I booked two rooms and requested that the rooms be near each other- No Problem Staff had taken care of that. Friendly staff, Clean rooms, and very comfortable bed. I was also surprised to learn that I receive a free breakfast with my room- cool. I was also invited to have a free drink which would have been nice but I'm not much of a drinker. Pool was […] refreshing and the hot tub really helped me relax. The hotel was right next to the Airport but I didn't hear any airport noise. Overall the stay was very nice and I would stay again for sure. I do agree with some of the other comments. None of these are deal breakers for me but I will list them as it seems some are repetitive. 1) I actually had reserved a smoking king room. Not sure how that happened but it did. Thankfully I got a non smoking room with 2 queen which was fine […] with me but not what I had reserved. 2) The 2 free drinks were included and I had no problem getting them. 3) The only suggestion would be to add a little to the happy hour food selection, popcorn and salsa every night got old. The sleep number beds we great, luxury bedding, super friendly staff, great bar/restaurant, free happy hour drinks, awesome gym. Needed more vending machines.

Really was a great place for the rate.

It was a wonderful place to stay. I like the indoor and outdoor pools, the service was perfect! Room was wonderful and clean! I highly recommend it! They serve great hot breakfast too!!!

We were pleasantly surprised with the size, cleanlisness, and comfort of the hotel. It was our first stay there and will be booking the Radisson every time we visit El Paso. The only thing I'd change is to have firmer pillow options.

Very friendly and inviting envirement.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. When we first got their, we thought the sleepcomfort bed did not work. We called the front desk and they sent maintenance up right away. They showed us that you just had to push a little harder on the buttons than we were doing. Everything was clean and comfortable!!

This hotel is walking distance to the airport, but is totally quiet inside. I was able to use the indoor lap pool, which was great. Manager's free cocktail hour was also a plus as was the free full menu breakfast each day. The place was beautifully decorated and spotless. Also walking distance to restaurants. You have to check out all the amenities, way too many to list, great location, just down street from Main gate of Ft. Bliss. they let us check in at 1pm! very friendly staff. best deal in town for such a high quality Hotel...

Felt very comfortable. Surroundings beautiful. Lovely view of the courtyard. Staff very solicitous.

We really enjoyed our 3 day stay there. The rooms were great, even the sofa bed was comfy. The pools were a big hit with the kids. The sleep number beds took a little adjustment, but once we figured it out, they were great.

Very nice hotel. The hotel was beautiful and clean, as was my hotel room. The only difficulty I had was in getting to the hotel because I was never before in El Paso and found myself on the other side of the street. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was very close to the airport and in walking distance to restuarants. The rooms were clean, flat screen tvs, ref, and the beds were comfortable. I had read a lot of negative comments about the beds but I had no problems. They give an excellent order from the menu breakfast and drinks in the evening. Nice nice nice...

Three attempts to get keys that worked, a loud air conditioner/fan that kept waking me up, and alarm clock that went off randomly at 1:30 am, really mediocre "full breakfast" and a room bill that was a mistake...you get the idea. And when I checked in, a woman came back down to the desk after being given a room that someone was already in.

Overall great experience. Staff was great. Negatives sleep number beds did not work. Breakfast fruit was not fresh. Asides from that nice hotel.

I felt my room was easily susceptable to intrusion as it was hidden in a corner by a stairwell on an outdoor hallway unlit. Front of house staff very helpful. No directions on "Sleepmatic" bed instrument and probably it was not plugged in b/c it was not lit at all. Free shuttle service to any restaurant within 3 miles was a definite plus. Waiting […] an hour for return pickup was not cool. Free hot breakfast was good as was Manager's cocktail hour. Hotel needs to be more visible from the street as I passed it 3 times and didn't see and had to use reservation sheet to find it by address. The place was busy but it's "Daily Bulletin Board" was outdated having events that had occurred almpst a week prior just ti make people feel they were busy. Bed is uncomfortable. Breakfast is included only for 2 people. You have to pay for your kid.

Nice place, but I paid way too much to be close to the airport.

We were driving across the country with a lot of luggage. This place offered a safe location (much safer than downtown El Paso), conveniently located just a block from the airport. What drew us to this hotel was the sitting area in each room - it was able to hold all of our luggage and there was still room for us to move around. The room and bathroom […] was exceptionally clean, the room service was delicious (especially the Mexican entrées), and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was very quiet. We liked the beds. Liana was a bit miffed as we were promised a free drink from the bar, but upon arriving at the bar, the promised free drink turned out to be only beer or wine. Nice enough, but don't promise a free drink if it's just beer or wine at a full bar. Great deal for a good room at a good place and a convenient location, next to the airport. Highly recommended if you want something decent in El Paso.

Stayed at the Radisson for three nights. Staff was great,, enjoyed the free breakfast, and the hotel location was ideal for our needs. The only negative - really hated the "Sleep Number" beds. They weren't comfortable,and because of this - I probably wouldn't stay at the hotel, if there wasn't another option for beds.

The hotel staff were fantastic- very helpful and friendly. Hotel is about 2 minutes from the airport. Nice full breakfast- complimentary, and it starts at 5 am if you have an early flight.

When I booked the room I was asked what kind of a bed I wanted. I chose a king bed instead of 2 double beds because it was just my husband and myself. When I checked in the guy gave me my room keys. I went up and when I walked in there were two double beds. So I called and said I had booked a king. He told me there were no more kings. So when I went […] to bed I could not believe they charged me so much for a bed that was so hard. The bed was decorated with Erro pillows and I had to use them from my bed and my husbands bed and sleep on top of them to even think about falling alseep. My poor husband was out of luck. In the morning my husband went down and talked to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do since we had made the purchase through this website. When I booked this hotel, I was confirmed to have two queen beds. My room had a king bed and a sleeper sofa. I was told this was the fault of hotels.com (Expedia). No offer to change. When booking, it also indicated that breakfast was included with the room. I had show that I had 2 adults and 2 children. When I went to have breakfast, I was told the […] room only included two breakfasts. I had booked this hotel based on the fact that it would be a little better than some of the others. only thing I didnt like ws there is a fountain in front of the room & every morning I could hear when it ws turnd on & it woke me up

This is a great hotel with a great location. It has easy access to the airport as well as various restaurant and shopping areas. The hotel itself was beautiful but know what you are getting into while making reservations. I did not know until check-in that the beds in my package were two full beds instead of two queen beds. In addition, even though […] it was advertised, I was told that they were out of sleep number beds and had to settle for regular beds. This wasn't that big a deal but it shouldn't be advertised if it wasn't a possibility. I was told that if I wanted to upgrade to queen beds, then I would have to cancel my online reservation and pay more upfront to the hotel for the larger package--in essence, pay twice until the online source reimbursed me. Other than that, the hotel was a nice stay. It has two swimming pools (one outdoor and one indoor) and one spa. There is also a restaurant/bar in the front and a nice fireplace lounging area. Two customers per room are allowed two free drinks each during happy hour. Two customers per room are also given complimentary breakfast coupons, so my wife and I were free but we in turn had to pay for our kids. The last time I stayed here they had no free coffee. Now they have free coffee, but it is much watered down, I may as well been drinking hot water with an amber color! I'll bring some instant coffee with me next time. Come on folks, good hotels pride themselves in having good rich coffee ready in the morning.
