"clean and comfortable"
Stayed two nights at this hotel and will come back again. Staff were very helpful and professional. Breakfast was better than the typical complimentary ones. It had fresh fruit, which I appreciate. Room was very clean and comfortable.

LOVELY buffet style breakfast - tons of choices, all delicious. Managers even walked around saying hi and introducing themselves. Only disappointment was that the pool was not opened - dates should be displayed on website. "Residence Inn... needs a little TLC but was clean."
Alot of people stay there long-term which probably adds to the wear and tear on the rooms. Overall was clean. But needs a little TLC.

I picked this hotel since it's just across the street to the destination of my business trip, but it ended up with a big disappoint. The hotel's overall condition is so-so, not as good as others in the same chain; There was noise from an AC or some kind of machine somewhere that bugged me all night (it occasionally stopped and I could only have quite […] moment during that very short time); also, both internet and phone was out of service in the building I stayed; I only found that after a long struggle of trying connect my laptop to Internet (that was important for my business trip); I wasn't told it at check-in, nor later when I asked for a cable from front-desk. The worst thing was that I requested a wakeup call at front desk since my meeting next morning can't be missed; but there was NO call at all since phone wasn't working! What a mess! I can understand that it happens that something broken and can't be fixed right the way; but at least I should be told and be prepared. Anyway, I won't go this hotel any more. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
