This is a very nice, clean hotel very close to the convention center, and downtown shopping. Our room had a full kitchen setup too. The free breakfast buffet was quite complete.

My husband and I love this hotel. Its become our favorite place when we need to catch a show downtown.

From the smiles of the housekeeping maids to their friendly breakfast staff, this place is just great, Nice gym, fantastic location. A special commendation to Katie and Christalyn and the front desk team. These are people who really understand the concept of hospitality.

My husband and I always stay at this hotel when we visit Seattle. I love that it is central to Capitol Hill, where we can walk up and go to pub or shops or get pierced :), and also central to Pike Place, all the downtown shopping and great food and cafes. Our room wasn't ready at 4 (check in time) and once we got into it, it had just had a general "wipe down" instead of full cleaning. The sheets were clean and the floors were, too, so at this point, I didn't care. We were super tired from travel, and let it go. Right across the street (same side) from the Convention Center Parking garage. You can walk up the back side into the park, or down the front to the first floor. Free WiFi. Free good hot breakfast. Free dinner mon-thur. Dominos will deliver there. We spent most of our time at the convention center, but we walked to the Aquarium and Pikes Place Market. […] Tons of shopping within walking distance. Gameworks (arcade) and 2 different movie theaters (AMC/Regal) within a few blocks. The Queen Suite had 1 queen bed and 1 couch that pulled out into a bed. Mini-fridge and 2 burner stove top. Microwave and toaster. Dishes and pots. I paid for valet parking, but after realizing that the entrance to the Convention Center Parking Garage was like 3/4 of a block away, I wish I would have just done that instead. Our stay at this Hilton was wonderful! A fresh and delicious breakfast every morning, clean and chic rooms. We arrived late and were given the wrong room for the night, 7 am the next morning our new room was ready. Way to go Hilton for winning us back! Strongly recommend staying here, I know I will again!

Clean hotel, friendly staff, excellent location and hearty breakfast. Held our bags for the day until our departure time. Overall great experience!

The hotel staff, from reception, valet, bellboy, maintenance to house keeping, were all very helpful and nice. They made the stay enjoyable. I have already recommended this hotel to a friend.

Friendly hotel staff, free breakfast, but no free parking. Valet parking is pricy or u can park at the convention center for around $24/night. A little bit of an inconvenience however as a Hilton rewards card holder my reservation for just a studio King room got upgraded for free and they compted the upgrade to a top 9th floor suite with a balcony, […] living room, and kitchen. Comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast was great - fruit, cereal, oatmeal, pastries/breads and hot options varying by day. I would definitely stay here again next time I come to Seattle.

Great hotel, but our room was small for King Suite and 3 adults. The other room that my colleague got was also a King Suite, but was huge!

Located within walking distance of many restaurants and sites. Great for the convention center. They upgraded me to a suite upon asking, however, the room still had the remains of decorations stuck on the ceiling, the couch had too low a back and was uncomfortable. Lovely hotel, good location. We were asked to sign a "party policy" unfortunately the hotel did not back this up by taking care of a party across the hall. We questioned the desk staff the next morning and were told, "It was to be expected." Not a fun night for us.

This is the first time I write a review in my life. I generally do not have time to do it. But I want to make an exception for this hotel that has been by far better than what I was expecting. I had a lovely suite with fireplace and a great view, for the price of a normal room in an average hotel. This hotel is literally 1 minute walking from the convention […] center, and it offers complementary internet connection, complementary breakfast and complementary happy hour (Monday through Thursday). Breakfast was an excellent American breakfast freshly made and the happy hours consist in free wine or beer with a light warm meal. On Tuesday and Wednesday, I had dinner for free in the hotel! This hotel is THE perfect hotel for everyone; family, lovers, even coworkers. It very conveniently located, we could get access to most of sightseeing places. Good amenities, appropriately prepared kitchen utensiles, even Herman Miller chair in the living room! Staffs are kind and sincerely care about guests.

