Second time staying at Hotel Trevi. The room was in a different building than our first stay. We reserved a triple room with 3 beds, and the pull out... sofa was very uncomforable. The only lights were wall sconces controlled by a wall switch that lit up the room very brightly, but not good for someone else trying to sleep. No window, but had a door to a courtyard which we kept closed at night. We couldn't start the wall fan/air with the remote. The bathroom had some mold in the shower and the sink stopper didn't work. Didn't get our wake up call. We informed the front desk to no avail. The rate was quite high for the room condition, even though it was Saturday.
