The gentleman at the front desk was superb. The rest of the hotel was very nice but bland. There was nothing that made it stand out from other hotels or even other Hampton Inns. The one in Lordsbrurg, NM is better. Same price. I'd go back but I would prefer more attention to aesthetics.

We really didn't stay too long. My friend and I got to the hotel at about 11pm and we were scheduled to be at Lake Pleasant at 6am. For the time we were there, the front desk manager was very friendly and the room was nice. Thankfully, this was my "free" night after purchasing 10 other rooms with Hotels.com because I did feel that the Hampton was overpriced […] compared with the competition in Phoenix. Great custome service. My only complaint is the size of the pool (small) and the hotel location on the highway (a bit noisy at times).

This was the third time we have stayed at this Hampton Inn. We keep coming back because of the great service, accommodations and extras. It seems to be a little more expensive than some of the other hotels in the area, but when you consider the pool, free hot breakfast (we have two teenagers!) and very spacious rooms- it's definately worth it. Out of our three nights away, we enjoyed our stay at this place the most. Clean, comfortable, friendly and a great room with all the needed amenities. We will choose Hampton Inn for sure on upcoming vacations.Thank you!

Hotel was very clean and quiet for an interstate hotel. Staff was professional, especially Emeel, the manager at check-in. Room was very well set-up. It had a great work desk and a sofa. Beds were comfy and it was all extra clean. Was an unexpectedly pleasant stay!

Hotel met my expectations. No complaints, but nothing remarkable about the property or service. As such, I felt it was extremely overpriced.

We found the beds and pillows very comfortable and room was very dark, great for getting a good nights sleep. The breakfast, included with our stay, was very good and set in a very pleasant atmosphere. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here!

The room was big, with a sitting area and couch. Very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The front desk called a short time after we were settled in just to see how everything was. The breakfast buffet was good. A very nice end to a long road trip. This was a fantastic hotel.

The hotel was neat and clean. Very family friendly and the staff was very customer service oriented. Our room was good for the 5 of us, and the beds were comfortable. The rate was great, especially with the breakfast that was included. Which by the way the breakfast was great too. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice facility, good breakfast, great staff. Across from Anthem Outlets and near fastfood. Pool was already warm with 110 degree weather.

I was very pleased with my stay. The room was very clean and the services were excellent. The complimentary breakfast buffet had many breakfast options and was very satisfying. The location of the hotel is excellent. The outlet mall is across the street, and has variety of designer stores.

The hotel was incredibly spacious, beyond clean, and a perfect stay with an amazing price/value. The location right outside of Phoenix was a great distance from the busy city, and held many areas for shopping/eating. We will be sharing this hotel with our friends/family.

From the time I walked in the door till the time I left for the week the staff at the front desk were very friendly and housekeeping was very respectful in not pushing to get in your room if you said you didnt need anything. Very pleasant atmosphere.

We stayed 5 days - Your maids are friendly and cheerful, a very pleasant grouip. Not a bad Hotel. Polite staff, clean hotel and rooms. Pool area was empty of chairs, chaise lounges etc... No basking in the sun unless you were ok with laying on the hot concrete deck.

The hotel lobby was warm and inviting and when we walked up to the front desk we were greeted warmly. The agent checked us in promptly and even asked us if we preferred a specific floor. We told her our preferences and she was on point when she recommended our room. We were settling into our room within 10 minutes. We come every February to Anthem for college baseball kick-off. This is like 1 mile away from the high school that hosts and centrally located to others ball fields where the teams play. Outlet malls close by, There's a Denny's in the same lot as well as Del Taco. Walking distance is a good little French-type cafe open early. Wal Mart is just 2 minutes […] away. Staff was helpful. Breakfast room doesn't have a microwave, to warm milk for oatmeal (which needs it as they make it like paste) or warm a muffin, etc. You need to ask an employee to take it in back and warm for you. Hard boiled eggs are offered. One nice thing is that if you need to run off early, you can get a brown-bagged breakfast to go which includes an energy bar, and apple. The beds were comfy, the room was large. Flat screen tv and 2 mirrors in the room as well as the one in the bathroom. Nice breakfast assortment and great coffee with specialty creamers. This was a great stay. Wish we had more time to enjoy it. Staff was very helpful. We even needed a band aid and they came through for us!

The only negative I can say about the accommodation in the room was that the coverlet was very lumpy (filling bunched up?), the ironing board was the mini table top kind and the closet didn't accommodate anything longer than a shirt. Other than that, the room was clean and I was grateful to have a refrigerator and a microwave.