The room was lovely and very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and the evening reception. The only downside was the noise from I-5 highway. Our room overlooked it and it was very noisy at all hours. Everything else was fabulous!

This hotel is very close to the convention center, shopping, and sight seeing. The service was great and breakfast was good. They even offer a meal in the evenings Monday-Thursday.

Nice breakfast, clean modern rooms, very close to the convention center. Took the light rail from the airport for only $2.75! Then you are 5 short blocks away. Very walkable or if you have lots of luggage a $4.00 cab ride. That beats $32 from the airport. If you have a car parking (including tax) is $39/night

We just celebrated our anniversary over the Thanksgiving break and decided to stay at this hotel. The staff went out of their way to make our stay extra special, and even gave us a complementary room upgrade, as well as some edible treats! The location of the hotel was great, as we were able to walk to all the downtown attractions. We picked the best […] weekend to visit since we got to see the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade, as well as all the other Christmas activities around town (all within walking distance). The room was so comfortable and made us feel at home, especially with the living room and kitchen! Free hot breakfast was an additional treat! The location of this hotel is pretty good. Pike Place Market, Cheesecake Factory, Regal Cinemas, and countless other venues are all within walking distance. Some things to consider are the lack of parking and in some areas, the high cost of overnight parking. The noise level of the rooms on the "city side" is very noticeable but at least they left us […] a few pairs of ear plugs. The freeway (Interstate 5) passes in front of the hotel. The shower in our room had a leak coming from the ceiling whenever we used the shower...minor detail but it shouldn't have been like that. Breakfast buffet was one of the better ones I've seen...quite a selection. Overall, it was a decent place to stay. However, I would consider staying elsewhere next time. This was the first time I had ever stayed at a Homewood Suites...I was very impressed. I have stayed at others that offered a complimentary breakfast but not the quality that this one did. The staff was very accomodating.

Unlike many Seattle area hotels this one, for the price, is a good deal. It is very up-to-date (doesn't have the turn-of-the-century feel characteristic of so many Seattle hotels...sometimes intentional but more often dated and poorly maintained). The good: location, cleanliness, breakfast room, staff. The not-so-good: it's on top of the I-5 highway […] so there's a constant traffic din (they provide earplugs), parking is crazy expensive and valet (so you have to tip on top of the price and you'd better not plan on going in-and-out), and our room key failed (maybe a glitch). I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 pm. I had no problem checking into a room. The front desk staffs are very kind and helpful. The room is clean and the bed very comfortable. We got there early about 9:30am, arriving off a cruise , they allowed us to check in our bags while we walked around sightseeing. Our 18 year old son was injured and they kept him comfortable in the lobby while we walked for an hour. Upon returning they upgraded our room and got us in early about 11am. our flight out was late at night thee next day, […] they allowed us to remain in our room hours after the noon check out and again allowed us to leave our bags with them as we explored the city. returning in the evening they staff arranged for a shuttle to the airport for us. What an amazing staff!!!! The room was spacious, clean, modern and with a great view of the courtyard. The exercise room was spacious, the pool is outside but lovely. The beds are very comfortable.Breakfast had a wide variety of choices, waffles, cereal, fruit , yogurt, juice, with coffee and tea offered all day. The hotel was nice. We only had two minor problems. First was one of the couples in our group of 6 stayed on the third floor and they said the floor smelled like smoke. Once they were in the room it was fine though. The other was we got in late the night before from a train in from Vancouver. We slept in a bit. They said breakfast was done at 9:30. […] Well they meant it. right at 9:30 they cleaned everything up. Even as we were getting french toast from the pan. They pulled it right out from under the tongs we were using. We shoudl have gotten up sooner. Other than thatthe stay was GREAT. The employees at the desk were wonderful. This hotel is situated in a great location and is only a few minutes walk from all the shops and restaurants of downtown Seattle. The room had everything I could possibly want. Bed was very comfortable. The gym had very good equipment.
