Kingston Plantation Condos - ไมร์เทิลบีช

The Villa was very spacious, clean & had all the comforts of home. Having a washer & dryer was very convienient as well. Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed their first trip to Myrtle Beach!!

We stayed in the Villas at Hyde park. Rooms were fine and was what I was looking for with 3 kids. The grounds were a little run down and outside of tennis and pool there was not much else. A basketball court would have been nice but there was not one on the entire complex. Good location and close to all restaurants

1 of the elevators was not working in our building. There was no access to an indoor pool on cool days and evenings even though the Embassy and other buildings had indoor pools.

THE SHEETS ON BED HAD STAINS ON THE AND BLINDS WERE BROKEN OTHER THEN THAT I LIKED THE ROOM COZY

1st of all, what was discussed with the Hotels.com Rep and what was delivered were entirely different. The Condos were rundown. The room was not clean with trash and partially empty water bottles. The mattress needed replacement. After 3 calls with Hotels.com and 3 hours I was moved to the villas which were extremely nice. Not really what I expected at all. First off I was told the room was not ready when I arrived. They offered a placement room so I could check in now rather than wait. The replacement room was terribly well-travelled and unacceptably. I returned to the desk and suggest that I wait until my original room was ready. I was then told to come back at 4pm. […] I arrived back to the front desk at 4pm and was told once again my room was not ready. The visit was awful to say the least. I finally received a room about 515pm. Daniel was a manager and was most accommodating and friendly when our internet reservation crossed over with a live reservation and we had no room. he worked very hard to get us into another and better room. unfortunately, when we got there it was not as clean as i would have liked---there was a lot of hair in the master bath shower and the glasses […] in the cabinet were not clean. i didn't complain because it was a good sized room, it was too late for me to deal with waiting on housekeeping and Daniel was so friendly and helpful. i cleaned it myself but was grossed out for a while. also we stayed at north hampton and you need a special key to use the indoor pool which we didn't get until day three of our five day stay because apparently only one person can give it to you and it was hard finding him in. They were reallllly funny acting about the pool, even though it was sold as a perk to staying at north hampton and we were paying a lot of money. i can't say if i will stay on kingston properties again....would recommend dunes village - very good for children and very very clean for a beach property. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

We enjoyed our stay. We found it a little misleading when we were told that we were renting "an ocean front villa" which turned out to be a bit of a walk to the ocean..........approximately a half mile. Still, we enjoyed our stay. There was a swimming pool close by and the walk was shaded and pleasant.

Swimming pools are small, children pools are restricted and must be registered at the office; inconvenient for kids

If you are planning to vacation in Myrtle Beach, I highly recommend staying at the Embassy Suites Kingston Plantation Condos, specifically in the "North Hampton" condos. This building is new and privately owned. The guests are provided with a hard key to enter the building. The condo we stayed in was beautifully decorated and with a view of the ocean. […] The view was just as good as an Ocean Front condo. Loved our stay in Brighton Towers. Close to the beach and awesome pools and amenities!

Our overall stay was great but we brought our grills down to barbecue in the effort of saving money and wasnt able to do so on the property. We purchased alot of food that we had to take back and then go out to eat which turned out to be very costly. Our villa was perfect for the 5 of us. It was very spacious and in a nice location. We were close to the beach, outdoor pools and indoor pools and the health club. Housekeeping was a bit slow to respond to our needs, but overall it is great place to stay and we would return.

Elevator carpet was very nasty. Got to the room one of the double beds had a mattress that was sunk in and the front desk did not have a replacement and informed me that they could work with me if i had booked thru them instead of online. The carpet was dirty. This was not a clean place i felt very dirty all the time.

When you are going to the beach for a vacation and you reserve accomadations at a specific location on the beach and then are sent to another that is no where near the original address given, you tend to get very upset. This sucked beyond reason.

