Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Columbus Airport East - โคลัมบัส

I was very pleased with our room. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well.

Help was great! Will definitely stay at this location again when I return to Columbus.

Rooms were very nice, exactly as pictured.

The staff was very friendly & accomodating, the room was in a quiet location & the bed was very comfortable. The gym was an added bonus & I enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was very nice as well & included eggs cooked to order.

This hotel has an all around friendly staff,and the room was fantastic!! We will be staying here again in the near future.

The TVs in the rooms are very old compare to the quality of the hotel. The hotel need to upgrade all the TVs in the rooms. That is degrading the hotel reputation.

Most other hotels near OSU booked up for Ohio HS tourney. This one was only 15 minutes away and offered great amenities and nearby restaurants.

The rug in my room had a large, 10", pink stain on the carpet. Other than that, it is a 5.

Country Inn Suites by Carlson Columbus Airport was wonderful. It is close to the shopping center, grocery store, gas station and multiple places to eat. It is a nice quiet and well kept hotel. Love it.

Got two rooms. My guest said his King room was awesome, our Double room not so much. Holes in the sheets, fuzzed up comforters, stained pillows from drool and makeup. Seems clean, don't get me wrong, but someone needs to invest in some new linens.

great room, services, friendly,pleasantly accommendating i'd so stay again one downfall breakfast sucks majorly but chick fila is across the street so points for that

10-20 minutes from center city destinations. Property is getting older. Breakfast included was better than just continental, although I would have preferred scrambled eggs to poached eggs. Traffic at times on East Broad Street made it an issue to exit the parking lot.

hotel was fairly nice except the first room we were in had hairs in both beds. When we went to the front desk, although the clerk was nice, did not even apologize but changed our room. Our second room had no refrigerator or microwave. Excellent breakfast and the manager in the morning was very apologetic.

Hotel was very nice & clean. Staff was very friendly. Even worked with us to check in early! Would definately stay again.

We arrived late after driving through a snow storm. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick. The hotel is located next to several restaurants and a coffee shop. Our room was clean and comfortable. Until we woke up freezing. Apparantly, at some point during the night our heating unit malfunctioned and stopped working. We reported the problem and […] maintenance was called. The staff was very apologetic and suggested several options to remedy the situation. In the end, the unit was replaced and working before we returned to the hotel that evening. It was a relief to return to a toasty room after a cold day in the city. To compensate for the inconvenience, we were given a gift certificate for a free night! It was totally unexpected and we are very appreciative. We have already scheduled a return visit to this hotel. This hotel was alright but not up to par with most of the Country Inn and Suites that I stay at. It was not as new or fresh.

Stayed 2 nights. No problems. Nothing special. No mishaps. Close to the person i was visiting which was great. People at desk seemed friendly. I checked in. I checked out. Nothing in between.

When we called downstairs to tell the front desk that water was leaking into our bathroom from the room upstairs we were told there was nothing she could do except call that room. I thought that was a ridiculous. She called upstairs and they said everything was OK. That was the end of it. No offer to move us to another room or follow-up the next day. […] I would not stay here anymore. There are newer hotels not far away and this one has not kept up with maintenance over the years. I also forgot my keys on the desk and have been calling for three days trying to get them back. The bathroom smelled like urine. The hotel staff quickly changed our room when we reported it. Nice staff, ok hotel.

It was about as good as it gets I guess for a decent hotel. The only really non issue was the 3rd floor hall way, in which was like walking through an oven to get to the room. The pool was a cool deal along with the large spa jacuzzi.

I know you should open with a positive but i only had one complaint. I wish my room had a flat screen T.V. I had an old outdated T.V. concerning it was a king size suite and the price I paid. it was a little disappointing. I love the exercise area everything was up to date and workinhg and clean. I enjoyed the pretty lights in the pool at night. The […] breakfast was excellent. The area was clean and the food was good. Maybe have trays for the people who wanted to carry food back to the room and milk cartoons instead of a pitcher. My friend and I wanted cereal and walked real slow with the milk. I was so mad my camera broke because i wanted pictures of us on the porch. it was so cute. I went to visit my family who live in Blacklick and I will recommended we stay there again. We had a very nice stay and your motel is lovely. The only problem I ran into ... BUT IT WAS A BIG PROBLEM ... was the door into the indoor pool. It did not work correctly. We swiped our key to get it and it would not open. My daughter walked up to the front desk and was told ... be sure the door is all the way closed .. and try again. She did and the […] door opened partially. AND my 3 yr old granddaughter put her hand into the opening and it was PINCHED when the door would not open. We got her fingers out of the door and a maintenance man finally came down to let us in. He then explained the TRICK to getting out of the door. Excellent all around.

This hotel was very nice and the service was friendly as it always is at Country I&S. However, there were signs all over that warned not to leave your GPS in your car because tons of them have been stolen out of the hotel parking lot. There were lots of creepy people (guests) walking around at all hours of the night.

The hotel was very clean! The breakfast was great! The front desk staff was very rude! I arrived @ 1am to this hotel and I had to ring the "call button" to get in the building, which I understand. But the person that was working the front desk, which she could see me, acted like what she was doing on the computer was more important than letting me in! […] I had to ring the call button again before she came to the door to let me in! What really bothers me is that I called 1 hour before I arrived to let her know that I will be late! After she let me in, she didn't even greet me. There was no "hello" or "how was your drive" She just took my credit card number and gave me my room keys. Which she nevered told me which room I was staying in I had to asked. Then I asked where was the best place to park and she told me in the parking lot! If i didn't just drive 5 hours to get to columbus and if I wasn't so tired, I would hae went somewhere else. Just stayed there overnight. It was a fine place to sleep to get to the airport for an early morning flight. Staff was knowledgable, but unfriendly.

The hotel was clean, but the key cards to the rooms worked after about 5-6 tries. The key cards didn't work on the entry doors or the pool and weight room doors most of the time.

Pretty much your standard business hotel. Must say, of all the hotels I stay in, this has the best fitness center! Even has free weights!

The best thing going was the continental breakfast - great food. It was a comfortable room, however I was dissatisfied with the order of the room. It was not as clean as it should have been. I dropped something on the floor and when I went to pick it up, I saw that the floor had not been vacuumed. I also saw lots of hairs in the tub and shower area […] like the previous user may have washed their hair and the bathroom could not have been cleaned or the would not have been there. Also, I called previous to arriving to find out about upgrading the room and was told that I could and that I did not have to worry about it at that time, that I could just do it when I arrived. When we did arrive, there was not a smoking room available for an upgrade. Needless to say, I was disappointed as we both are smokers, and had to keep going outside to smoke, which made our visit a little less enjoyable. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

We were thrilled with the quality of this hotel. Bed was great....loved the room fan as I was able to have it run continuously. Breakfast was more than sufficient with many options to choose from! Would definately stay here again!
