Very friendly staff, food was of good quality, with a large variety available at breakfast.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and good food. Breakfast was very nice. Car park was a little small so had to park on the road next to the hotel. Overall OK.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Restaurant was over priced and restaurant staff did not pay close enough attention to guests. Great wifi service. Central heating is very odd as it gets turned off at 9.00pm, had to ask for heater. It kicks in with a bang at 5.30... which woke me up.

Would stay again, friendly and helpful staff which is always paramount. Room clean and free wifi excellent. Car park a little small so you need to check in early otherwise its the road or a carpark over the main road.

The staff where very helpful. Room was clean and well equipped but our room was at the front of the building over the bar and as there was a wedding going on it was quite noise until midnight. These rooms would be better saved for people at the functions.

I only had one night at this well managed hotel. The bed was particularly comfortable so that I managed a good nights sleep prior to a long airplane flight. The room was a garden room and so very spacious.

One of the best experiances ever at a hotel. Best accomadating staff. Nice restaurant and bar. Nice room with great bathroom.

Very satisfied. Receptionist very helpful and friendly. We were visiting friends in Bradford so the hotel was very convenient. The down side was why did we have to listen to the loud radio when we were having breakfast, i am sure the majority of visitors would prefer to be quite in the morning or perhaps some quiet restful music if there had to be some […] noise! In general no complaints. Points to note! Noisy plumbing in vicinity of room 14 Self service toast at breakfast. Hot toast on cold plates gives condensation. this gives soggy toast. Delia would not approve. No toast racks! Poor quality sausages spoil'd the breakfast.

A really lovely hotel, possibly the best Best Western we have stayed in. Comfortable, clean and tidy room. A great restaurant with a wide ranging menu. A fully stocked bar with comfortable seating area.

Hotel is nice & clean, few miles from city centre. Car park small approx. 14 spaces, on street parking available in the vacinity. Rooms have flat screen tv with limited channels. Breakfast extra.

Our stay was for a Sunday night. The staff were very helpful. Restaurant not open on Sunday evening which was not good for us as there were no restaurants in close proximity but the member of staff on Reception took an order from us and the chef prepared this for later in the evening. We attended a party. This is the third or fourth time we have stayed. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are always huge and well decorated.

Like many Best Western's its not the most luxurious hotel or in the best location but if you're on a business trip for a couple of days in the area it can't be faulted. The bar is open till very late. The only thing I would say is the eating options in the hotel are a bit limited and restricted (the restaurant isn't open on a Sunday!) but there are […] plenty of eateries in the area - a pizza hut at the top of the road and a 24hr Tesco's a 5 minute drive away.
