Kids loved the water slide. So did I. Beach and sea were lovely ( January ). Both the breakfast buffet and other a la carte food options were superb.

The employees at the front desk at the hotel very unfriendly. We arrived at night and met us badly! The employees are incompetent. We lived in the wrong number. We booked a room with a balcony, when we arrived, we were told that no rooms available! We lived in a room where there was a terrible smell! we were told that we can not help anything. An hour […] later found one room, although we had booked two rooms. It was two in the morning! When we were checking out of the hotel, the girl at the desk was very unfriendly, too. The rooms smell terrible! Air conditioners are blowing very strongly right on the bed. We left the hotel at 4 am and we were not even offered an early breakfast. 5 star hotel for4 star prices. Good beach. Pool good too. Service excellent. Breakfast Avery ample and varied. Note it isabit of a schelp from Bangkok airport. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency with four boys, aged 13 to 7, and all tired themselves out daily on the water-slide and the other pools. We assumed the playground was for younger kids, but were impressed with the beautiful equipment when we finally headed over to check it out. Even the adults took a spin. This was by far the best hotel I have stayed at anywhere in Thailand or anywhere else for that matter!! Superior service, great rooms and extras for your money. Some of the food was a little pricey for what you got but even then, the quality of the food was great. They have the most beautiful pool/lagoon I have ever seen and the hotel is VERY kid friendly. […] Oh, and my daughter absolutely LOVED the big slide the hotel has going into the pool. The beach is literally only a few steps from the pool area. The hotel location was not overwhelmed by vendors harassing you, which was a relief for me. If you want a more exciting vacation though, there are plenty of things to do and see that are only a short drive from the hotel. Impressive swimming pool. I had stayed for 4 days, one thing you shouldn't miss is the weekend market, it is right at the front door of the hotel. Another thing you shouldn't miss is the award winning Barai Spa! Restaurants are okay but can be better.

We just had 11 days in Hyatt Regency. We had high expectations, normally 5 stars in thailand equals fantastic services. However Hyatt Regency gave us a bit impression of hard times. Things were not fantastic, and we struggeled to get what we ordered the first days. F.ex we ordered an extra bed per room for our children, but only after documenting and […] discussing the matter late in the evening - the hotel finally put in an extra bed for the kids. In the beginning they wanted to charge us extra for that. Every request we had, was answered with: what is your room number - sorry that is not included - you have to pay extra. Further the hotel was spilt into different areas - some for first class, some for hyatt gold members - and the rest for normal mortals like our family. It didnt give you the impression of being welcome, and it limited the areas of the hotel you could use - even if you were ready to pay for it. Anyway Hyatt Regency is a nice quiet hotel, with a great garden and fantastic location - and we still ended up having a good vacation, even when we felt like 2nd class guests. Ett hotell som ikke fortjener mere enn 3 stjerner. Gamle, kjedelige møbler, skittent, dårlige senger - ett rom preget av slitasje og var som ett motel på 2-stjerner. Flott ute areal og strand, men rommene drar ned. Overpriset frokost (600 THB) og middag (1500 THB). IKKE VERDT PENGENE

The hotel is excellent in terms of guest rooms, the whole environment and of paramount importance, the swimming pools and beach area. Majority of guests there were Westerners, not many Asians, which gave me another strong feeling of resort and out of my home town (Hong Kong). City of Hua Hin is about 10 mins taxi from hotel with fee as 150B. Hotel provides […] shuttle service (a luxurious mercedes Benz 5-person private car) with 50B per person. It was to certain surprise that the shuttle service was not free as no staff ever informed us, not even when we did reservation of the shuttle service. We knew after we asked the driver out of intention and guess how embarrassing it would be if the driver waits but we do not realize we need to pay. Hua Hin City was not much special. Personally, only the train station and night market worth spending time, but if you have already been to similar markets in Bangkok, I'd recommend simply going to the Cicada market located in front of Hyatt and spend the rest of time enjoying the hotel. The stay in Hyatt was pleasant, and I love especially their service on the availability of different kinds of pillows for you to choose. Service is good, ppl are very well trained for high quality service. This is place for family, not for couple or for friends. Free Wifi service is only available in lobby. プールが素晴らしい。ウォータースライダーやジャングル秘境のような広大なプールに飽きなかった。 スタッフが子供にも優しく、プロフェッショナルで素晴らしかった。 Regencyクラブに付随するレストランの軽食が以外に豪華だったので、毎回ビュッフェを楽しめた。

リゾート感は抜群に高いのですがレストランが美味しくありません。ホアヒン中心街までタクシーで5分ほどですので、そこで探すのが無難です。お勧めはイタリアンレストランのペッピーノです。ホテルのサービスはスタッフの細かい気遣いが感じられリクエストへの対応も早く完璧でした。また行くと思います。

Отель располагает роскошным парком , системой соединяющихся бассейнов, есть горка для детей, фонтаны с рыбами, водопад с бассейном- ванной. Учтивый персонал. Нет достаточного выбора европейской еды, та , что есть не вкусная. Народ странный- едет за тысячи километров, чтобы купаться в бассейне. Песок - сказочный: чистый и мелкий, идешь по нему , а скрипит […] , как снег. На территории отеля предупреждения отеля об опасности ядовитых медуз, и о том , что отель не несет ответственность за туристов, которые купаются в море. Странно. Море мелкое и очень теплое, нет навязчивых торгашей - было 3 человека, но не наглых. Отдыхают в основном тайцы, европейцы и китайцы. Разумеется, не бедные. Здесь же расположен очень респектабельный спа - комплекс со своими номерами. Находится вдали от суеты и шума. Вечером можно поужинать в ресторане на территории отеля тайской кухней под тайскую музыку и танцы. Восторга не испытала. Ездили поесть в центр- есть много европейских заведений с почти европейской едой. Европейская еда в тайском исполнении напоминает разогретый фаст- фуд. Тайская еда на любителя. На Пхукете в отличном по уровню кухни , организации , свежести продуктов, " вкусности" еды тайском ресторане , мы ели все, что могли съесть. Скорее, даже не тайский , а рыбный- все вообразимые дары моря, если хочешь , будет spicy. Здесь же такой кухни нет. Жаль. В номерах на втором этаже - очень уютные балконы с креслами и торшерами - удобно есть фрукты. Сами номера очень небольшие: ванная такая же по размеру , что и комната . Стена комнаты и ванной раздвижная: лежишь в ванной , смотришь в сад. Есть еще душ. Есть еще дверь в ванную- она тоже раздвижная.