We rented a 4 BR townhouse from a SUN - SUN but wanted to arrive on Saturday so we rented a 3 BR Condo in the same complex and it was very clean and comfortable. Kingston Plantation has always been a great place to bring the family. The area is well maintained and safe but at the same time close to shopping, restaurants and golf. Upon arrival they didn't have our reservation booked for a two bedroom oceanfront condo. They then tried to work with hotels.com and offered my wife and I a villa. We walked in to the villa and it was extremely dirty and in bad condition. They then gave us another villa which was a little cleaner but still in bad condition. when I went back and said […] we didn't want the villa but a two bedroom oceanfront condo which we had booked they gave me the room. Upon bringing the luggage into the room the room was already occupied by someone else. I then loaded all the luggage again and went to the lobby for them to give us yet another room. In the middle of the night in the new room my wife slipped on a puddle of water in the bathroom. When she turned on the light there was a hole in the ceiling and water leaking. We reported it in the morning and were told it was coming from the upstairs toilet and they would fix it up there. The ceiling wasn't fixed in our room and we had a garbage can under the leak and didn't use the bathroom again. We then booked the remaining nights at a different hotel which saved our vacation. Would never stay at this hotel again as it is dirty and the pool area isn't taken care of properly. Algae around the hot tub, and clumps of hair and sunscreen building up in the pool. Filters weren't working correctly and maintenance wasn't being done. For our troubles they did offer just myself free breakfast but not my whole family. I was very nervious about this booking as there were some negative reviews. I have to say We were all very pleased when we arrived as everything was beyond what we expected! Our villa was like our little home away from home , very clean and comfortble. My husband and I were there to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and decided to get two rooms so that our 5 year old daughter (who loves the beach) could also come . On the first night she found a bug under her pillow! She refused to sleep in that room afraid that bugs would be crawling on her. She slept between me and my husband for the rest of the […] trip which did not afford us much privacy. I called guest services right after the incident and spoke to a very apathetic woman who offered no apologies only that she would tell housekeeping and they would contact me, which never happened. Upon our return I spoke to Drew who is a manager there. He agreed to waive our resort and internet fees of $36.80 and seemed apologetic. I booked this room in the South Hampton building. The room was very small and just had nothing to it. The location of Kingston Plantation is great. My room was a condo, so you could book and get a different room and it may be great.

this is in reference to the 1st condo we stayed in only. I took my 2yr old daugther to the beach. I did not feel safe in our condo at all. The balcony door did not lock and it was shared with the next condo so anyone could have come into our room. The repairman came and "fixed" it. But it came right open again. Someone else had to come fix it correctly. […] there was hair in the all of the beds, in the sinks, in the dining room chairs along with someone's toenail, the carpet was disgusting and the tub had a slow drain. I hated giving my child a shower in there. I had to buy a bathmat for the tub because it was disgusting. After complaining, we got another room in the same S.Hampton building and supposedly dinner at the restaurant. The waiter chased me dinner to pay for the ck until I had to tell him that the hotel was paying for it. The villa's our great. 2 adults and 2 children had plenty of room. The location is great for whatever you want to do in Myrtle. I would definatly stay and recommend.

I was very hestitate about staying at this location due to a couple of comments I had read, however, I decided to take a chance and am glad I did. Although I will admit when I read a comment about an upstairs neighbor being noisey, I thought, well as big of a location this cant happen to me.......Wrong! I was in a great 2 bd/2ba condo, but there was […] "An Owner" above me who had way too many loud kids with no bedtime (5-8- yr olds) who kept us up all night at all hours! With this aside, the location, the condo, the food and service (especially pool-side), the water/splash park, evening walks around the property and on the beach was so excellent!!!! James at the front desk is an absolute doll!!!!!! Very professional and friendly and always had a great smile on his face! I spent a week here with my 19 yr old step daughter and met my best friend from NY and we all had a blast!!! Might I add, the location could not have better! You are in the middle of the main attractions with a fantastic outlet mall and WalMart within minutes as well as shuttle service if you wish. My cleaning guy was awesome! Do keep in mind.....most of the units are condos, therefore, you do not get daily cleaning service as you do in the hotel part and you have to provide your own coffee, etc. That is all part of it when you go CONDO. Note this is a place where you can get the "hotel service" or you can get "condo service". All in all, I have no complaints, would highly recommend to any of my friends and loved it so much am considering purchasing one of the condo units. Have a great trip!!!! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

couldnt have dreamed of a better place to spend our vacation

This is the best place i have had in my whole life. The service was impeccable, and im going to this place every year.

We stayed in a three bedroom condo and can't say enough about how wonderful everything was. Our group included four teens, two adults and a 9 year old and everyone had something to do.
