Serhs Executive Guarulhos Hotel - กูอารูลยูส

Good hotel, near the airport of Guarullhos (Intl). Good internet and room. Airport Shutle, bud not full time.

This is a nice hotel located not too far from the airport. Close to the hotel there are a few bars and restaurants and a shopping mall.

Rooms feature cable television including CNN International and BBC. The carpet was slightly stained but otherwise the room was in acceptable condition. The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the airport but the shuttle leaving the airport may entail a bit of a wait.

This is the most ridiculous hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was kind of scary looking and most of all the service was horrendous. We asked for a wake-up call and a taxi for the following morning to take us to the airport ...in the morning there was no wake-up call and of course no taxi waiting either.. The person at the reception took 20 minutes […] to discover that the needed documents I sent to the printer were actually indeed sitting in the inbox where they are supposed to arrive after which he asked me to go in the office behind the reception desk and print them out myself.. The staff hardly spoke English with the exception of 1 staff member ... Rooms were very below average.. Service was bad and caused a lot of inconvenience for us .. The staff made every effort to speak English for us and were very helpful with directions for the public transportation. The dining area is bright and clean and the breakfast was average. Taxi fare to Sao Paulo center is $40. or more. If you take the bus and subway system it is inexpensive but takes at least an hour. Taxi fare to the international airport […] is at least $20. The internet costs $5. for one-half hour. The carpet in our room was very dirty. The sheets were clean but too small for the bed so that if you roll too much you end up on the bare mattress. Hotel limpo, cama confortável e bom atendimento.

Hotel com roupas de cama e banho desgastadas. Arredores com muitos bares de pagodes e mau frequentados e até perigosos. Ponto de lotação (vans) ao lado hotel. Banheiros com janelas sem cortinas e de frente a outros prédios.

O hotel é razoavel, oferece o que é de se esperar de um hotel, porém, DEVO TER TIDO O AZAR, pois no meu quarto de noite e madrugada ficou o TEMPO INTEIRO um barulho, parecia de geladeira velha ou a lâmpada do jardinzinho que ficava embaixo do meu quarto, liguei para a recepção pedidindo alguma providencia, mas sabe como é né, de madrugada o funcionário […] falou "vou mandar alguém dar uma olhada..." e não resolveu nada, como não podia me desequilibrar psicológicamente, resolvi não insistir, mas fica ai a minha manifestação, minha recomendação aos que forem se hospedar nesse hotel é EXIGIR um quarto em andar algo, pois no segundo andar em que fiquei É MUITO BARULHO, além de parecer que o quarto estava do lado da sala de máquina do elevador, pois um barulho muito parecido (se de fato não era...). อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Estuve dos noches en éste hotel y me atendieron bién. Está cerca del aeropuerto, es ideal para estar uno ó dos dias por cuestiones de negocios. Para vacacionar en Sao Paulo no lo recomiendo porque está muy lejos de la ciudad. Eddy M. 02 sept. 2011

Bem localizado e fácil acesso ao aeroporto. Ótimo custo benefício.
