Green Valley Ranch Resort and Spa - เฮนเดอร์สัน

Loved it, great value and top notch service! Very clean and spacious accommodations.

For a "Resort" the beds were a bit hard.

We chose this hotel only because we were going to see Chris Isaak at the Grand Events Center. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel and grounds were. Everyone from the front desk staff to security staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Because this resort's logo is "we love locals" we found everything reasonably priced. […] The breakfast buffet is $4.99 and has everything! It includes your beverages as well. There is a shuttle to the strip and airport. You have to stop by the bell desk a half hour before the shuttle leaves to get a pass. I don't know how busy it gets as we were the only 2 leaving for the airport at that time. The pool area is very nice and even has a 'beach.' Only problem when we were there was that the heater was broken and the water was ice cold! If you don't need to go to the strip, this is a great place to stay. There is a shopping area called "The District" across the street with clothing/housewares stores and dining. The Cheesecake Factory is withing walking distance as well. Nice hotel terrific spa with convenient hrs.

If you hate the typical casino hotel - this is the place for you. Very nice

Beautiful hotel. Nice to be off the strip but within 8 to 10 minutes. Helpful friendly staff. Nice pool area. Great fitness area and spa. Would definitely stay again.

There was a mandatory resort fee of $28.59/day that I was not aware of. The pace was very nice though.

The hotel was beautiful and would highly recommend -- Only difficulty was finding the entrance and then the amount of distance to get to your actual room. Otherwise would return in a minute for another stay!

It's a nice hotel... But nothing special. Casino very smokey. The hotel is away from casino. That's good and bad ... There is nothing really to do around the hotel. Or even in there. I would not recommend this hotel. Unless you go summer time and want to relax.

Nice hotel, great spa and pool area....the Hanks martini happy hour should not b missed! Bartek is a very good bartender and Martini maker! Scotch tastings were a little lame. Dan

My wife and I came to Las Vegas for a family get together. Although we knew about the Green Valley, we had never stayed there before. We were extremely impressed by the staff who could not do enough to help us, from jumping to open every door, to polishing my shoes and pressing my suit, to helping us with airline boarding passes. The condition of the […] hotel was immaculate, and clearly they took great pains and pride in keeping it that way. The fitness room was clean and well-appointed. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food (buffet and cafe) was reasonable (though not great). Casino was fun and clean. You got all the class, comfort and amenities of an in-town strip hotel without the crass and glitz. Overall, this was an absolutely first class experience. Everything about this hotel/casino is great! I've stayed in their basic delux room and their delux suites, and they are all comfortable! The customer service there is absolutely amazing. If I can afford it, I would stay here all the time. :)

Love the place. The rooms are beautiful and large. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We stay there whenever we can when we're in the area. Love the hotel and would stay more often but sometimes we need a pet friendly hotel.

Very beautiful well maintained resort with all the amenities. The only downside is the distance from everything else. It is great for a destination, if you plan not to leave, if you want action, it is a hike to the strip.

It was a great place to stay. Very clean, and comfortable. Lots of places to eat and shop in walking distance.

This is one of the best hotels... Clean, friendly and great casino....

Beautiful hotel in Henderson, NV for those who want the Vegas experience without all the hassle of the strip. I had my wedding there, and chose everything based on the pictures from their website and by speaking to their wedding planner. New facility, well maintained, Very fancy. Very nice room, bathroom. Restaurants good. Sportsbook great. Long walk from room to casino. Highly reccommend if you don't want to stay on strip.

I love this hotel! Always clean and friendly. Plenty of restaurants and things to do. 10 minutes drive from the strip.

This is a very nice hotel and spa. HOWEVER, we stayed there for from Sun-Friday and did not find out until Thursday, that we could have been using the spa facilities the entire stay. When I went in for a paid service, my aesthetician informed me that I could have been using the steam room, sauna, etc... throughout my whole stay - not just the day I […] purchased a sservice. This is paid for in your Resort Fees. Awesome, Top notch!

All the hotel employees were very nice. The room had a wonderful view. Very comfortable room and big enough to allow easy movement and not kick a piece of furniture. A little disappointment when entering the bathroom and seeing a handful of hair in the shower drain and hair around the tub. I had some issues with my key card. In a nutshell, it was replaced three times before finally transferring me to another room. But no problem. They were very accommodating and quick to respond. The biggest turn off was noticing the soiled white bed sheets...apparently from someone who was sleeping without a shirt. Yuck!! The bed was immaculately prepared, […] but closer inspection and a good eye revealed that these sheets weren't laundered. GVR is a beautiful hotel. The hotel is excellent, but the 25 dollar resort fee would prevent me from staying again. If you sign up for the players club, be sure to sign up with a pit boss because they can give you a few free buffet passes.

good hotel, nice rooms, but little far if you like to be in the strip every day

Off the strip.. but conveniently near it.. The staff anywhere we went in the resort was friendly and helpful.. Will definitely stay there again when we visit Las Vages.

GOOD LUCK if you're betting on having a satisfying room experience in the GVR Hotel's East Wing in particular. As if the nightly $$$ isn't pricey enough, the HOTEL also charges a HEFTY resort fee per night. ~ This may not be a big deal IF you thoroughly enjoy the constant humming of FREEWAY traffic, a beautiful view of the facility's PARKING STRUCTURE […] and / or staying in a 'Standard Two Queen' AFTER BOOKING a "Deluxe Room, KING Bed" promising a "View of mountains, Las Vegas Valley, or pool area." The Green Valley Ranch Resort charges a resort fee for all room--regardless if you use any of those services or not. The receptionist at the front desk had an arrogant, inflexible attitude when we questioned this charge at check-in, and the manager was ABSOLUTELY INFLEXIBLE when we appealed to him at checkout to waive the fees. This attitude was not […] customer sensitive at all to arguments that all items the resort fee covers are not applicable to a customer just wanting a nice room and room service for the night. Other resorts are more friendly, but this one had a robot like attitude that did not care about customer satisfaction. Dealing with the hotel's policies wasted much of our time. It was awesome to have a free shuttle available round trip to both the airport and the strip, however it doesn't run regular. The airport shuttle is every 2 hours, so if you just missed it like we did, then it's a $30 cab ride to the hotel. :-( Not a big deal, but I would have rented a car instead for the same price...
