Hotel is very handy for the sights, clean and comfortable. Reception staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.

I loved this room. Quiet, room no real noise to speak of. Small but nice. Free drinks in the fridge. Love them.

Excellent value, quality and location. Much better than others I have stayed at on business and for vacation in North America and Spain.

We were very happy with the hotel. The only caveat is that if you want a room with 2 beds, those rooms do not have windows. They were willing to switch our room, as the other felt like a closet. The exterior rooms are lovely with nice large bathrooms, and one bed.

The hotel staff were very accommodating. The room was a great size and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is ideally located. The staff was helpful and the room was very nice.

The hotel is within walking distance of many museums and other areas of interest. The front desk at the hotel could have been more helpful - not speaking Spanish is definately a big disadvantage. The room we had was very spacious and comfortable and clean. Having the water, soda and beer free in fridge was a very nice touch.

Hotel was great, however we were lost half the time since we don't speak Spanish. The map the hotel provided was too hard to read. My advise would be to arrive with a good map and know where you are going! Hotel was very nice and the staff was helpful.

Streets in Madrid are confusing, so we walked around the area for 1hour before finding the hotel (which we'd been so close to the whole time)! Wished we'd mapped it earlier... Otherwise, it was great. PS. Yummy buffet breakfast

The hotel is in a good location with several good restaurants nearby. There is an internet cafe across the street, and a wonderful yogurt place two doors down. You can easily walk to Gran Via, Plaza Espana, Plaza Mayor and lots of other tourist areas.

Hotel exceeded my expectations.

地下鉄駅やデパートレストラン等に近く、観光にも便利な場所で、室内も清潔で、とてもコストパフォーマンスがよいと思う。

便利な場所にあります。ただし、レンタカーで行きましたが、非常にわかりにくい場所にありました。近くを何度も廻りました。

hotel tres confortable et tres bien situé ; accueil competent ;chambre amenagée moderne de bon gout ;petit dejeuner à 15 e varié et de qualité rapport qualite prix interessant avec les prix derniere minute de hotels .com

voir commentaire plus haut , bonne situation ,propre et friendly , personnel efficace et à l'écoute , ma chambre aurait pu etre plus spacieuse , mais ok pour 1 court séjour mes amies avaient une meilleure chambre au meme tarif , je n'ai pas voulu réclamer pour avoir l'équivalente.

Tout d'abord l'hotel est vraiment tres bien placé. Nous avions une chambre au 5ieme avec une petite terrasse, elle était spacieuse, très confortable avec un design moderne simple et agréable. un excellente adresse.

TB mais contrairement à ce qui est noté sur le site au moment du paiement, l hotel charge la tva en plus de la note au checkout... ce qui ajoute près de 20% à la note des 3 nuits !...
