Stayed just one night at this hotel. It was fine. People were friendly, rooms were clean and a decent-sized. My co-worker's room had hardwood flooring, which was a little weird. Decent satellite tv and a little cafe and free wifi with an OK connection. Worked much better in lobby than in the room. It's fine

Good Business Hotel. Work-out room is a bit lacking in equipment. Experienced some problems with treadmills, as not all work in good working order.

Definitely not a leisure hotel, but if you're on business it's not too bad - just a place to lay your head on a pillow for some shut eye in between meetings. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly and helpful (and spoke English!). The room was comfortable. The carpeting in the halls is pretty dirty. The pool was so dirty when I arrived, I was afraid to use it (it did get cleaned later in the week). The location is good if you have a conference at the TransAmerica expo center (a 15-20 minute cab ride). Hotel is dated and a little "musty" . Front desk folks were nice, but overall just the basics are available. logistically close to many office and shops which I why I choose this hotel.,.. though most likely won't be back

Hotel is conveniently located in the Morumbi area. Room is OK, mine was on the 1sr floor and very noisy (clse to an AC unit that when went on, the entire room shhok a little). Bathroom was also OK. Room service - the food was horrible and overpriced for what tehy serve.

Nice hotel, big room, clean and comfortable. I have stayed in many other hotels in SaoPaulo, most of them are expensive, small and not good, this one is very good and big in the size, very clean and comfortable in room. Safe naghbourhood, and close to anywhere. recmmend!!!

Ur service levels are good. However u can introduce additional operations in your hotel such as forex exchange kiosk.

The hotel is fine, but the restaurant is terrible. In particular the dinner. On too many occasions I've ordered a steak cooked "medium" (in Portuguese mind you) and they've delivered it "well done". I've sent meat back on many occasions, only to be disappointed again and again. Achei péssimo , aliado que chegamos após as 24hs e o recepcionista ainda nos colocou em quarto errado(duas camas de solteiro), e muito cheiro de cigarro, quando na verdade o correto pela nossa reserva seria cama queen e nao fumantes. El hotel está bien ubicado, pero fue un poco decepcionante en cuanto a su estado de conservación: necesita una renovación urgente: pintura, cambiar esas moquetas viejas... Un punto positivo es que el cuarto que tuve fue bastante amplio. El desayuno no es nada del otro mundo y los accesorios de aseo son bastante limitados. At Hoteles.com the offer seemed tempting with a good grade in relation with other hotels in the area. The overall infrastructure seems OK and its style is in line with other Brazilian hotel lines like Novotel or Ibis. The first room I got was really smelly, apparently due to the effects of smoking in the room for several years and after the new legislation […] no changes were made on the fabrics and carpets in the room. I´ve asked for a change and the smell continued but this time at least was bearable so I decided to keep the new room. I´ve also ordered room service at least 3 times and there´s some room of improvement for the quality of the meals. Breakfast buffet was OK but was EXACTLY the same day after day... not so good for longer stays. Overall seems to be an OK hotel to stay for 1 or 2 nights max, especially if you have meetings in the area (to avoid Sao Paulo´s traffic jams). De maneira geral o hotel é bom, porém o corredor e quarto cheiram a umidade e cigarro, creio que por causa do carpete e ar condicionado. É necessário deixar a janela do quarto aberta para poder arejar o ambiente.

A recepção foi boa e o atendimento também, o problema que tivemos foi com primeiro quarto, onde encontramos uma aranha na cortina, a porta da varanda não fechava e o ralo do banheiro estava entupido, não escorria a água. Quarto bom, banheiro limpo e relativamente espaçoso, mas sem um espaço para refeição. Wi-fi funciona muito bem. Toalhas e lençóis de acordo. Café da manhã bom, mas não apresenta nenhum diferencial. Estacionamento cobrado a parte com preço baixo, mas pode ter certa dificuldade e demora para validação de tickets no balcão da recepção e disponibilidade […] de manobristas. O frigobar fica lotado de coisas, de tudo um pouco a preços muito altos, água São Lourenço a preço de Perrier, e não sobra espaço para vc colocar itens de sua preferência. Nunca use o telefone do Hotel, nem para ligações locais, use o roaming de seu celular mesmo. As tarifas não são claramente informadas e são absurdamente caras! Muito boa. So deixou a desejar o fato do hotel solicitar cartão de crédito antecipadamente á nos gastarmos alguma coisa. Creio que exista outra formas de se cobrar caso haja despesas. No demais foi excelente a estadia.

Tive um pequeno aborrecimento ao efetuar minha entrada no hotel: Quando da reserva solicitei fosse minha estada direcionada para apartamento casal e não fumante, porém ao ser encaminhado para o quarto percebi duas camas de solteiro e ainda um desagradevel odor de cigarros possivelmente remanescente do hópsede anterior. Meu objetivo era ficar próximo ao Credicard Hall, e o hotel é ideal. O quarto que fiquei estava limpo, mas as instalações são antigas, banheiro bom, mas com chuveiro sofrível...falta modernização das instalações. Hotel médio.

Gostei do quarto, da limpeza, da conservação das áreas sociais, do serviço de manobristas. O fato de só haver tomadas 220V disponíveis atrapalhou muitas pessoas com as quais conversei. Não conseguimos utilizar alguns aparelhos 110V como por exemplo o secador de cabelo, já que o do hotel é muito ruim e não corresponde às nossas expectativas. Hotel próximo a supermercado, restaurantes e estação de trem integrado ao metrô, quarto amplo e confortável, bom café da manhã, recepcionistas simpáticos, atenciosos e eficientes. A única sugestão seria trocar o carpete dos corredores do 3º andar.
