My wife and I booked this room for a romantic weekend. I was soooo disappointed. It was a smoking room so no suprise that it was smoked in, however, there were cigarette butts on the floor. The bed was like sleeping on concrete. Unless you like a VERY firm bed don't stay here.

My wife and I found the hotel carpets stained, the chairs in the room torn, the room also smelled like cigarettes. We didn't expect a lot for the low price but we did expect clean. We didnt get it.

I sent you a survey earlier today. This Hotel did not have such a good rating but I thought it was very acceptable.

The staff were helpful. Peaceful surroundings and lots of greenery. Very close to the maine mall. Complimentary work out room was not available as stated in advertisement. Items not available in room: rubber bath mat, shampoo, coffee for only 1 day. My stay was very satisfying; I did notice that there was loitering at the exit of the hotel. When I would go out the people would go in once the door was opened. I was concerned about this due to safety reasons.

Severe smell and dirty carpet. I will never stay again.

The hotel was good enough for the short time I was there. No toilet paper or soap in room when i arrived.

the hotel was fully booked when we arrived. Had requested and got a "non-smoking" room. Wi-fi is not complementary, but it should be in tis hotel category! Room smelled badly of smoke - the next day our clothes all smelled as we were heavy smokers! Very bad! There was no other room available. Behind lounge chair we found empty bottles and cigarette […] butts. When we complained about this the next morning the guy at front desk didn't care at all. Their reservation system is error prone. I made a reservation for 2 rooms and canceled one. Upon arrival, my uncanceled reservation could not be found. Thus ensued a 20 minute debate in which we were accused of canceling rooms (which is wrong- why?), told they were full, assigned another guest's room (who we woke up), and finally given a different room […] type than we'd originally reserved (but we didn't care at that point since it was empty) . Although my room wasn't too bad, the smell of smoke in the hall between the elevator and my room was unacceptable. The concept of the hotel was wonderful but basic cleaning of the room between customers was poor.

Great location with friendly staff, my second visit and always great.

This is a very nice hotel - the location to Old Portland and Old Orchard Beach is very convenient. The room appeared clean but when I dropped something under the bed - there were several cat toys (stuffed animals, a tinkering bell) as well as a hair clip - all under the same bed? Other than that - we had a very pleasant stay.

In Gewerbegebiet, zwischen Highways völlig unchrmante Lage, aber grosse Zimmer, trotzdem nur dezentes Grundrauschen zu hören. Zweckmäßig unspektakulär mit schneller Fahrt ins Städtchen.
