel. Clean, courteous service, free parking, and best complimentary breakfast I have ever been offered. Will definitely come back again.

I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. It was only about 1.3 miles from the SFO car rental lot. The hotel is older, so the insulation isn't wonderful. However, that said, the noise was all very minimal. The hotel room was newly updated, and cleaned every day of my three night stay. I recommend this hotel to everyone who needs to stay overnight close to San Francisco airport. Price-quality ratio is excellent.

Fast and reliable, close to the airport. There is a 24h store just nearby so if you're not expecting any room-service and just want a good nights sleep this is to recommend. I only stayed one night though.

The rooms were clean. The place is few minutes from the airport, so you will hear airplanes until 10:00 PM or so. Also, it is located few minutes from 101 freeway which is a plus point. The bathrooms were clean. They also provided breakfast which is a big help during busy morning. This hotel is very near to SFO airport, so if you want to take a flight from SFO then this could be very good hotel at reasonable price. They provide internet, and breakfast (not much option to choice from, just couple of options). If you need microwave/ refridgrator then pay additional $10, if you negotiate he may give it for $5). The hotel was less than a mile from airport..that really helped as I had to drop my friends at 4 AM in the morning... staff was nice and the rooms were clean...the place is 25 minutes from downtown and fisherman's wharf...Affordable and a good choice for a couple of days...

Perfect for a one-night stay, minutes away from SFO. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly. The bit of street noise is my only complaint, but I'd book here again.

Not really a continental breakfast. Cereal and a loaf of wheat bread and plain bagels. Location was not good for us due to all the construction and the planes were soooo loud. We were not there for airport reasons, so if you are, this hotel is fine if you're looking for a cheap clean place to stay. Hotel staff was excellent.

never stay here

Very reasonable rates, clean and comfortable room although carpet was worn and had some old stains. Upgraded to a "deluxe" room since standard rooms do not have microwave, fridge or coffee maker. If you are a light sleeper it may be too noisy since the street is busy and motel is under a flight path for SFO. Large jets actually rattled the room! Thankfully […] I sleep like a rock. Easy to access from highways and some on sight parking which may fill up on weekends or busy times. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and shopping. very close to sfo airport (but no shuttle) and an easy commute into town. Room could use a little update but for the price it was just fine. A decent continental breakfast. Service was o.k., surrounding area not very interesting but free parking and a fairly easy commute.

The staff here is friendly and helpful, the location is great being close to the airport, the hotel is in decent shape and clean compared to the neighborhood around it. The only downside is the neighborhood and the sound of planes flying directly overhead every 10 minutes or so. Not many fast food places or restaurants around it either.

Ideal for an overnight stay, close to airport, it cost $15 each way in a cab to and from the airport and was only a 5-10 minute ride, convienient, however I think other hotels/motels by the airport do free shuttles.

Literally down the road from the airport and about 30 minutes from Fisherman's wharf. Not the greatest location. In fact, the gas station across the street had the doors locked at 9pm. The staff was very helpful and nice. The room is outdated.

the heater was not working in the room.. the desk person was very helpful... but I had requested he arrange for a cab pickup at 6 am and the cab did not arrive.. possibly a backup phone number given to me would have been a good idea.. wish I had thought of it as I had to scramble.. but employee should automatically give that number out in case of problems.. […] just barely made my flight check in.. not a good start to the day. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The hotel is run down and in a scruffy area. The stuff is unfriendly. You can get a hot drinks and little snacks until 9 a.m. If you want a coffe 5Minutes past nine you are beeing told to go to the gas station to get one!!!

The room served my purpose and that was to get to the airport quickly and with ease. All I wanted was nice clean place to sleep in. Can't tell you about surrounding area because I spent the evening in a meeting. The free breakfast was ample and the coffee was good. The staff was helpful>

We stayed in a downstairs room and it smelled like the carpet had water damage... it was moldy and damp. The furniture upholstery was stained brown. The floors were nasty. I would not stay there again, even if they were the cheapest hotel. Breakfast was cheap air bread toast and cereal and they only had 6 chairs, while more than twice that many people […] wanted to have breakfast. Folks, this hotel should be your last resort. We were disappointed to find that our "Airport Hotel" had no shuttle. The airport information desk had to look it up, didn't even know where it was. Pleasant front desk person, rooms were in fair condition, neighborhood not awful but not great. Maybe 1/2 mile to BART station.

Upon first look the hotel seems fine - what you would expect for the price. But upon closer look, it was easy to see the bathroom floor had not been well cleaned, the carpet needed a good professional cleaning, the towels needed to be changed out because they were so worn thin, and the lighting should be updated. I was glad to only be staying around […] to sleep. The most disappointing aspect though was the expectations. I was told I would get a King bed and got 2 queens. The Regency Inn was a great value. My stay included a good breakfast. The bed was VERY comfortable. If you have a car you can drive into San Bruno and there is plenty to choose from to eat. There is also a shopping mall very close by. The airport is very close and the planes stop around 11pm. So not too bad on noise. I diffently will stay here again […] on my next trip. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
