Very comfortable, and it was conveniently located to get to places around Kennewick, Richland and Pasco. Hotel room was very clean and facility was quiet at night.

Clearly a Second Tier property. Several maintanance problems (which I report). Property was built cutting corners, and rather cheaply. Clean room, good bed. Okay for what I paid, but would have expected a better maintained hotel.

We stayed here as a family with a one-year-old while we were in town for a wedding. The staff was friendly when we asked if we could check in a little early. We had to ask a few times to get the pack-N-play brought to the room, although we had requested it in advance and called to confirm the request. My only complaints are that I had problems with my room key working (took several swipes) and the other would be to have a larger television in the room. Other than that, very clean and open with all the amenities.

Other than some wrappers under the bed the room was really clean. The pool was 24 hours and the breakfast was good, but did not have eggs etc...the kids loved the waffles and cold cereal. There wasn't a dinner place to walk to, as it was Sunday night. There were some interesting boutique cafe type places that were closed on Sunday. Maintenance was the only dissapointment. The main door didn't shut without a shove and the hole in the bathroom door. The room was clean and comfortable. This was a good value room.

I travel and stay in Kennewick twice a month. I have always stay at Baymont and have enjoyed my stay. I did try several other hotels/motels before and, by far, this is the best value.

The single wide front door is a bit cumbersome for carrying heavy large suitcases or anyone with small children. My room smelled of stale cigarette or cigar smoke even though it was a non-smoking room and I didn't like seeing the maid's cart in the hallway in front of my door at 10am when check out wasn't until 2pm. The room was a little bit too small. Two people could not sit at the table at the same time. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Also breakfast was not that great. The french toast was on the cool side.The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The staff was fine. The breakfast was fine. Rooms weren't ready when we checked in at 1 pm, but they were accomodating, letting us get into a room anyway to get my toddler a nap. The place was run down. All the wood doors and fixtures showed a LOT of wear and there were huge patches showing in the bathroom where an old shower curtain rod had been ripped […] out. The hot tub was out of order, but I probably wouldn't have used it anyway. We forgot a pair of my daughter's pants there and the staff is still calling to see if I want to pick it up, so that was actually a big point in favor for me. Most hotels we've stayed in would never hold on to something we left, especially a week later. The location was convenient for us and within walking to a few food places. The front desk help was very nice and accomodating. The bottom floor was pretty noisey, but the overall experience was pleasant. The rooms are nice and Jeremy, one of the front desk clerks, did an excellent job. Thanks!

Baymont was nice to let us check in early. However they put us on the 1st floor which required us to trek all of your 9 month old daughters items up and down the stairs. It would have been more convienent to be on the main level. Everything else seemed fine. Wished they had given us more towels. And the room was freezing when we first entered because […] they were airing it out from all the cleaning products. We stayed our first night which went fine, but by the second day our room smelled of cigeratte smoke. It was like that all night. I spoke with the front desk the next day and they said they would speak to the manage and let me know if they could give us something. It's a week later and I have never heard from anyone. Also I had to spend time rewashing all of my clothes because everything smelled SO badly. We have stayed at this hotel before and this is the first time this has happened. Hotel was clean. Location and price good. The sheets very c lean but the mattress was pretty soft and I had to sleep with a pillow under my back so I wouldn't sag.

Every 2-3 months I go down to Kennewick to visit with family and have stayed at different motels each time. The Baymont was by far the best in every way. Not only was it clean, comfortable and beautiful, but the staff at EVERY LEVEL from front desk, to house keeping, to maintanence people were so warm, friendly, helpful and 'aware' promptly meeting […] our needs and requests. I have 2 little children and the staff bent over backwards to assist and greet the children sweetly and with patience. An added bonus was that there was a microwave and small frig in the room. Also, free access to a computer with internet access, so was able to keep up with my emails/facebook accounts. It was right of the main road, yet far enough off that I never heard anything. Also, their was a wonderful birthday party just across the hall from our room with lots of small children and families, yet once inside the room, we never heard anything. GREAT STAFF!!! We lost ALL lighting in the bathroom area late afternoon on a saturday. The front desk person was quite unhelpful (My husband had to go to Lowe's to try and find a bulb, but that wasn't the issue, unfortunately). But, the next morning, the maintenence man did come by first thing, and fixed it in short order. We were totally impressed with the hotel. Not only was the price super reasonable, but the room was great and the breakfast was amazing. As part of the dog show in town that weekend, we did not have to pay a pet deposit. Thank you. It was much appreciated.

Our visit was spoiled by lack of hot water. We were told that the boiler needed fixing. It sure did. Since we had no hot water it did not matter that the shampoo and conditioner tubes were empty. I would not come back.

The breakfast was sooo wonderful! The beds were just right the same with the pillows. The first night manager was great , very helpful ,the second nights was lacking she didn't want to have to do anything and it came through loud and clear. But the two things that bothered us the most were,1 the horrible smell coming from the bathroom. It was only in […] the bathroom. The bathroom was clean there was just this rotten egg smell ugg. We called the front desk and she said that they were aware of it and had had several people look at the problem and had some theories on what it might be , but no fixes and then she said that sometimes the smell is in the hallway too. And she was right the next night it was. We just tried to keep the door to the bathroom shut. And the 2nd thing was we were put in the basement,well half basement, when I asked to be moved she said they were booked full. And that was before we smelled the bathroom. but we had had the reservation for three months in advance and we were checking in late at night and didnt want to have to find somewhere else. With the exception of the one night manager and the smell and the basement room,we would stay there again.The pool looked great though we never did have a chance to try it and as I said it was comfortable and clean so all in all a positive experience. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Great hotel, great comfortable bed, would have been even better if I could have slept. The hotel allows animals and my neighbor had yappy dogs that kept me awake for hours.

Clean, comfortable, had everything that should be there (hair-dryer, iron/board, coffee in room as well as in lobby). This is a nice hotel, I would stay again.

SERVICE WAS GOOD , BUT IT WAS A N OLDER HOTEL. WE HAD TO DO STAIRS WHICH WAS HARD ON MY OLDER MOTHER. Great value, comfy bed, nice breakfast set up, quiet and very clean. Linens were not scratchy. Very good choice for the money.
