Nothing special

I travel a lot and was surprised to find this motel only with two star rating. The service, general overall condition, cleanliness,extras include put it at high end of three stars. Biggest surprise was to find a full breakfast layout. No waffles for this place. Instead omlettes beacon sausages cereal muffins eyc laid out for breakfast. We were only there for 1 night....room was clean...when I originally went on the web site it said there were queen beds, but I was negligent and didn't look at the confirmation where it said double......Wanted a cart in the morning....we had extra luggage and food containers (were going to an all day volleyball tournament)....the cart was there when […] we checked in....in the morning when I checked on getting one - found out they only had one for the entire hotel! Enjoyed my stay here. Friendly service and a clean room. They do need new pillows though and the exit out of the parking lot was quite scary, but these are just small complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

The facilities had obviously been renovated fairly recently. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean, the sheets fresh and ironed, plenty of towels and three pillows on each bed. We were very pleased and comfortable with the accommodations and the cleaning staff should be congratulated on a job well done. Room was average for a motel in this price range in this area--a bit run down-looking, but clean. Problem was the heat. Temperature the night we stayed was in the teens, and the motel was mostly empty, which might have made a difference. Everything is upgraded and clean. Breakfast is a feast. Been coming to this hotel for 30 years and the upgrades wirth the name change is super. Will come again.

Pay the extra money and stay at a different hotel where you have access to your room from the inside of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling alone as it's not that safe. Only plus was the flat screen tv with Direct TV.

Nothing special, but clean and cheap.

Basic but clean and convenient; okay breakfast. Biggest issue is very noisy heating fan which kept me waking up through the night.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. I will stay here again.

We feel this is the best motel in Media , and this was the second time we have stayed there. Unless things change thus is where we will always stay while visiting the Philadelphia area.

Good hotel, my only problem was that the site says that the entire hotel is non-smoking. When I booked, they only had smoking rooms left, and the my room REEKED of cigarette smoke (to which I am allergic). When I asked if I could switch to a non-smoking, they said they were sold out, but when a walk-in arrived (while I was in the lobby), she received […] a non-smoking room. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Our only complaint was the coffee maker had mold growing in it. It was not an issue since we were not making coffee in the room.

Don't let the motel-style room entry fool you. The rooms are clean and updated with satellite tv and wireless. Breakfast each morning with hot and cold choices. Downtown Media is nearby with a huge selection of quality restaurant choices. Hotel staff were helpful and available when needed. Would reccomend for either business or leisure stay.

We arrived very late due to traffic delays & miserable weather. The staff greeted us courteously & went out of their way to accommodate requests, including a room on a different level & directions to nearby places to find a late night meal. The breakfast bar was excellent - one of the best we have been to in a long time & was much better than many higher priced hotel chains. We were looking for a place to stay near U Penn for college visits with two teenagers, but not in downtown Philly, as we wanted to spend some time seeing some of the nearby historic sites. Where can you get a good clean room and a great breakfast for four at this price. We were very satisfied, the beds were comfortable and after a nearly five hundred mile drive, most welcome. The staff was great, guiding us on the last few miles of our trip while we talked on the phone. For our needs and simple tastes it was FIVE star.

The room was fine. It was not dusty, but fine.

The rooms look a little tired and dated, although the pillows are great. Very stuffy in the room. Seemed more like a motel than a hotel with every room leading out into the street. Right off of a major highway, making it easy to get to. Basic breakfast offered. Chose it more for price than anything else.

This hotel was clean, the morning breakfast was adequate, and the people were very helpful at the desk. Hotel was a bit far from my outpatient surgery center. I was unaware that the surgery center would transport us. My husband and I drove many miles because we became lost so easily. Rush hour traffic is very difficult for new people in that area.

A great place for the price! A little noisy when people are checking in but that's not the hotels fault. You have to travel to get to stores and resturants but have quick access to major roads in the area.

This hotel needs lots of improvement for the following reasons: First, the key cards did not work after several hours which required us to go and have them reset. Well, when I went online to Hotels.com, I asked for the nearest Hotel to the GraniteRun Mall. They offered pictures of the room, but I could not view the surroundings of the Hotel itself. The room was lovely...clean and fresh. The location was excellent. The staff was pleasant and tried to please. The only problem we experienced was VERY SLOW Internet connection. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and, assuming that the Internet will be fixed, we would stay there again.

I found the desk staff to be very helpful & very professional. Breakfast was much better than average. Rooms were clean & the smoking room was better than average.

From the moment you come in the staff greets you very nicely and is there to help you with anything you need. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Having the bathroom at the angle it was in made it roomy and quite quiet if someone was in the shower while the other party was sleeping. We were pleased with our room (clean & comfortable) & with the helpful staff (desk & housekeeping). We were given info re: nearby train-they will drop you off and pick you up at the nearby Media train station. Nearby grocery store as well as a few restuarants in the area. We were only about 2 miles from our destination. That gave us more time to relax before attending the function we were in town to attend. Attendants at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Got what you need for a night or two. Basic amenities. Breakfast area too small - went to Dennys next door.
