This hotel was very nice and clean. Parking conditions were terrible. I stayed there overnight after surgery and needed a wheelchair and one could not be located quick enough therefore, I walked to room and was then very nauseous and dizzy. Other than parking and wheelchair, it was very nice and worth the money.

Great location on the beach. Close to a strip mall (across street) with several good places to eat more reasonably priced than the hotel. Hotel Breakfast was good, but just a bit pricey.

Was nice, would have liked for the Pier restaurant to be open like it shows on their FB page. Very deceiving. Overall was a nice hotel for the price. Beach access was close and easy. Would recommend.

This place is slowly getting a required update, but if you want relaxation with anything fancy, come here. Loads of shopping and restaurants in the local area.About equal distance from Miami and Fort Lauderdale.

It's a nice place to go with family and a loved one. We wanted to stay close to South Beach without the craziness. It is in a great place and has nice places to eat. Loved the bar service on the beach.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful from the Valet to the beach Tiki Hut personnel and everywhere in between. Very busy hotel everywhere from the pool and beach to Kitchen 305 and the spa but were very accomodating. I actually received a free room upgrade and they were courteous enough to call & confirm it was ok when a friend wanted to charge […] his valet to my room. The room was very nice w/ newer furniture and good size bathroom. The oceanfront view was spectacular. The food at Kitchen 305 was all delicious and my Cotton Candy Birthday Cake w/ Sparkler was a unique touch. The spa was a bit overbooked and running late but they were gracious enough to offer another massage free of charge at later date. Great location easy going and friendly place to stay. excellent large two room suites for families, great location on the beach. on site restaurant (Kitchen 305) is very good (but pricey) breakfast buffet is fair. beds good, pillows HARD. Far enough from South Beach to be a good value for the money.

The worst service experienced ever. Quality of service and realibility of guest services staff was lacking tremendously, repeated requests and confirmations by the guest services for a confirmed room change was not available when I returned @ 7pm. First day was nothing but issues, starting with sofa bed given for 4 people, and one King bed. the request […] to get padding for the sofa bed was not met, they sent up blackets and sheets and just gave at door and did not apply sheets, and room service just left me to put on the sheets. finally went down to guest services they said they will send up Bed padding, if not will call, and no call came and no bed padding came, we slept on hard coils becuase it got so late and the staff was unresponsiive and didnt seem to like there jobs. The only thing good about the place is the cleanliness of room, valet guys were good. Engineer was also quite helpful. Nice Beach front and pool area. We were finally moved after I asked for the manager of the disgraceful run around we were given all day on the 2nd day, spoke to them at front desk 3 times and said don't worry the room will be here for you when you get back. Lobby, pool and beach are nice. Service was friendly. Rooms are in need of reno with paint literally peeling off the ceilings and very dated worn out furnishing. Good for a quick inexpensive stay if you wanted to be right on the beach but I would not go back.

I have nothing bad to say. My family went spring break weekend. Everyone was nice, room was perfect, pool was big, beach was the best with service. I would stay again.

Great location, good coffee shop, and entry way looks nice. The rooms and hallways were another story. We had daily problems with towels,- there were never enough. I had read this on the reviews and should have taken the hint to bring my own towels. The elevator was also a painpoint. It was a nice place. When we pulled up it had a nice appearance and the lobby is very nice and smelt good. We were treated very well. The spa was not working and the peer that I saw in the pictures was not finished for use. The pull out couch in our room was very uncomfortable so be sure to ask for a room with two beds. We had an end room on the 9th floor. View was to the south, right over the beach and ocean. For the price, the view alone was worth it. Hotel does have a resort feel to it, with access to the beach and it's own pool with plenty of chairs. Hot tub not functional while we were there. not alot of family activites around the hotel, pier was closed, pool water cool, no hot tub working, food expensive in hotel. The room was nice! Water at desk was nice as well. should have been told upfront about parking expense- did not plan on that for daily charge for parking rental car.

Everything was great about our stay. The location was perfect! We had the pool,and ocean right out the door. Breakfast lunch and dinner was right there or within walking distance if you chose to not dine at the hotel. The only problem I had was the breakfast buffet it was 17.00 per person which was more then our lunch was. Great location. Right on a beautiful beach. However when we 1st arrived we waited 10 minutes for luggage to be taken inside hotel. Also late to check in as they had double booked our ocean view room. Very busy location, parking is a joke, you have to cross the busiest street in Florida to get to the parking lot. Fair hotel for the price, they hit you on a "resort fee" for a couple of towels, on top of the parking fee, so factor that into your pricing.

This must be one of the worst hotels in Sunny Isles. Really badly managed and in a dilapidated and neglected condition I strongly advise against booking at this hotel.

Front desk people are great. Nice, smiling, ready to help. But the condition of the hotel (corridors, rooms at least where we were staying) is very poor. Hotel has to be renovated.

Nice hotel though be aware there is a $15 per night resort fee and you need to pay either $15 a day to self park or $20 a day for valet. The water pressure was very weak so showers were not up to par. The restaurant attached was very good though the menu was small. Skip the breakfast buffet, it was crazy busy and thye had one extremely slow toaster […] holding up the line. The onsite pool was very nice, though the hot tub was out of order. Hotel reviews were bang on when it came to the elevators. Too few and slow for that many people. Very busy lobby/front desk. However, check in and out went fairly quickly. Quite noisy/crowded. Plenty of staff but it seemed like most were selling timeshares or ? Very modern lobby, etc. but upper floors and rooms were dated and could have used some work. […] Large room with lots of amenities. Lacked an affordable on-site restaurant but were others nearby. Also close to shopping. Nice pool area and beach. Housekeeping staff did not seem organized or particularly efficient. Pretty much hit and miss as to when the room would be made-up. Comfortable and clean room but fairly outdated. My wife and I had a bad experience in the restaurant (kitchen 305). We were served a disgusting side dish with one of our meals and nothing was done about it. The waiter even said "I don't cook the food." Other than that our stay was enjoyable, and the rest of the staff was pleasant.

i have mixed feelings about the condition of the hotel. not bad but definitely not great. but price was right.i was kicked off my beach lounge at 4:30- they were closing the beach area and needed my lounge back. location was awesome. near everything.
