Holiday Inn Expste Spartanburg - สปาร์แทนบูร์ก

The overall stay was wonderful but the only downside was the shower's stopper was broken and the water did not drain out while showering but I told the cleck of the problem when we checked out and I hope they got it fixed. Breakfast was great and they had a big selection of what you could eat. It was worth the money.

Nice and clean, room was very clean and well maintained. Pool was not available for swimming due to repainting. But overall a nice staff and a place I would stay again.

We stayed on a Friday night and were quite displeased to find out that they only run the pancake machine on weekdays! Many of the food items I tried were not fresh, but others in our group came in later and were able to get better tasting eggs and cinnamon rolls. This hotel has a free shuttle that will drive you to the airport or train station. They will also drive you to the mall next door. On a hot summer day, this was a great convenience. I really appreciated this feature. The breakfast was o.k. The girl that was running it seemed to be more interested in talking to male guests than keeping the area well […] stocked. We had to wait for everything. The eggs ran out and she waited until they were gone to begin getting more. It was a little frustrating, because this happened for every item. The bacon and donuts ran out, and same thing: wait because none were availble for 10 minutes. If you are in a hurry, this will be frustrating. Other than this, the hotel is pretty nice. There is also a washer and dryer for guests to use, which is a great feature for families who are traveling. Just remember to bring laundry soap, because none is available. Can't believe that this hotel got 2 1/2 stars. I would have bet it would be 4 stars or better. Everyone from the reception desk, Hotel Manager, Mr. Don McInerney, breakfast area and cleaning staff were exceptional. We stayed one night on our way to N.C. and noted that if we were ever back through Spartanburg, we would definitly stay there again. Little […] did we know that our car would break down in Spartanburg and that after going to N.C. we needed to come back so soon. The manager was very accommodating, the room and rate were great. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone in Spartanburg and certainly for anyone passing through on I-26.
