Yup....two ice machines, one works sorry.Juice machine at breakfast broken..sorry. Also toaster thingy broken..sorry...maybe we could stop making sorry signs and repair things.Oh after a day in the Indiana heat....90 degree hall ways are not very pleasant while searching for an ice machine.We got through it but I'LL pass on the next trip.

the bed is super uncomfortable and smell. don't count on the breakfast --no thing available at all: two cups leave for the coffee, the lip doesn't even fit the cup. Only water came out from the juice machine. the only thing available is a old bagel, one person grab it , on bit and it end up at the trash. Looks nice from the outside. The staff was exceptionaly helpful and the bed was comfortable. BUT....when we arrived we found out the spa was not in working order, when we got to our room the shower didn't appear to have been cleaned as there was a used bar of soap and no wrapped bar of soap, no trash bag, and no bag for the ice bucket. In the hall ways […] there was wallpaper falling off the wall, the ice maker was inoperable. In the morning there was to be a healthy breakfast but no fruit, no yogurt, no sugar-free syrup, and the coffee was not hot. ... this is probably about the best place there is. The people at the desk are nice, but the ice machine was out of order. The staff was friendly and cooperative with a couple of requests that we had. When we come back to Decatur, we'll probably stay here again.

This was a good hotel with friendly people willing to help you. They had a nice selection of channels on TV and the wireless internet worked great. The breakfast could use a little improvement.
