This hotel is very clean and well positioned for an early morning departure from Des Moines going north. There are several nice restaurants in the area and easy on/off I35. Good value hotel, nice breakfast area and exercise room.

The hotel gave us what we needed-a clean place to sleep and breakfast in the morning. The check in person wasn't especially welcoming but otherwise it met our needs just fine.

Good. I had to pull over due to a winter storm warning. Location was great. Very clean

Very comfortable rooms and amenities. It was noisy on the 2nd night of my stay d/t a large number of teenagers satying in the hotel. Lots of yelling and running up and down the halls in the evening.

Easy location to I-35 with typical Fairfield level of value.

hotel is very clean . Staff is very good. Location is close by shopping and restaraunts. Near the US 80. It is a distance away from the Des Moines Airport but worth the drive

I was given the 1st room, on the main floor, next to the lobby. Concerned about noise, I asked for a different room. I was then given a room on the 2nd floor, next to the elevator and vending / ice machines. I then asked for a room further away from the elevator and vending machines and finally got a room that meet my requirement for quiet. This location has an extremely pleasant and helpful staff. The rooms are immaculate and set up to add more comfort for occupants.

I like the hotel. It is a new building and the rooms are more spacious and better decorated than other Fairmont Inns, I have stayed in before. They threw a copy of the USA Today under my door in the morning and I appreciated the gesture. I enjoyed the free internet and the complimentary breakfast. The negatives were the lack of available electrical […] outlets. I had to unplug my mobile to plug the Iron and there was no outlet available next to the bed to plug my mobile at night. Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Had some trouble with my TV the first night and they moved me to a nice little Suite for the rest of my stay. Found it very close to the large shopping strip. Went right down Division Street and all the Shopping you could want was there. The area was quiet and had a nice little pond out the one side.
