La Copa Inn South McAllen - McAllen

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel until I got home. This hotel has great clean rooms but management is really rude and NOT customer service friendly. Change in management would give my rating a 5 but with the current management I give it a 1 only because they dont have a 0 for a rating!

It has all you need when you stay for a short period

We needed a place to stay for one night on the night before Thanksgiving--cheap, easy to find late at night, clean, comfy. This fit the bill. Right next door to Whataburger too!!

When we first got there the first night the AC had trouble cooling. But got fixed right away. The person at the front desk was courteous and polite and offered us a fan. As we were lying on our bed we noticed that the walls were covered with dust accumulation. Of course these things are minor compared to the great service we got and great price we paid. […] We would definitely stay here again. Housekeeping was great. (Wish we had this service at home ☺). HACE FALTA ALFOMBRA EN LAS HABITACIONES, YA QUE LLEGAS DE LA ALBERCA Y DEJAS TODO MOJADO. ES PELIGROSO, MI HIJO SE LASTIMO UN BRAZO AL CAER. Y HACE FALTA CAFE EN LA RECEPCION Y MAS VARIEDAD EN EL DESAYUNO.

Encontramos cucarachas en la habitación, ademas de que olia a humo de cigarro...aun y que era habitaciones de no fumar

La ubicacion del hotel es muy buena, pero la habitación que nos toco no tenía alfombra, la perilla de la puerta de entrada estaba suelta y no se podía abrir bien por dentro tenías que jalarla, las almohadas no son comodas, y las toallas horribles, super rasposas.

CERCA DE WALMART, SAMS CLUB, BEST BUY, WATTABURGER, CARLS JR. WENDYS, CHURCHS CHICKEN. FALTA MANTENIMIENTO: LAS PUERTAS ROSAN EN LOS MARCOS ( HAY QUE CEPILLARLAS DE LOS CANTOS); EL CLIMA HACE RUIDO. LA TV ANTIGUA, CON UNA MANCHA VERDE EN LA PARTE INFEROR IZQUIERDA. COLCHON MUY AGUADO.

las habitaciones limpias , y los colchones muy comodos, descanso total,,y muy bien hubicado de las principales tiendas y restaurantes,,

No me gusta el trato en recepcion, nos han cobrado noches dobles, esta vez ya nos habían cobrado otravez una noche doble pero reclamamos y ya la habian quitado, el cuarto tenía focos fundidos en dos partes, el abanico de techo hacía unos ruidos muy raros y fuertes, el clima no le funcionaban bien los botones, estaban sueltos, aunque era un cuarto para […] 4 personas, siempre nos ponían 3 toallas, si pudiera ya no me quedaría ahí. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

muy bien el hotel.limpio y muy cerca de las tiendas

Olía a pintura fresca y me metí un buen viaje pero me dolió la cabeza.

Areas de oportunidad: 1).-La sabana limpia, pero con mancha desagradable, a la altura de la cabecera. 2).-La bañera-tina, tiene pegado el pasador de agua a la regadera, salia poca agua por arriba (la regadera), no habia tiempo de reportar esto y pudimos haber roto el dispositivo por accidente, lo cual no ocurrio... 3).-El desayuno, no ofrece nada tipo […] light... 4).-El agua del jacuzzi del hotel sucia. Que puedo decir, no hay que esperar más de lo que uno esta pagando, el Hotel esta muy "x" lo salva la ubicación centrica del mismo.
