Great Service, thanks for the stay

I plan on staying again the next time I'm in town for business.

Overall, the hotel was very good; we often stay here when we visit family in Blue Ash, and we will stay here again the next time we visit. Only complaints are that the air conditioning unit in the room was noisy and that there are no hard boiled eggs at the breakfast buffet.

This hotel was a nice place. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and attractive. The suites are all large, and our room was very comfortable. I would have liked for an automatic setting on our heat system, rather than one that blew hot air continuously, but that's really my only complaint. The breakfast wasn't fantastic, but it was a pretty standard continental breakfast, with a few hot items and standard breads and pastries. Very quiet hotel...not sure there were very many people staying there at that time. The room was clean and the beds were very comfy. Only two complaints are a slow drain in the shower and the tv was pretty old with a bad picture. Nice room and friendly staff.

I would have been happier if the hotel were closer to the city so I could have experienced the night life, but it was convenient to my meeting the next day and I chose it for that. The room and the facility met my high expectations for a Comfort Suites location.

I would definitely recommend the comfort suites of blue ash. The room was great and the staff was courteous and helpful with any questions we had.

The bed was very comfortable, but all other aspects of the hotel were not up to par. The TV was so old the picture would not focus. The pool was dirty, the eating area dreary, parking was a problem and the bathroom smelled.
