Hotel is very clean, very nice people who work there. Amazing breakfast - far from continental. Free fruits, free paper. I would go back and would recommend it.

The hotel was very nice and well maintained. I wish it was closer to downtown the route to the hotel from downtown Grand Rapids was a bit confusing to follow. You have to pay attention closely to the directions.

Best hotel breakfast I've had ever. Staff was really friendly as well. Overall a great stay.

I could not get the room warm enough and the unit ventilator was very loud. It's a nice hotel and a convenient location but I was disappointed by how cold it was in the hallways and in the rooms.

We stayed at this hotel on our way home from Michigan Adventures. The hotel is conveniently located off of I-96. The hotel was clean and we were happy with the room. Our only complaint with the room was that the air conditioning was very, very loud. We were very disappointed that the hot tub was not working, especially after walking around the amusement […] park all day. The water in the pool was too cold to go swimming. The contintental breakfast was okay, nothing special. Eggs, bagels, muffins, yogurt, mini pancake machine. Was surprised that there was no fruit offered. walls thin, lots of noise

The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom spotless and great water pressure. Nice fluffy towels. Breakfast was wonderful, especially the "pancakes in about a minute" machine! The lady servicing the breakfast was cheerful and ontop of a very busy hungry crowd. The pool and spa were very fun and my kids loved it! We had a burned out lightbulb in our room […] and they had it replaced within 5 minutes! This was a very clean hotel with great service. The breakfast was plentiful with great variety. The kids loved the pool and we loved the hot tub. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel and most attractions were 30- 1 hour away. Would recommend it for families and single adults. The wifi was a good perk.

Very nice large room-

We came in the night before my son needed to get to Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp for a rehearsal (about 45 minutes north--nothing suitable closer). This is the second time we have stayed here. The hotel is kept in great condition, but what impressed me was the staff. Because I am also a Priority Rewards member, we were given late checkout--at 2 PM!! This […] was enough time for the rest of the family to swim while I ran up north with our son, and the family go to church , come back, order pizza, then checkout. I didnt even have my card with me, but the nice young lady working the graveyard shift said it was her pleasure to help us. Even the maids and breakfast staff made it a point to say hello. Clean, off the road, so no road noise, easy access to restaurants and highways. The staff was a bit preoccupied with friends when I walked in, so it took a minute for them to address me. The hotel was really nice! I was traveling on business, and was so impressed that the staff had brushed all of the snow off of my car when I got to it in the morning! The fitness area was small, but sufficent for cardio, and the pool and hot tub looked really nice. We stayed at this hotel after a concert. The surrounding area was in a busy part of GR, but the hotel was quiet and very comfortable. Convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants.

check in was fast and easy . hotel staff was friendly and polite.hotel rooms and bathrooms were well maintained,very neat and clean.beds were comfortable. my family and i really enjoyed our stay.

The staff was wonderful and the room was great. The hotel in general needs some work done.. paint was dripping from the outside windows which just looked bad. Then the pool and hot tub need lots of work. I was actually swimming in a dirty pool.. stuff was flouting around and the hot tub was dirty looking. We were very pleased with our room and the hotel ! We have 2 little ones plus ourselves and for a family of 4 to stay somewhere where everyone is happy is the best!!! We swam in the pool and had a good breakfast. This hotel offered both hot and cold breakfast! anything we needed we got form the wonderful staff !!
