This is a magnificant hotel, the staff cant do enough for you, the meals in the restaurant although limited were excellent. The location is a good quite one but we found that we needed to have a car while we stayed there and the hotel can do this at good rates. We neede somewhere quiet after a long flight from Australia and this place is perfect.

Overall the stay at this hotel was great. The biggest issue was the traffice getting in and out of the area was terrible. The hotel staff was amazing and so professional and courteous that I would recommend to anyone traveling that this is a great hotel to stay in.

This hotel had been highly recommended to us by family friends. Unfortunately, it seems that there are two classes of rooms here. The room we stayed in felt very outdated and was oddly configured. At this price point, we were hoping for something nicer, so we were disappointed. Also, the gym was very spare and in pretty bad condition.

I especially enjoyed the location and the wonderful lobby and pool area. The rooms are a bit dated but the hotel does not bill itself as a 5 star hotel nor do they price it as one. I look forward to staying there again on my next visit to the greater LA area.

Upon arrival, was beautiful exterior and lobby interior was fabulous! Did not, however, like the room location. If you want a room facing the street and/or pool, make SURE you tell them; otherwise, you won't get one! We got a room facing the jacuzzi which was OK but we weren't really satisfied with that; also, we originally asked for a King Size Bed […] but upon arrival we got a Queen; when requested, they told me it would cost more(?); also be prepared for a car or taxi because it is NOT close (as advertised) to shopping. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Arrived at 17:00 on Monday evening. Checked in within 5 minutes of arrival and parked in under-hotel garage. (Secure parking and self-parking were very important as we drove in from out-ot-town.) Had meetings at UCLA all day Tuesday. Very convenient to the UCLA facilities we attended. Hotel was very comfortable, although we were in an older less soundproof […] room near the Koi pond, it was still easy to get to sleep. Checked charges on TV in room prior to checking out. The hotel rooms are dated but the mattresses in the 2 rooms that I had were the best I have ever slept on. The hotel staff were all terrific. Very nice little restaurant and bar and very nice pool area and lounges. Would definitely stay again when in Los Angeles.

They were very accomdating even though we showed up late for dinner!! Very nice people and hotel

Great Hotel, Great Service We were visiting our son for parents weekend at UCLA, and the location was just perfect. We would love to stay there again in the future.

If your room is on the pond side of the hotel, be warned that there is not an elevator. I had to carry luggage up 4 short flights of stairs.

The room was fabulous, however the balcony opened up to Wilshire Blvd. The noise from traffic makes it difficult to sleep.

Prior to booking the reservation, I called the hotel and asked about it. They referred me to their website, which shows a beautiful place. The hotel lobby and rooms around the pool were lovely - however I was given a room in an Annex next door that was completely different than what is advertised. First, if was obviously some kind of motel or condo […] conversion with multiple types of rooms. My first night I was given a room next to a flight of exterior stairs that had people bumping up and down all night long with their luggage, since there is no elevator. I asked to be moved, and they gave me an acceptable room, but on the 6th floor with 4 flights of stairs; completely unacceptable for someone with a bad leg. I would never stay at this hotel again unless given a room in the main hotel around the pool, no matter what the price. The Marriott courtyard is down the street and very predictable. I think that hotels.com should indicate that there are two different locations in play and that the rooms are preassigned - which I assume means that by making a hotels.com reservation, you get the annex. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Very nice hotel, room was great, used the pool and jacuzi which were lovely, didn't use restaurant. Not much around this area so you have to get a bus or drive. The bus stop was right outsight and the bus services in LA are great. We didn't find this out until we took a $35 taxi ride to Santa Monica and came back on the bus for £3. It's a 20 minute […] ride outside rush hour. S.Monica is probably a better place to stay as you can walk around at night and go in bars, etc. But LA is very spread out and everywhere is far, traffic a nightmare, stick to the buses. I left the car in the hotel and it cost $28 per night. I could have parked on the road outside but was afraid it wasn't safe and I didn't want the hire car getting stolen despite it being a safe area. Insane that this place charges $5 for a bottle of water and the same amount to use the internet for 30 minutes.

We had a wonderful ten day stay. The lobby and pool area are nicely done. The staff was competent and friendly.The room service and restaurant were both enjoyable. One needs to be mindful of the additional daily charges for WiFi and Valet / Overnight parking.

The hotel is located 5 min drive from the Beverley hills shopping district and 15 min drive from Santa Monica. Hotel is very nicely maintained, had nice waterfalls which creates sense of peace. Was very surprised by the quality of hotel for the price we paid. Strongly recommend.

Other than the room AC setting was to cool to 35F and the room temperture was 63F when we walked in, everything was excellent. A gem of a hotel with very nice suites kitchen and living room included and all at a reasonable price.

