Super 8 Motel - Casper/West - แคสเปอร์

we drove around for 20 minutes trying to find the place--finally stopped at another hotel to get directions. It was dark out-- signs not visible.

My wife made this reservation for me and I found out after the fact that if I had to cancel the reservation for any reason that there would NOT be a refund of any kind. In my opinion that is not cool. My wife was advised of this so it was not hidden from her when she made the reservation. I requested a non-smoking room and got a smoking room. This motel should have a sign in front that reads "CHAIN SMOKERS WELCOME" because it smelled like bar. It wreaked of smoke. I turned on the A/C unit in hopes that it would help. It made things worse. Never again.

as mentioned above overall saying, we, my family were very satisfied with their kindness and clean room. Even though we have stayed one night, it was very impressive to reschedule if possible to stay in the same super 8 hotel in Casper.
