Footsteps, traffics can wake you up at night. Buffet breakfast is good, but it is not available on weekends.

great location in the centre of Pamlerston North very nice motel very good vaule for money

The hotel itself has lovely decor with some fabulous original features. It has a grand foyer and lovely clean rooms with super comfy beds and all the extras - flat screen tv, mini bar, tea & coffee facilities. The staff were super friendly and helpful on arrival and checkout. Plus there is secure parking. Highly recommended.

We stayed 3 nights in the newer tower block. I had booked a heritage room on the net but found the room too small and they allowed me to swap for a larger room in the new block. The hotel is well located in the central city and is clean & well maintained. staff were attentive and helpful, rooms comfortable. I would recommend to stay here its is near the main square and practicaly new.

the staff were so helpful and nice and went out of the way to help me get the train times I would come back here thank you. Oh and Nosh next door great food

Very comfortable, clean, quiet. Breakfast was substantial. Service was friendly and fast. We would recommend it highly. We would and probably will stay there again. No complaints, no recommendations for improvement.

- Worst part was the size of the double room, too small to swing a cat, with added furniture that just got in the way of moving around the room. - Mini-bar prices outrageous, even for a hotel. - Bed was also rather uncomfortable. When adding some noise from adjacent rooms (including above) the sleep was below-average. + Wired broadband was not working […] at the time, although the 20minutes free wireless was a nice touch and more than enough for our needs over the two day stay. + Bathroom was lovely, I wish every hotel had a shower that nice. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Basic but spot on hotel in a very strange town. Good location and well appointed. Helps that it has been recently renovated to a really good standard.

Although our room was very pleasant and as expected for an inner city Hotel, we were extremely dissapointed by the Shower. The Shower Rose was the worst we have ever experienced, plus only a Shower Cutain, which did not stop the water from escaping onto the very small bathroom floor. Added to our dissapointment was the costs incurred when using a Phone […] Card. Not only were we charged for the actual connection call to the Phone Card, but for the time spent on the call. Never have we been even charged for the connection call for the Phone Call in any other Hotel around the world, let alone talk time. Very disapointing!
