Very close to the Space Needle. Hotel was good for the price. Staff was ok, but could be more friendly. Parking was nice, because it was enclosed.

Location not amazing, but not too bad. About 5 mins from space needle, but if you were out downtown for the day, it is probably too far to just pop back to the hotel for a rest. Otherwise, friendly hotel and nice rooms. V pleased

This hotel has no a/c. We were told to open the windows and we might get a breeze from the ocean. wow didn't know i had to make sure that a hotel has a/c before booking.

This was a beautiful place. The room was spacious and it was nice to have a small kitchen (ceramic coffee mugs and glasses provided; no plates or utensils, though) with fridge and microwave. The screened windows opened so we got the sound of seagulls and fresh air. Bathroom is spacious, hotel staff is helpful and friendly. The view of Seattle from the […] rooftop balcony is fantastic. The Med Inn is a worthwhile location to consider for lodging. A Safeway store is 1/2 block away making it very convenient to get food or other items. Additionally, the Spaceneedle is a walkable distance, with a beautiful water park (across from the Key Arena) enroute. This hotel was perfect for what we needed. We needed a place to stay before we caught the train the next day for Vancouver, BC. We were able to take the train and the monorail from the airport and then it was a short walk to the hotel. The organization that I was meeting with recommended this hotel (that I only booked the night before my arrival). It was only about 3-4 blocks from where I met and had some nice eating places nearby (and a Safeway). I met a person from Alaska who comes to Seattle frequently on business who said that this is where he always stayed...relatively inexpensive, […] good location and nice facilities. Their business center is small (3 computers but with three others in the lobby area, good for checking emails) but very convenient and not an 'added' (cost) benefit, including to print. I stayed here for a six day-five night trip. The location is great! Short walking distance to Seattle Center. Lots of restaurants near the hotel. The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout my trip. Rooms were clean and well stocked. The Starbucks in the lobby was a bonus for early mornings! The hotel has a rooftop deck that is so relaxing […] and has a clear 360 view into Elliot Bay and downtown Seattle! Overall this hotel/ stay was unforgettable! I would definitely recommend it! Our room was located on the 4th floor facing a very busy, noisy street. The weather was warm and, therefore, we had to leave the window open for some air. The traffic and pedestrian noise was continuous throughout the night and kept us all awake. The next morning I requested another room, which was met with a rather indifferent attitude from the front […] desk. This was an excellent hotel. I was surprised at how good it was for the price. We enjoyed the variety of restaurants in the area. The walk to Seattle Center was very short and the weather was excellent during our stay. The free coffee, bottled water and popcorn was very nice to have. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The front desk personel were extremely helpful and friendly.The Hotel was older than expected, but beds were firm and linens very clean. Suited us for the 2 nights we stayed there.

very clean. bed was comfortable but not plush. a "hip" neighborhood that has all walks of life around. being over 65, am not comfortable walking around at night. very convenient to public transportation and the seattle center. seniors (65 and over )can apply for orca senior discount card thru internet to take advantage of senior rates on buses and ferries. […] best to have a smart phone or an ipad with internet service while sightseeing to allow maximum use of metro king county trip planner. the planner can give you directions on where to board and what bus to board from any to/from address you enter. We walked as much as we wanted to do and then boarded the bus back to the hotel. Did not know they had a laundromat in the building until after we checked out. best recommendation is to offer free wifi given that starbucks right beside the inn with entrance directly from the hotel gives free wifi. will return to this hotel anytime i am in seattle. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Excellent for business. Clean, well-kept, comfortable, iron and board in room, kitchenette with microwave fridge with complimentary water, coffee, and popcorn. Right next to the Space Needle, convenient to take monorail to downtown and convention center.

I was very satisfied with the hotel overall. The staff were very helpful. The room was really spacious and comfortable. My only complaint was the elevator which wasn't working properly at the time of my stay.

I loved this place, would stay there again. My only complaint, I wish the check in time wasn't so late. I arrived earlier than check in and they were nice enough to hold my luggage for free while I went about the city. That was very nice!

The service here was excellent--the front desk personell were friendly, accomodating, and very helpful. All the rooms have a microwave and mini fridge, which was super handy (though there were no plates in the room, so we had to come up with creative ways to microwave our food!). The beds weren't great-they had those cheap, ugly duvet covers, the mattress […] was worn and lumpy, and the pillows were small and thin (and our queen room had only 2 of these tiny pillows). The bathroom was very nice--big and comfortable. Our room was on the top floor and had a gorgeous view of the Sound and the Olympic Mountains-amazing! The location is prime, right along Queen Anne Ave. with lots of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, bars, and a quick trip to downtown or Seattle Center by bus or cab. The hotel was very up to date and very clean. The location is awesome; right next to many of the bus stops that will take you where you need to go for cheap, AMAZING views from the observation deck, and quite a few great resturants within a 2 minute walk. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and consistantly went above and beyond whenever the opportunity […] presented itself. We loved that the hotel provided unlimited bottled water, Starbucks coffee and popcorn in our room- the water was especially great because we could take a bottle or two out with us when we'd venture out for the day. We looked into renting bicycles for the day at several places in the city but then we later found out this is something we could do with our hotel and it was literally 1/20th the price to go through the hotel, seriously insane. The business center was great with updated computers and accessibility. A car service was arranged by the hotel to pick us up and take us to the airport which would out really well and was the way to go. The driver was early and ready for us and was courteous and professional. I do plan on returning to Seattle and wouldn't hesitate to book here again. The hotel was definitely good enough. The only thing was that the wifi was almost unusable. The staff was very friendly about it and simply took those charges off right away without any fuss.

We have stayed at the Mediterranean Inn several times. The rooms are small, but quite comfortable. The location is close to restaurants and independent movie theaters that we enjoy. There is coffee, tea, and popcorn to enjoy. The people at reception were a bit brusk this visit.

Lots of drunks, homeless, peddlers in area. Very noisy at night with traffic noise, garbage trucks and drunks yelling.

Being familiar with Seattle, all neighborhoods have their advantages. The hotel was nice but could have been better for the price.

Great price. Comfortable, clean room. Walk to family restaurants, grocery stores, and movie theater. The inn rents out bikes. Close walk/peddling to Seattle Center, Space Needle, etc. short drive to Pikes Market and other shopping establishments. Highly recommend. Visiting our daughter who attends Seattle Pacific University. 5 minutes away.
