Simple installations but comfortable and clean. I appreciated the fridge and the microwave within the room. The only bad side was the very short shower height. It was just 5 minutes outside of Marshall, right on 59 so the location was great. However you do hear a lot of highway noise because of that.

Room was very clean. Air conditioner worked great! Pool was lovely. Clerk upgraded room from queen to king since rooms were available. Staff was all very friendly and answered all questions. We came from out of town and staff offered suggestions of places to eat. I would certainly recommend to a friend. Great hotel especially for such a low price.

This motel seems to be new, is in good shape, desk lady was nice. Inside decor was fresh and up to date, all the basics. Pool was small but clean.

The location of this hotel is merely just the otherside of the highway from higher star hotels, so for the location and the price it was great and quite convenient! 1 minute off Hwy. 20 and less than 10 minutes from what I guess would be considered their downtown. What I didn't like was the bed was hard, the pillows were flat and the bedding blankets […] and bath towels were paper thin. So one might say o.k., "well turn on the heat" if you were cold and that I did, but the heater was so noisy you then had to turn up the volume of the tv in order to hear it! Other loud noises to be aware of...my room was in the back area of the hotel, so not directly on the entrance road, but the heavy truck traffic sounds made it feel like my door facing off the service road all night long. Another "thin" element of the room...the walls! You hear when your neighbor takes their shower, what they are watching on TV, what they are saying and needless to say the intimacy level of their evening! All that said if you take "ear plugs" you will enjoy a 1/2 way decent nights rest because the room was clean and close to in proximity to the Hwy, restaurants, fast food, shopping and downtown for a fairly decent rate and friendly front desk staff. The comfort of the room was satisfaction. I only have to to ask if you all would put vents or some type of ventalation in each room, beacuse the rooms become very stuffy even with the air condition on or off, that irritates individual with asthma and allergies, such as my son and myself. The sweet lady at the front desk was very helpful. She was quick to help when my TV remote did not work and suggested several local places to eat. Go to Porky's-great pulled pork.

This is an older motel, so the rooms are not really up to date. Some maintenance issues in the room, but we only stayed one night so it didn't really matter. However the room and sheets were clean, which is important to me. This motel is in a pretty good location, easy to find (just a few blocks south of I-20) and there are many restaurants just a few […] blocks away. i requested non smoking room and got it how ever it smelled like smoke . i feel when the cleaning lady was cleaning she should of sprair it with some oder remover for us.
