The hotel looked a bit bleak on the outside but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw my room, which was spacious and clean. They give you a free cookie when you check-in and complimentary bottled water/tea/coffee in the room. Staff are helpful and very polite. I really only have one complaint about our stay at the doubletree. The bathroom was so small you would have thought it was a motel 6 bathroom. Everything else about the room was great but for what it was the bathroom could have been nicer. The hot tub at the hotel is not really a HOT tub it is a luke warm tub.

Hotel was nice as most Double Trees are. We did have to call the front desk about the noise after being woke up 3 or 4 times.. Once I call and they sent sucurity up it was ok, but it was alas 4:30 in the morning. I was in town for a concert and enjoyed my stay at Doubletree.The staff was so awesome.They were very helpful and very friendly.I would stay here again.

The hotel was emaculate! The entire staff was helpful & friendly. We had a WONDERFUL stay at this location & will be returning.

The hotel was very nice. Check in was fast and easy as well as check out. The room was clean when we got there, but they did not come in after the 1st night to clean the room. Overall I would recommend this room to anyone looking to go to the downtown Tulsa area. We would certainly stay there again.

I booked 3 couples to stay at this hotel for a fun night in Tulsa and we were all impressed with the hotel and the service.

We love staying here, you have to pay $7 for parking but other than that it is great

The front desk people were very nice and helpful. Valet parking , valet and cafe people were essentially non existing even though we paid 23.00 a night for this. We were even charged the second night, but parked ourselves in handicap parking (yes we were legal) but were still charged. Rooms were clean and the bar and barkeeps were great.

Room and customer service were great. Room was really nice too. The only downside was the restaurant service. The restaurant staff was friendly but overall was very slow. Took 40 minutes from being seated to get food. Staff wandered around asking people "if this was your food?" One lady even went up to get her table's drinks refilled. Not great service- […] especially for the prices and the food was definitely not worth the wait (if this doesn't convince you at least pass on the chicken chimichuri). Convenient & walking distance to BOK Center. Hotel has all the extras you would want & expect from a luxury hotel.

The Doubletree was great. Close to the BOK center and a few good places to eat. The bed was dreamy.

I stayed here because I was going to the Lady Antebellum concert at the BOK Center. It was a great stay. Everyone was really nice who worked here. I though, was under the impression that the BOK Center was closer than it really was. The hotel is off 7th Street while the BOK Center is off of Denver & 3rd Street. Still wasn't bad though. There should be internet in the rooms, and paying seven dollars a day to park is redicules

Nice hotel, expensive parking ($7), expensive room service (22% plus $3), it is close to downtown but not in walking distance, nothing to do in the neighborhood, no restaurants or retail in 5 miles...

My husband and I were very excited about staying at the DoubleTree. When we arrived the bulding was gorgeous, hotel staff were very friendly, and they gave us cookies :) We then discovered there was not complimentary WiFi in the room. My husband was not happy. The only place they offered complimentary WiFi was in the common areas. They wanted you to […] pay $19.99 to have access to their internet. Ridiculous!!! The next morning my husband decided to get Starbucks. The woman was on the phone the entire time she prepared our coffee. Very unprofessional! And the coffee was disgusting. The entire hotel was very nice and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable.

It is a very nice hotel in a busy downtown location. The restaurant was quite good and the staff was very attentive to my requests. I enjoyed the free Financial Times I received each day too. The parking garage was clean and well lit. The location is a bit off the main drag downtown yet a close drive to the main attractions. My arrival was rocky; however, the Asst. Hotel Manager, Lonnie was very patient and helpful. He walked me through my frustrations with the reservation process. Overall, the stay was very pleasant.

The beds are to small but the hotel is walking distance from the BOK center which is a plus since parking is terrible

My only complaint was the cleaniness of the room. Got in the room to find crackers and crumbs on the floor, which disgusts me. Obviously the staff didn't have time to run a vaccum over the floor.

We are always satisfied staying at the Doubletree I always recommend to everyone to stay at the Doubletree. We always enjoy the delicious warm cookies.

I booked a room here so we didn't have to drive back to OKC after Warrior Dash. We came in all muddy and nasty with a bunch of people static at us. The guy who helped us asked us how the race was and gave us some fresh cookies. They even have a shuttle that takes you within 3 miles for free. There are plenty of party spots within 3 miles, very handy. […] One of my friends had to leave unexpectedly due to a death in the family.
