The Hotel was in a good location but the rooms were hot and A/C units didn't work very well.

This motel was built in approximately the 60's and is well worn but clean. The drive up appeal is lacking. One of the first eye catching items is a clean well maintained parking lot. With two semi's parked offset approximately 200ft from the office. With approximately enough room for two more semi's with trailers. The next eye catcher was the worn out […] white roof. Our room came equipped with four appliances, a refrigerator,microwave, TV and hair drier. The refrigurator and analog TV worked. The microwave was not utilized and was un-level and rocked when touched. The hair drier worked after being reset. We had plenty of hot water for showers. The toilet drained slowly.... The bed mattresses were very hard/firm and uncomfortable. The table in the room had one chair with the others missing . All the walls had settling cracks which had been patched and painted to match the wall color. The AC worked well and was loud enough to drown out all outside noise. The ice machine by the room was gone. The ice machine by the pool had copious amounts of clean new ice. The food for breakfast was average quality. The waffle batter dispenser was difficult to use..but with some force would dispense batter. Motel employees which I interfaced with were females (Indian/Pakistan and Hispanic) and were friendly and helpful. They could speak English clearly and understandable. Was it worth the price. No. It is a 1.25 star motel, which is over priced but has a convenient location in relation to the local Texas parks. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
