Very convenient to the new casino! Room was very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

We stayed here one night. Even though the air conditioner wasn't working, the hotel staff quickly and courteously found us another room to move into. They were very apologetic and did not act as though this was an inconvenience. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast provided a nice array of foods, although the […] gravy was very thin and watery. I don't believe that steam alone was the culprit. The location of this hotel was right off the main highway and there were lots of eating places and a K Mart within walking distance. I stayed at the Best Western Governors Inn in Wichita mainly for business.. I was not impressed. The hotel was clean enough and the staff was very pleasant but, I feel it was a little overpriced for what I got. The room seemed a little outdated, the bed was not very comfortable, the morning breakfast was very limited. The location is a little hard to […] get to with all of the construction currently going on in the area as of 8/8/10. There was also a basketball tournement in town that weekend. The hotel was full of middle to high school kids that were RUNNING up and down the halls at least until 1 AM.. I had to call the desk and ask if this was normal. The carpets were dirty. The breakfast bar was very limited. The staff of the hotel was not frienly or helpfull. They were spraying for bugs while we were there and we interupted them as they were opening our room to let the bug man in. The room was decent but it location left a lot to be desired. I was located near the elevator and the only ice machine in the building. Not only was the ice machine loud just when running, I could hear any time people got ice. Also the AC was extremely loud. The rooms were clean but you could tell the owners or manager did not put a lot of money back into the maintenance or up-keep. I would stay again.

Room was dirty when first checked in. Staff very helpful in changing the room.