This is a great boutique hotel in Beverly Hills, close to all the attractions and within walking distance of Century city malls. Amazing....Only downside was a got a room with no view...but I'm not really a view person and loved the place nonetheless. Stayed here for one night on a business trip. Quite a good hotel though it does hint at being a bit "tired." The value is excellent, perhaps because it's indeed a bit tired and could stand a refresh to get it into the very best group of hotels in the LA area. The room was large and quiet. What a dissapointment in this hotel. The rooms was disgusting and dated. Bathroom could barely fit one person and the heavy draped shower curtain smelled and was extremely dusty. The bed linens were very poor quality and the room just felt depressing. You could hear everyword oing on outside and next door. The pool area was nice but they had plastic […] plants and flowers stuck in with very beautiful real shrubs. Was glad that my stay was limited to two days. Would not stay here again and do not understand how they can call themselves a "Resort"!!! My room had a fax machine with thermal role paper. They sprayed something to cover up the musty smell and refused to change my room. I only went to the room to sleep and spent two days tasting the spray that they soaked the room with. I was highly impressed with this hotel. It is the first hotel I have visited where the real/actual look and feel of the hotel surpasses the pix shown on the website. One gets a luxury suite for the price of a small room in most hotels in New York, San Francisco and for more less than the price of rat hole in London. The service is outstanding.

The Hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was small and could only fit one person at a time comfortably. My wife and I just wanted spend some time to get away and this hotel fit us perfectly.

This hotel and its rooms were sub-standard at best! The front desk clerks were rude as were the individuals running the valet. The restaurant was too small and it took 20 minutes to get coffee and almost an hour to get our breakfast. What a shame!

We loved our stay there!! We will stay there again and be telling our friends to also stay there!!

I found this hotel was very nice and clean but it was too expensive. Everything is a la cart, you pay extra for parking, for using the computers etc.

The hotel fits LA perfectly - a stage set entry, pleasant staff, agreeable location, and clean rooms. Had we not chosen to reduce our outlay for the two nights, perhaps we would have had an elevator to our room. Close to Bev Hills shopping, UCLA. Older but very well kept. Giant rooms with kitchenette. Lovely grounds, pool. Friendly staff. Very reasonable rates.

Walls were fairly thin-able to hear normal level conversations in surrounding rooms. Staff were good when we connected , but several times - no one at front desk answered my call from my room

The Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel is a gorgeous hotel and spa with old-style elegance. Walking around the hotel one can imagine the wealthy and the beautiful people of yesterday lounging in the lobby, sitting by the pool and coming and going courtesy of the polite valet service. The rooms themselves are somewhat dated; the decor is a bit tired and the […] walls are thin, but this is not a Hampton Inn or Holiday Express. The beds are very comfortable and the amenities are plentiful. There is no bar, but there is room service. I enjoyed my stay very much and would gladly stay there again. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY IN A GREAT LOCATION. THE PERSONAL IS VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. MY ONLY CRITICISM IS THE SMALL BATHROOM. BUT FOR THE VERY REASONABLE PRICE WE HAD, WE DID NOT MIND IT. MY HUSBAND AND I LOVED IT. WE WILL GO BACK! THANX HOTELS.COM!

small boutque homely hotel&polite people.needs a proper cofeeshop.change from large multistory hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was in the West wing and getting there is interesting, but not that difficult. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was adequate albeit a little on the small side, and overall I really enjoyed my stay there.

Internet is NOT included (which I don't like, but its still pretty common) but for the extra dough you can only use one computer, so no simultaneous laptop use. But, if that's my only complaint, that's not so bad. PS - Their valet service is pretty pricey, but all the neighborhood parking is free, so don't bother.

A combination of glitzy motel and boutique hotel. Off beat, if you're into that (I am!). But my check in experience was a bit unsettling and made me uneasy about the overall cleanliness of the room ... Slightly clueless check in experience. When I got to the room I discovered no mini bar key was provided. Then I discovered a damp bathrobe in hanging […] on the door ... then I discovered the soap had no been restocked. Het hotel is qua inrichting ietwat gedateerd maar dat doet niet af aan het comfort van de kamers waar men over een eigen keuken, een diningroom en ruime slaapkamer beschikt. De fitnessruimte is goed ingericht en draagt samen met het aanwezige zwembad bij aan een plezierig verblijf. De wifi- verbinding wilde wat moeilijk lukken maar dat kan ook aan […] de eigen laptop liggen. De ligging in Beverly Hills is prima maar niet de meest spannende plek in Los Angeles. Het huren van een auto (met GPS) is dan ook wel aan te raden waarbij het wel erg prettig is dat aan de overkant van het hotel en gratis kan worden geparkeerd. Dit scheelt de valetparkeerkosten van cirva $ 28 per dag. Het hotel ligt niet ver van diverse uitvalwegen waardoor je vrij eenvoudig overal naar toe kunt rijden, houdt wel rekening met de dagelijkse traffic jams. Minpuntje is dat niet alle kamers via de lift zijn te bereiken. Wat lastig kan zijn voor mensen die slecht(er) ter been zijn dan wel voor de shopverslaafde vakantiegangers.
