Hotel was old it smelt the staff was super rude and they were not helpful at all

MET MY TRAVEL NEEDS, BUT BREAKFAST WAS AMAZINGLY POOR.

It was comfortable and convenient to all shopping centers and highways.

We were upgraded to a suite; nice but not necessary. The 2 star rating is about right. This hotel is good enough for a quick overnight stay on a road trip but it is fairly worn out. I don't really have anything extremely negative to say about this hotel.

I was worried about the reviews but my stay was excellent!!! The location was great for my event. The hotel satff was helpful. The room was clean, the rooms are updated. I love the free internet service. I would stay again!!!! I would tell anyone to the stay is enjoyable.

this place is a dump, looks nice online but its not, no extra pillows and the beds are so bad i canceled the other three night i had after one night

It was cheap, but being at the front next to the highway was loud all night. I could also smell the smoke (from the non smoking room) below me. The heating and air worked sometimes, as did the hot water..

The location of my stay was perfect for my needs (visited my granddaugther and son in Allentown, PA. and played a chess tournament in Philadelphia). Very polite staff and plan to return to this area soon.

This hotel was trouble from the start. It took 20 minutes to check in because their office hadn't forwarded my booking info. On the second night I tried to turn on the heat because it was cold that night. The climate control system didn't work at all!! The worst of it was when I woke up the next morning and found bites on my legs. Bed Bugs!!! What other […] kind of bug bites you under the bed sheets? I put all my clothes that were near the bed in garbage bags and got the hell out of there. Oh, and the fridge in the room froze my food solid. For the price, it is a good place to stay. Next to a highway, if you ask for a room in the back you will not hear anything. You have a coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the room. I went there for the night and found my room's bathroom flooded with water, called the front desk they came and left. Not even 10 mins later, again! I was finally moved to another room which was dirty and even had someone's left over burger in the microwave which gave the room an even worse smell to begin with it. We booked six rooms at this hotel for one night for a family outing and ended up spending our money and time. There were fights and police activity in the hotel until 3 am and the kids were horrified no one slept it took the police three visits to finally throw the people out. One of the best prices I could find in the Philly area, and was better than I expected. Good service, nice room, and no hassle. It was well worth the extra 15 minute drive from Philly.

Service was OK. Room was dirty, even filthy in some places. We asked for a non-smoking room and the room they gave us had a strong tobacco odor. We were not pleased.

I stayed at the Knights Inn at Trevose, Bensalem, Pa. Let's see, first of all in order to make a left turn out of the parking lot you had to go through a bunch of other turns right to get there. The hotel service was horrible. I was staying there because it was close to the work I had for the week. I work night shift so I preferred not to be bothered […] during the day. On the 3rd day I was there the hotel staffed just walked in while I was sleeping even though I had the do no disturb sign on the door. Next, the bathroom was the size of a small closet. Rooms were clean and presentable. Two tables and two chairs were nice. TV was fine. Bathroom was clean except for the large mold spot on the ceiling. Bathroom door would not close unless you slammed it as hard as you could. Beds were clean but not very comfortable.

Clean place to stay for a night...good for the cost. recently changed from a HoJo so think there may be continued improvements. There was some dust in areas of room from recent repairs, no coffee carafe.

Dated room, entrance to room on exterior of building. Some trash found on the steps to room and on exterior walks, cups, cigs, gum. Room entry door jamb was dented and damaged. Sink was very low, room had a musty odor. Carpet was worn. Bring your slippers. Bath ceiling was a drop type and was hanging down a little. Small and cramped, lots of things […] in room. No bulb in one light Bed was clean and comfortable. Needed an additional pillow, they did not have one. Fridge and Micro in room worked. Breakfast was small cupcakes, bagels, waffles, milk coffee OJ, cereal. Not real healthy, no fruit. Wife liked it... I would never stay at this hotel again. I was checked in saturday at noon to a room that had an black womans underwear right on the floor next to the lamp. I asked the lady in the front desk to switch rooms and she gladly did. When I entered the next room as soon as I sat on the bed you can feel the springs of the mattress.

I requested a non-smoking room and it stated non-smoking but I could still smell smoke in the room. I did not report it because I only stated one night. The room could have been cleaner. I could see dirt in between the night stand and bed. Like I said it was ok for a place to stay if your looking to save and in a hurry. I thought the hotel was close to Philadelphia, but it took us 20-30 minutes to get there. The area is nice, but it's too far from the city. The room was adequately large, but the linens were of very poor quality. The bathroom ceiling was sort of collapsing and I could hear every movement of my neighbors. This motel is in a great location, and although it is an older motel, it is clean and well maintained. In fact, you can tell our room was very recently updated and painted. Great room for the price.

Good value for money hotel, close to train station with connexion to Philadelphia and free car parking.

It is a great location, right outside of NJ turnpike. Overall facility is good. The service of the breakfast could improve a little. But for the money, it is all right.

It wasn't a stand out location but it was convenient and clean.

Its good if you are looking a motel with less cost.

i check in late we went to the room they a sign it was not ready then the room i got after been so tired we just crash didnt notice this room wasnt clean good get up in the morning stain of blood on the sheet like they didnt change the sheet and some bodys dirty vest hanging in the bath room please make sure the house keepers do there jobs properly […] thats all i want to say. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

You pay for what you get. The room was spacious and clean. My only complaint would be that the bed was uncomfortable. Also there was a complimentary breakfast which was a joke but I wasn't expecting a free breakfast to begin with. I would stay here again if I had to go back to this area.

Standard cheap hotel. Not as clean, but you get the most bang for your buck here.

This hotel was clean and comfortable for my 2 night stay. It definitely did the job. It lacks on vending machines and one of the employees wasn't very friendly, but overall, not a bad place. I'd stay there again.

I had 2 rooms for 2 nights. My room was is great condition, however the other room had a dirty bathtub. Other than this, the rooms were great with comfortable beds, no noise, and mini fridges and microwaves in both rooms. It was half the cost of the neighboring hotels for good service and an overall good stay. They even offered a small continental breakfast […] each morning. I will be traveling to New Jersey often in the future and I will stay there again!
